5-Star Hotels in Aragon, Spain

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town and the main scenic spots, so you need to take a taxi or drive. The hotel's exterior design is very good. It is considered a very good hotel locally. The restaurant downstairs has simple meals and cheap drinks. The private underground garage is spacious and luxurious, and the front desk service is excellent.

This is a very popular hotel in Zaragoza, with a good environment and a good location. Good service and good food. I was on a business trip here for a week and booked a hotel conference room. It's very good in all aspects. I will definitely stay here next time I have the chance. At the same time, I also recommend this hotel to friends who come here to play.
