PPentVGOur opening in Georgia. Two times on May holidays. Live in different rooms. Two-room room with mountain view impressed especially. Rarely write positive reviews but it is one of the best hotel parks I have visited. The only minus is part of young staff, especially guys from the checkpoint at the entrance (in addition to bad manners, very weak English and lack of knowledge of Russian).

MmndeFamily trip! The swimming pool(inside and outside )is amazing, and the kids had a great time! All facilities are kept clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, The lift is being fixed during our stay, so climbing the stairs was quite tiring. If you have any health issues or have heavy luggages, check in advance whether the elevator has been fixed. (Hotel staff will help you to move your luggages if you need) Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak on the fourth floor. Everything else was excellent.

The remote control's batteries were dead, and the TV's welcome video kept playing non-stop when we entered the room. We had to call the front desk to get replacement batteries for the remote. The lady at the front desk was quite unhelpful. We arrived in the afternoon and couldn't book any wine tours or tastings, and the front desk couldn't offer any useful assistance. In the end, we went to the nearby Shumi Winery, where we could walk in for a guided tour and tasting, which was a much better experience.

YYINGAlthough the hotel is in a remote location, it can still be reached by car from the town of Kvareli, which is about ten minutes away. There are a lot of taxis in the town, but it is not convenient to go out. There is a service called taxi, and the price is average. I can only wait to be hacked. The hotel and taxi have commercial cooperation, and help to call a taxi to some tourist spots to package back and forth. The drivers are waiting to get the benefits, which makes people feel a little bit uncomfortable. The scenery of the hotel is really good, it is worth coming, free items can be seen in the picture I passed, the service fee is 18%, not included in the price. The breakfast looks good, it tastes better to me than other places, the taste is not so salty, and there are many choices, but it is more Georgian. There are also some paid items see photos. By the way, I think the hotel’s free spa can be given up. It’s better to take a bath in the hotel room. The spa is a public bathhouse. There are no people and there is no heat. There are multiple steaming rooms. It feels like nothing to go to when it’s cold and hot. Well, anyway, I felt like I slipped away without washing it. I didn't pick up the car when I went back. I walked by myself. Fortunately, it only took two minutes. That's about it, I don't know what else is missing.
