GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended.

The Four Seasons service is online, so there is no need to worry. The lobby is on the 60th floor, with a panoramic view of the city, and the rooms are below.

GGuest UserThe breakfast room is beautiful. The front desk service is very good and very serious. I changed my change once, but I didn't expect to be so serious: there are banknotes of various denominations and they are neatly placed, which is not easy!

GGuest User這是我們這次15天旅行住的最好的酒店，這個檔次這個價位算是非常不錯了。前台的服務員也是我這次旅遊遇到過最熱情的前台，因為要洗衣服前台幫我安排在二樓因為洗衣房在二樓讓我們更方便。 最後她還能主動問我需要洗幾load, 她給我拿來洗衣粉，我當時聽不懂洗衣液的英文不知道她説什麼，她直接去取了一盒洗衣液我才瞬間明白。她的熱情真的太讓人難忘了。房卡上有她手寫的名字，我想記住她的名字，但是看不懂🤣很推薦這家酒店，也讓我對匹茲堡的印象非常好。我想以後我還會來這家酒店住的。
