4-Star Hotels in Echternach, Luxembourg

There's a kitchenette, but no pots or pans. There's a microwave, but no plates to microwave food on. There's no dish soap, so you can't wash dishes. There's a small kettle for boiling water and making tea. The air conditioning seems to be central; the room temperature control is ineffective. When we arrived, the room temperature was 25 degrees Celsius, so we had to open the windows to cool it down. The good thing is that there's a parking lot across the street, and two hiking trails nearby: one behind the parking lot (you have to walk towards the bus stop and then downhill) and the other behind a building leading to the Daisy restaurant (or there's a branch trail behind the church). The hotel's own restaurant wasn't very busy; most guests ate at the Italian restaurant, Daisy, which is an 8-minute walk away. It's only a 7-minute drive from the Mallerthal Trail, very close, making it one of the hotels closest to the trailhead.

The hotel and service were good, the only thing that was sad: Workers started work at half nine a.m., making the rest quickly passed.
