The room was clean and the A/C was cold. It's located in a residential area, but finding the entrance was a bit confusing.

A nice hotel situated between arrival and departure hall. Room was spacious and clean, had a separate seating area. Coffee/tea bags provided. Shower was convenient. Only 1 type of soap available in dispenser, no shampoo provided. Room convenient on first floor. Breakfast provided from 4am, unfortunately we had to check out already at 2am. Very convenient hotel, recommended!

The room was cramped because it was fully booked. There were lots of stains on the walls and the towels were dirty. Friendly and fast service.

Checking in and out was simple and hassle-free. They require a 150k cash deposit, but if you use a debit or credit card, there’s a small 10k transaction fee. The staff were kind and very accommodating, making the experience smooth. The location is excellent for a quick stay especially if you need something close to Gubeng Train Station. Clean and well-managed; a solid choice for travelers

Worth every penny, great location, amenities, water pressure and hot water is all excellent. The breakfast option was a bomb, didn't expect they provided great food with a variety of choices. Kudos 👍👍👍

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was a great experience. The hostel is very close to Phuket International Airport, and the beds were spotlessly clean, making it a really inviting place to stay. The shower and other facilities were excellent, and they even offered a simple breakfast in the morning.

Trip.com doesn't have Reviw for ”check-in experience”, but if it does, it is zero star. This hotel needs to train a young receptionist. I already informed the hotel that I would check in late around 11pm and the young boy didn't know how to checkin and made me wait until other staff came. When a guest is tired, we do not like to wait for a simple checkin process. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel nearby the Surabaya airport. As you can see from the photo, they don't bother to fix the curtain.

I chose this hotel on the principle - next to the airport and inexpensive price. To the airport 10-15 minutes on a moped or car. It was necessary to meet the guide to the Bromo volcano at the airport. In the room, the air conditioner and the soft bed, there is a shower bathtub. They provided a piece of soap but forgot about the towel. Inside everything is new except the bed. The same bed since the purchase is still in the factory polyethylene. There is a TV on the wall. There is a window, but not on the street, but in the corridor. In general, I wasn't crazy - I was arranged. Near a bunch of ordinary varungs - there is where to eat. There is an opportunity to leave the luggage.

It's really nice to stay here, the place is clean, the wifi is smooth, the parking lot is spacious
