Impressed by the apartment design and its coziness. We love the services and amenities provided. Will be back soon and recommend to others to stay.

Value for money. Right in the city center and within walking distance to time square. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No chair at all in the room and the only place to sit is on the bed or floor. Complimentary gelato is ok, so don expect too much.

The beach view... It's just that our chalet the doorknob since to have faulty as when we check-in the doorknob a bit hard to open.... The rest ok.

4🌟 stay at Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing for 4D3N. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff throughout our trip. Housekeeping also did a good job with room cleanliness and bed arrangement daily. One of the best parts of the stay was the beautiful view overlooking the Kuching Waterfront. The sunset view from the room was really nice and relaxing, especially during the evening. Breakfast had quite a good variety. During our 4D3N stay, the live stall consistently served Laksa Sarawak and Kolomee, which was a nice local touch. The salad section and some hot dishes were changed daily as well, so breakfast did not feel too repetitive. However, for a 4-star hotel, there are still quite a number of maintenance details that need improvement. On our first night, we faced an issue with the air-conditioning not being cold enough. After informing the front counter, the staff responded well and arranged a room change for us. The second room had much better air-conditioning. Another small point for improvement is the room amenities. Coffee and tea were only replenished on the first day of check-in and not refilled during the following days. Overall, still a pleasant stay with good service from the team, but the hotel facilities and maintenance can definitely be improved further.

It was a good check-in experience last night being upgraded to Executive which we greatly appreciated it for a while till we stayed in…. which became a great disappointment…. 1) bedsheet and pillow smelled as if not washed and pillows were old!! 2) run down shower utilities with no repair on shelving and especially the shower head could not fit in the holder for a proper shower and obvious uncleanliness in the shower cubicle with glass door could not shut properly…. 3) broken door lock

Nice hotel with big room, stayed there for 2 nights. Bed is clean, firm and comfortable. Aircon is cold, bathroom is clean. Hotel is walking distance to both Bintang and imperial shopping mall. Many eatery around the hotel and also self help laundry station across the road. A small convenient shop beside the hotel main door. Only feedback is the power socket very far from table. No power socket beside the bed. No elevator from ground to basement carpark. Will stay again.

junior suite was beyond expectation. spacious, brightly lit with large comfortable beds and bathroom. bedding and furniture was new and comfortable. room amenities and service was excellent. definitely a great stay and one to look forward to again next time.

Had a comfortable stay at Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast selection was decent and the overall environment was pleasant. A good choice for both business and leisure stay in Bintulu.

The staff very friendly,hotel very clean Everything is great..great for transit overnight with the super close distant to airport,and they also provide free transport to airport on your preference time,very humble and friendly driver as well. Happy with my stay..and will come back again next time

The location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free. Why do you have to pay for this? , 200 rm deposit, 37 rm in cash, they said it was clean, the apartment wasn't the same, don't know, other floors, other owners, the same or not
