Service: Check-in was orderly and quick. It was so hot that the water ran out fast, so I called housekeeping to ask for an extra bottle, and they thoughtfully provided an extra one the next day. Facilities: Since the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are a bit old, but everything works fine. The elevator was interesting – usually, you just tap your card, but here you actually have to insert it to activate the buttons. It was novel, and everyone I rode with seemed to have the same amused confusion, haha! The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but I just treated it as white noise. After all the walking each day, I'd shower and crash as soon as I got back to the hotel, so it really wasn't an issue. Location: Very convenient. It's close to the MTR and the Star Ferry, and connected to Harbour City. If it rains, you can just head downstairs to shop, which is super handy.

## Facilities 1. As an established five-star hotel, I was pleased to find that the shower wasn't the kind where you have to stand in a bathtub, which I often encountered during previous stays in Hong Kong. 2. The bathroom has a direct drinking water tap, and the water tastes good, so I could easily refill my mineral water bottles. 3. There's a luggage rack in the room, which saves you from bending over to access your suitcase. 4. Hooks on both sides of the bathroom door are very convenient, and the toilet is a smart bidet model. ## Cleanliness The room was spotless and tidy, very satisfied. ## Environment 1. The location is excellent, near the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Exit P2 and close to the Shangri-La Hotel. I feel this hotel offers better value for money. From my room, 719, I could look down and see the dining area on the 3rd floor, which was quite interesting and cleverly designed. 2. It's also close to the Hong Kong Museum of History, Hong Kong Science Museum, and Victoria Harbour. ## Service The service was excellent. The doorman promptly opened the door, the front desk attendant spoke fluent Mandarin, the concierge was enthusiastic, and the ladies maintaining the restrooms in the 3rd-floor common area were all very kind. ## Overall This was a very satisfying stay, without a single flaw. I will definitely choose The Royal Garden Hotel again on my next visit to Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

The hotel facilities are complete and clean, and the room size is acceptable for Hong Kong. The staff were quite enthusiastic and provided me with a lot of help. It's just a few steps from Mong Kok MTR station, making transportation very convenient. Langham Place mall, with its many brands, is right below the hotel. There are plenty of shopping and dining options next to the hotel. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the charging. I brought a travel adapter, but none of the wall sockets in the room worked for it. I could only use the USB charging port on the nightstand, which charged my phone quite slowly.

The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel beds were spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds, perfectly fine for 3-4 people. The room rate was very reasonable. The hotel's location is also excellent, right above Mong Kok East MTR station, and it's connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. From the airport, take the A21 bus to Mong Kok, then walk through a covered walkway directly to the hotel, which takes about 10 minutes if you walk fast. No need to worry about rain, it's fantastic. Plus, the walkway itself is a popular spot for influencers, with many people taking great photos of Mong Kok's street views.

Absolutely loved the Regal Hong Kong Hotel! The staff were all so warm and welcoming, and the rooms were incredibly well-maintained – it honestly didn't feel like an older hotel at all. The width of the corridors and the spaciousness of the rooms are definitely among the best you'll find in Hong Kong. When it was pouring rain, the staff even helped us with our travel arrangements, and there's a shuttle bus to the airport, which is a huge plus. Definitely my top pick in Causeway Bay!

The location of the hotel is relatively convenient since it’s a few minutes away from Jordan Station. The temple night market and anytime fitness is close too from the hotel (approx 10-15min walk). The breakfast options aren’t the best but food was hot and decent. We had 2 main issues with the hotel which is the cleanliness and fire alarm. We found several cockroaches in the room but the staff moved us to a different room right after we reported it. Regarding the fire alarm, it went off at 2am waking us up. We evacuated and went downstairs immediately. However, they told us there was no fire and it was just gas leak issue. No apologies. Just told us that it’s normal and we should just go back to our rooms.

Hygiene: The bed sheets and duvet covers didn't seem to have been changed, as there were a few strands of hair on the pillow, and more hair was found when I pulled back the duvet at the foot of the bed. After the sheets were changed, my skin felt itchy when I slept at night. Service: The service was alright. They were cooperative when I asked for new sheets, trash removal, and extra tissues. Environment: The hotel's location is quite central, making it convenient to get around. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, but that's understandable for Hong Kong. I just hope the hygiene conditions can be improved.

This hotel is located near Tsim Sha Tsui, one of Kowloon's busiest areas, surrounded by numerous shops and supermarkets. The rooms are quite spacious for this locality, and the beds are a comfortable 105cm wide. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and nearby bus stops. There's a direct A21 bus service to the airport, and Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars are within a kilometer's walk, making the location incredibly convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transport links and plenty of great food options nearby. It's also close to the subway station, and you can walk to Victoria Harbour, K11, and Harbour City in about fifteen minutes. The room was a bit small but very clean. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it, but there are several local breakfast spots downstairs that are really good. There's one place that makes fresh pineapple buns that are delicious, but they only take cash, so remember to bring some.

This hotel is just right for solo travelers. It's super easy to get to – just exit A1 from Sai Ying Pun Station, turn right, and it's a short walk away. The hotel and rooms felt a bit dated. My only complaints are the long wait for the elevator in the morning and the non-functioning refrigerator in the room; these definitely need improvement. Aside from that, everything else was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. Plus, there was no deposit required, which made everything very smooth. The location is excellent for sightseeing. It's conveniently located with easy access to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui via subway and bus, making it perfect for a few days of touring. There are also plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Wellcome supermarket right near the hotel. I highly recommend the night view from Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was incredibly beautiful, and since there weren't many people, it felt like a hidden gem for night views.

I stayed one night at The Empire Hotel Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed, despite its small size, and the layout was well-organized and practical. Being on the 30th floor, I had a small window with a nice view, which was a good bonus. The front desk, concierge, and even the housekeeping staff were all attentive and friendly. Communication in Chinese was seamless, and the hotel did its best to accommodate my small requests. The location is very convenient, close to both bus stops and the MTR station (about a 10-minute walk). There's a refuse collection point across the street from the hotel, but it didn't really bother me, and it's not something the hotel can control anyway. The value for money is great, and the service is definitely commendable. I didn't try the in-house dining, so I can't comment on that. This is just my honest personal review.

I absolutely loved this hotel, it was my favorite among all the places I stayed in Hong Kong during my trip. I can't even be bothered to review the others, LOL. This hotel just has such a comfortable vibe. The moment you step into the room, the aromatherapy scent is so relaxing. It's clean, tidy, and the attention to detail is superb. The uncle at the luggage storage on my first day was super, super nice. I had bought some braised food and fruits from Shenzhen that needed to be refrigerated, but I didn't see a fridge in my room. So I asked if I could store them in the front desk's fridge. The uncle saw all the stuff I bought and said he wasn't sure if it would fit. I asked, 'Is the fridge that small?' and he very kindly and humorously replied that Hong Kong couldn't afford the luxury of a large fridge. He was warm, enthusiastic, polite, and well-mannered throughout. I've often heard that many people in Hong Kong are very rule-bound and a bit indifferent, so this uncle made me feel incredibly warm on my first day in Hong Kong. I stayed at several other hotels in the following days, and the Empire Hotel was the only one where both the front desk and luggage storage staff were genuinely enthusiastic and attentive to us, even asking how our stay was. The hotel rooms are truly super, super comfortable, the surrounding amenities are excellent, and it's super convenient to get to all the attractions and there are so many delicious food options. I had so many places to visit in Hong Kong this time that I didn't get a chance to leisurely explore and eat around the hotel. I've decided that next time I come to Hong Kong, I'll specifically stay at the Empire Hotel, just to relax and enjoy the food. I'll fill the hotel room fridge with delicious treats, sleep until I naturally wake up every day, and order the hotel's breakfast, LOL. Anyway, I absolutely adore this hotel. The only thing is, on my last day, I forgot to take my fruits and braised food. I really wanted to eat them the next day, and I wanted to punch myself, hehe. Then I thought, 'Leaving them behind means I'll have an excuse to come back again,' LOL. As for hotel photos, I forgot to take any, so I'll just use a few Ocean Park pictures as placeholders, because the Empire Hotel is super close to Ocean Park, and I absolutely love that ❤️

North Point and Quarry Bay Hong Kong|4.24km from city center
For this trip, I decided to bypass the usual Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay and stayed in North Point, in the Eastern District instead. The hotel is divided into two sections, East and West. If possible, try to choose a room in the same section as the pool for easier access between floors. There are plenty of dining options nearby, but shops tend to close earlier than in the bustling downtown areas, so nightlife is relatively limited. Right downstairs, you'll find the waterfront, and the promenade here is incredibly pleasant to walk along – I actually think it's better than Tsim Sha Tsui's. They even sent up a small cake for my child's birthday, which was a lovely touch, although I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get a complimentary upgrade. The pool is fantastic, with long opening hours and great views. It would be perfect if it were a little bigger, but overall, it's a highly recommendable hotel.

There are plenty of MTR stations, shopping malls, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. **Room:** Much bigger than I expected! It was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, and the soundproofing was excellent. Disposable slippers were provided, so you just need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. **Service:** Both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were fantastic. Considering the high prices in Hong Kong, I'd call this hotel the king of value for money. The location in Tsuen Wan is excellent, making it easy to get around by MTR. There are also shopping malls directly above and nearby, so dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a huge sports apparel outlet upstairs that we spent an entire afternoon in, and the prices were great! The service was also top-notch. Overall, the room and service were good. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, not far from the subway station, cross-border bus stops, and local bus routes. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the cleaning ladies were also very nice; it didn't matter if I didn't understand Cantonese, as they spoke Mandarin directly. It seems to be an older hotel under CITS. Being an older hotel, it's inevitably a bit dated, but the interior seems to have been renovated. This time, I got an upgraded room, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Perhaps because I'd seen so many negative reviews online, my expectations were quite low, but my 3-day stay was quite good overall. It has double-glazed windows, so you can tell this older street-side hotel has done its best 🤦‍♂️. The placement of the clothesline isn't very practical; you can't really hang much on it.

I arrived on a late flight and was looking for a place to stay for the night when I found and booked this hotel. I was very grateful that it was right by the immigration gate (the hotel entrance is connected, but the hallway is a bit long), especially since I was tired upon arrival. I had a no-breakfast plan, but since the hotel is connected to the airport, it was easy to grab breakfast. Check-in was relatively smooth and quick, and with the check-out box, I felt it would be fine even if I was in a hurry. The amenities were basic, but perfectly adequate for just sleeping. I was excited to see the runway view from the hallway. There were also many airport carts in the lobby and hallway, which I thought was convenient for bringing luggage directly to the room. I also remember the friendly staff at the cafe on the first floor. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have an early morning departure or a late-night arrival.
