1. As an established five-star hotel, I was pleased to find that the shower wasn't the kind where you have to stand in a bathtub, which I often encountered during previous stays in Hong Kong.
2. The bathroom has a direct drinking water tap, and the water tastes good, so I could easily refill my mineral water bottles.
3. There's a luggage rack in the room, which saves you from bending over to access your suitcase.
4. Hooks on both sides of the bathroom door are very convenient, and the toilet is a smart bidet model.

The room was spotless and tidy, very satisfied.
## Environment
1. The location is excellent, near the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Exit P2 and close to the Shangri-La Hotel. I feel this hotel offers better value for money. From my room, 719, I could look down and see the dining area on the 3rd floor, which was quite interesting and cleverly designed.
2. It's also close to the Hong Kong Museum of History, Hong Kong Science Museum, and Victoria Harbour.

The service was excellent. The doorman promptly opened the door, the front desk attendant spoke fluent Mandarin, the concierge was enthusiastic, and the ladies maintaining the restrooms in the 3rd-floor common area were all very kind.

You can also easily walk to Donki and Victoria Harbour from the hotel. Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon in Tsim Sha Tsui. One of the things we appreciated most was its convenient location—everything we needed was within easy reach, from restaurants and convenience stores to MTR stations and popular attractions.
Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest after long days of exploring Hong Kong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
What stood out to us was how easy it was to get around the city from the hotel. Whether we were heading to Disneyland, Victoria Harbour, or simply looking for good food nearby, the location made our trip much more enjoyable.

The location is convenient. If you're taking a cross-border bus, you can get off at K11 MUSEA and walk for about 15 minutes to reach the hotel. It's also very easy to get around by MTR or bus, and there's a direct bus to the Hong Kong Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. I booked a triple room, and Ctrip's description stated three single beds. However, the hotel initially assigned us a standard room with an extra bed. So, I went to the front desk, and they promptly switched us to a newly renovated triple room on the 21st floor. I initially thought it was the top floor, but it turned out there was another floor above that required climbing stairs from the 21st floor. The facilities in the newly renovated room were significantly better, although the renovation itself seemed a bit rushed and couldn't withstand close inspection. The cleanliness was acceptable, but I did spot a few strands of hair left by previous guests in the bathroom. One of the hotel's four elevators was under maintenance, leading to longer waiting times for going up and down. Also, the hotel doesn't have a designated smoking area, so smokers need to find a spot outside.From$125

Aside from that, everything else was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. Plus, there was no deposit required, which made everything very smooth.
The location is excellent for sightseeing. It's conveniently located with easy access to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui via subway and bus, making it perfect for a few days of touring. There are also plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Wellcome supermarket right near the hotel.
I highly recommend the night view from Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was incredibly beautiful, and since there weren't many people, it felt like a hidden gem for night views.From$67

Our stay at The Emperor Hotel Causeway Bay in Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic! As soon as my daughter walked in, she said she loved it. I immediately started taking photos and posted on social media about how wonderful and elegant this hotel is. We were on the 29th floor, and the large window offered stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The ceilings are high, and they provided toothbrushes, soap, coffee, and tea. On the second day, we even received a complimentary bottle of mineral water. The front desk also offers free tea, coffee, and newspapers. This hotel completely shattered my preconceptions about Hong Kong accommodation being expensive and small. The Tin Hau MTR station is super convenient for getting around. On our last day, when we stored our luggage, they even gave us two Ferrero Rocher chocolates as we left – so polite and incredibly thoughtful! My daughter and I both agreed that we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hong Kong! The bathroom was just okay, with an older toilet and average waterproofing/non-slip features, so extra caution is needed if you're traveling with children or pregnant individuals. Despite these points, the overall value for money is quite good.
Service, however, needs improvement. I particularly want to highlight the receptionist at the ground floor breakfast area. We had an international flight at 9 AM and went down for breakfast promptly at 6:30 AM. My child had just woken up and had no appetite at all, but we were very pressed for time and couldn't wait for them to feel better. So, we asked the receptionist if we could pack a small amount of food for our child to take to the airport – literally just a piece of bread and an egg. The receptionist's attitude was incredibly unfriendly, and she very sternly refused my request, acting extremely condescending. I believe that even if there's a hotel policy against taking food out, as a representative of the hotel, you can refuse, but please maintain basic politeness and professionalism. The power outlets were at the foot of the bed, and I initially thought there was only one, but then I found a whole strip on the desk, hidden behind a panel. Remember to bring your own universal adapter. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Also, bring your own toothbrush; I didn't see any provided. I'm sure the front desk would supply one if asked, but they were quite busy (though their service was excellent and very friendly), and since I had my own, I didn't bother asking about toothpaste and toothbrushes. The hairdryer looked unassuming but dried my hair surprisingly fast. The location is super close to a bus stop, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The breakfast variety didn't change much, but there were plenty of options, including Indian, Japanese, and Halal dishes. There was even a dedicated breakfast area for kids, and their pancakes were absolutely delicious! The juice was freshly squeezed, and the fruit station consistently offered pineapple, watermelon, apples, bananas, and cantaloupe.
The lobby staff were amazing. We arrived at the hotel at 8 AM, and luckily, a room was ready, so they immediately checked us in. As a family traveling with seniors and children, we were incredibly grateful for this. The lobby staff also proactively gave out little gifts to the children—a small Shangri-La themed bag containing crayons, stickers, and a fan for coloring. They even gave us two toy cars. We really appreciate it!
On the downside, I did get some bites, possibly from dust mites or fleas, leaving red bumps all over my legs. I understand that the seaside location can be humid, and with the windows closed, ventilation is limited. Even the disinfectant spray I brought didn't help. Everyone, avoid this hotel! This is my first time leaving a negative review for a hotel.
1. The service attitude was absolutely terrible. From the moment I checked in, I said ”Hello...” but the staff didn't even bother to respond with a ”Hello” back and had a sour face the entire time. In the service industry, there should be a basic level of politeness!
2. Check-out is at 11 AM, and check-in is at 3 PM. This is an absolutely outrageous, one-sided policy. I didn't notice these times when I booked. Isn't anyone going to address this?

Quite a decent choice in terms of the price and location. To be honest it is not that close to any of the MTR station, might be. 5-10 walk to either Wan Chai or Causeway Bay station. However, buses 101/111/1 directly have a stop in front of the hotel under its namesake, which can take travelers to Kennedy Town or Central Pier. Also, westbound tram of Tin Lok Lane is directly outdoor, so the traffic is extremely convenient here. Also the hotel is well-decorated and bourgeoisie despite the antiqued style.
