DDruchiiHaving enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The sunrise view towards the Skytree and the National Diet Building around 4:30 AM in summer is absolutely breathtaking, easily rivaling any dedicated observation deck experience. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene view of pine trees reflected in the restaurant's pond was incredibly soothing. Furthermore, perhaps owing to its prime location near the National Diet Building and the Prime Minister's Official Residence, the hotel offers incredibly convenient direct underground access to public transportation, yet the street-level environment remains remarkably quiet and tranquil. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, and the presence of Chinese-speaking personnel ensures that Chinese guests will face virtually no language barriers. On a delightful side note, the ambient fragrance used in The Capitol Hotel Tokyu's corridors is utterly captivating – I highly recommend making it available for purchase at the hotel's souvenir shop! I will absolutely be rebooking here for my next trip to Tokyo.

SSiluowenniyayuanshuThe room isn't very big; at 30 square meters, it felt more like 20. The corner window was a nice touch, though. The bathhouse was also a bit small. Breakfast was quite refined, and you could enjoy the decent view while eating by the window. All in all, for around 2000, the location is convenient, and it's decent value for money. However, if it's over 3000, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, as you might be disappointed. The hotel's location is like Tokyo's Wall Street, so land prices are high, and it's surrounded by banks and high-end department stores. If you want a late-night snack, you'll need to take a train a few stops. I've stayed at the Mitsui in Toyosu before, and that one was actually much better than this, especially their corner rooms with unbeatable views.

SShiina_hFacilities: Very luxurious, with all the necessary amenities like an ice machine and laundry room. The items in the hotel room were relatively new, and the room itself was quite spacious for Tokyo standards. A special shout-out to the standby video background music on the hotel TV – it was truly lovely.
Hygiene: Very clean, standard five-star hotel management.
Environment: Located near Tokyo Bay, a bit far from the city center but very close to Disney, so there are pros and cons. It's very quiet at night with hardly any traffic, though the commute time is a bit long (about 50 minutes to Shinjuku).
Service: Also standard five-star hotel service. (A quick tip here: if you're going out during the day and need hotel staff to replenish room consumables, you'll need to flip the electronic switch by the door – I learned this the hard way!)

The lobby is on the second floor, and the hotel itself is split into two buildings. You can enjoy a light show from your room at night. The room was quite spacious, though the bathroom facilities looked a bit dated. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Kabukicho. This is an older, established 5-star hotel.

LL.H.E.Well the room itself is bigger than most of hotels in Tokyo. Pricewise. The bathroom size is spacious. They have spectacular view of Tokyo Dome and Tokyo skyline. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have something to do in Tokyo Dome (concert, baseball match, etc). You practically can spend most of your Tokyo stay nearby, from concert, shopping, amusement park, even stroll around the nice ancient garden next to it. The staff also very friendly and helpful.

XXin Ying ShiThe hotel's location is superb! This is my third time staying here, and this time I was on the 24th floor. The room was spacious enough for four large suitcases and two carry-ons. The hotel's buffet breakfast on the 25th floor offers a wide variety of options. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

GGuest UserI traveled a long way specifically for this hotel, only for the front desk to give me a low-floor room with absolutely no Tokyo Tower view. Very disappointing! Isn't the whole point of coming here to see and take photos of the Tokyo Tower? The room size is quite large for Tokyo standards. In the Minato Ward area, there aren't any convenience stores right below the hotel; you have to walk back to the subway station. Plus, the nearest subway exit doesn't have an elevator. Luckily, Hamamatsucho Station offers a free shuttle service. For returning to Haneda, it's just one JR train ride to the airport. Overall, the location isn't particularly convenient. Zojoji Temple across the street was also under renovation during a heavy rain. So, if you're not here specifically for the Tokyo Tower view, don't bother.

CCheungNgSiuBuFirst time staying in this area, decided to try this new hotel. The transportation is convenient, about a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel. There's a convenience store nearby and a supermarket a little further down, all very convenient. The biggest surprise was that it's a UK brand hotel. When I checked in, most guests seemed to be foreigners, followed by Hongkongers. It felt like I was traveling abroad! 🤣 The hotel's design is trendy, a bit different from typical Japanese hotels. The rooms are small but thoughtfully designed.
