A beautiful boutique hotel with warmly decorated rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Really has a great vacation feel with a lush garden surrounding a sprawling swimming pool and each room has enough privacy to feel you're on your own.

Very good room, fresh and clean, room supplies are in place and very warm. The environment is super good, the view is wide, and the characteristics of the wild club are experienced, and the animals such as elephants, zebras and so on are seen. The catering service also has characteristics, as well as some local performances. Anyway, a very warm trip.

Great lodge, helped me setup the morning trip to Devil’s Pool across the border. Really helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and very well designed. Well worth the price.

Superb hotel room (suite) obtained at a very reasonable price for the standard. Very good breakfast and tea with scones and other cakes. Very good location and superb garden from which you can see the mist of Victoria Falls and the bridge. Warthog ( warthog in the garden). To test at least one night in Victoria Falls. Lockout restaurant located not far away with a beautiful view of the canyon.

A pleasant lodge. Beautiful grounds, a decent pool. The room is large, well-insulated, the bed comfortable, the shower has good water pressure, and everything you need is there. There was no soap or hairdryer in the room, but they provided one immediately upon request. They provide a separate towel for the pool, but you need to ask at reception. On the downside, there was some kind of insect repellent in the closet that stank the entire room. There are no mosquito nets, meaning you can't open the windows at night, making the room stuffy. The air conditioning is quite noisy and doesn't cool very well. The Wi-Fi connection system is a bit odd—they use vouchers that expired half the time, requiring you to go back and get them again. Breakfast is okay, but repetitive. They offer a choice of scrambled eggs with various toppings like sausage, bacon, mushrooms, beans, etc.; you have to order it, and it takes no more than 10 minutes to cook. The location is quite far from everything; we once walked to the waterfall in the morning, which wasn't very convenient. There was no free shuttle to the falls. The hotel's shuttle to the Lookout Café was $10 each way, which is not exactly cheap, and the car was subpar. Room service from restaurants in the evening costs $3 and takes a long time. They didn't exactly deliver what I ordered; apparently they weren't in stock. They didn't ask me about substitutions; they bought what they wanted. They allowed me to check out 1.5 hours late on my last day. There aren't many budget hotels in Victoria Falls. This one turned out to be quite good in terms of price and quality, if you're willing to take transfers and taxis. I couldn't find a taxi near the hotel, so it's best to arrange a taxi in advance.

Had a great stay here - very comfortable resort with super friendly staff. I was amazed one day to see elephants across the road feeding on a tree. It was a wonderful surprise Breakfasts are good here too! Highly recommended accommodation.

Stayed three consecutive nights, very clean and very good service. Around 800 meters there are PickPay and OK local supermarket chains. The hotel's evening package is $ 32. It is convenient to book Rafting, Devil ’s pool, Lion walk

Милый отель, от водопада до отеля минут 40, днем идти полностью безопасно. Вечером могут быть дикие животные, но и в городе тоже могут быть. Очень улыбчивые и хорошие сотрудники, всегда готовы помочь Сильно промокли на водопаде, а сотрудники вы сушили нашу обувь 😍

I stayed in a dormitory. The room, shared shower, and toilet were all well-cleaned and nice. I planned to stay one night but ended up staying an extra night. However, there is a bar space which is very noisy and plays music until late at night, so it may not be suitable for people who want to relax. I was tired so I ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel. A beef burger was $9 and a beer was $2. The taste was okay.

No food- the only reason I could not rate 5/5 on facilities. The workers are honest. I had forgotten one of my phones after checking out. They contacted me and kept the phone for me for several hours.
