"Great location, and the overall environment was decent. However, the hotel's service and facilities were quite basic. No gym, no washing machine, no swimming pool, no breakfast, no cutlery – the value didn't match the services provided. I arrived for check-in close to 6 PM, but the room wasn't ready, and I had to wait a while. The cleaning staff even took my room key when they cleaned the room! The spa pool closes after 12 AM, so I couldn't use it for a late-night soak. Also, the bathroom tap was very stiff and difficult to turn; I'd suggest improving that."

"Perfect location in Myeongdong! The hotel is located right next to the Myeongdong Walking Street, making it incredibly convenient. There are so many delicious restaurants all around the area. It’s also very easy to get around as it’s just a short walk to the subway station. Highly recommended!"
