"Transportation: Two bus lines stop right outside the hotel, one of which is the 6001 airport bus to Seoul Incheon. It's about a dozen stops to Gimpo Airport. While the subway station isn't far, it's quite a walk underground, taking at least 10 minutes to reach the turnstiles.
Cleanliness: If you want your room cleaned, you need to hang the 'make up the room' sign on your door, otherwise, the cleaning staff won't come.
Service: The front desk staff were all very helpful. Breakfast is 1000 Korean Won per person.
Facilities: There's a machine at the front desk where you can buy transportation cards and SIM cards, exchange money, and even process in-hotel tax refunds. Another machine sells disposable toothbrushes, facial cleansers, and other convenient items.
Overall: The hotel facilities are good, but it's a bit of a distance from the subway station. However, it's a good value for the price."

Amazing
DDouglas_TFrom the moment I stepped out of the car until I reached my room, someone was there to assist me. When I opened the door, the turndown service was already done, and my charging cables were neatly organized and plugged in. By the bed, there was water and a sealed glass. I've stayed in many hotels, both domestically and internationally, but very few make me feel comfortable enough to use their kettle and glasses. The entire service process was seamless and unobtrusive, yet they anticipated every detail I could possibly need for my trip.
AAnonymous UserThe accommodation looks exactly like the photos and is super clean! I really loved the view of Namsan Tower from the room, so romantic!
The kitchen is well-equipped for a simple breakfast with toast, jam, milk, and orange juice. There's even a water dispenser, so I didn't have to drink the water I'd bought beforehand. The hairdryer has a strong airflow, and the bathroom is spotless! I had mistakenly thought there would be a TV, but there wasn't, so I couldn't watch videos at the accommodation and ended up watching them on my phone with my friend.
Aside from that, the electric blanket was wonderfully warm, ensuring a cozy night's sleep. Free laundry and drying facilities are also available. There were a lot of international guests, which made it feel like I was abroad even though I was in Korea.
One thing to note: there are many stairs from the entrance, so my friend and I struggled quite a bit with our heavy luggage when checking in. I'd only recommend it for those with light luggage. Lastly, the Bluetooth speaker in the living room was on all night, and the sound was quite disruptive. It's not that there's no soundproofing, but because it was so quiet in the early morning, the sound seemed even louder. My friends also asked what the noise was, and after investigating, we realized it was the speaker, so we turned it off and finally got some sleep.

DDJ@SGThis is my 2nd year consecutive stay in L7 when I visit Seoul. The location is extremely convenient with Myeondong station exit 9 abd airport limousine bus right at the door step. L7 has high level of hygiene and facilities are pretty new. My only discomfort is the pillows are extremely soft even placing 2 on top of each other.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the voco Seoul Myeongdong! The service was incredibly thoughtful and patient; even with language barriers, the staff were always proactive and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is absolutely fantastic – ordering food delivery was super convenient, and Nandaemun Market is right downstairs where you can grab traditional snacks. It's also very close to Seoul Station and Lotte Duty-Free Myeongdong, and you can walk to the Myeongdong shopping district. The hotel even has its own GS25 convenience store, a coffee shop, and Burger King, making food and drinks incredibly easy. There's an airport bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take the 6001 bus directly from Incheon Airport (get off at Nandaemun Station, just tell the driver 'voco hotel' and they'll stop). It made getting around so hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Seoul!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very convenient, with the subway station right next to the hotel’s main entrance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and 24-hour convenience store just beside the hotel. The room is clean and comes with a large bathtub, which is a nice touch. Thumbs up for the overall experience—I would definitely stay here again if I return to Seoul.

LLlininRight outside Chungmuro Station, Exit 8 on Subway Line 4 – just turn around and you're there! It's about one stop from the busiest part of Myeongdong, either a walk or a subway ride away. There's unlimited self-service drinking water in the lobby. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. The soundproofing is pretty good, so it's quiet, and the room itself is spacious with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The shower pressure is fantastic! And you can even see N Seoul Tower from the room, how cool is that!

KKeenkakaThe location is quite convenient, located at the entrance of metro station and in 10 minutes walking distance to Myeongdong. Full of local restaurants, coffee cafes and grocery stores around the hotel. I love the AI system of the hotel, which you can request anything, general inquiry and even check-in and out, very smart, convenient and don’t have to meet in person. The Luggage storage and toilet are provided.
However, I found four problems here which I definitely won’t return to stay here. The first is elevator, too long for me to wait because there’re many residences on the same building using the same elevators. Second is bathroom and toilet are too small. Third is the room is very dusty all the time and forth is the green light of the ceiling air conditioner goes directly to your eyes while sleeping, which is very very annoying.

TTianqiandikun-zijianMy wife and I booked this hotel for our cherry blossom viewing trip to Seoul during the Qingming Festival. After a long search on Trip.com, we finally decided on the Grand Hyatt Seoul, and it truly proved to be worth every penny of its high price!
Firstly, getting to the Grand Hyatt from Incheon Airport is incredibly convenient. You just need to buy a bus ticket at the airport, and it takes you directly to the hotel lobby entrance. The bus driver was very helpful with our luggage, and upon arrival, the bellhops were also very enthusiastic in guiding us through check-in and assisting with our bags.
However, after checking in and getting to our room, we were truly amazed. The view outside the window was absolutely breathtaking – I'd even go so far as to say it's the best room in all of Seoul for views of Namsan (perhaps even *the* best). This view alone practically makes the hotel room rate worth it. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities are up to international five-star luxury hotel standards. The restaurant in the hotel lobby requires reservations, and its backdrop is the entire Seoul city skyline, which is quite spectacular.
The hotel staff's service attitude is excellent; every team member is enthusiastic, professional, and also quite attractive (which probably has something to do with Koreans' emphasis on appearance). Additionally, getting to popular attractions like Namsan, Gyeongbokgung, and Hongdae from the Grand Hyatt is very easy and convenient by Uber. Overall, if you have the budget, I highly recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserIt was amazing! They had free water and coffee, the location was great, only 15 mins from Myeongdong, I went so many times. It was easy to shop and bring back things. The room size was huge even for one person. I had a direct view of Namsan Tower and it was so pretty, photo doesn't do it justice.
