GGuest UserThe front desk staff were professional and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and the shower had a separate wet and dry area. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-15 minute taxi ride to MixC and Uniwalk, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Water Buffalo Milk Queen. Plus, there are plenty of BBQ joints and dessert shops nearby. My mom and I stayed in a king-size room for five days and had a very satisfying experience! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

DDouble BearHeard from a friend that this place is great for families with kids, so I decided to check it out while I had some free time. The stay was really good! 🎧
🦁 It's located in Xiaomeisha, and the surrounding area is very well developed. It took us just over 2 hours to get here from Guangzhou. The previous hotel here was demolished, so the MGM hotel is brand new and the environment is excellent.
🦁 There were many young ladies at the front desk helping with check-in. What really impressed me was when I called to ask for an extra blanket, it was delivered in less than 3 minutes!
🦁 We happened to arrive during a typhoon, so the two outdoor pools weren't an option. There's no indoor pool, but with a baby, we weren't bored at all. There's an indoor kids' area for over 8s and another for over 3s with a ball pit, so no worries about getting sunburnt.
🦁 The first floor was buzzing with activities, probably because it was a Saturday. There were magic shows and other performances, and the kids had a blast.
🦁 The hotel is right by the sea, just a few steps from the beach, offering great privacy. I didn't get any photos because of the rain, but it was very quiet.
🦁 The room was my favorite part. It's probably because it's new, but it was super clean. I booked the cheapest room type, and the layout was fantastic. The toilet, shower, and walk-in closet were all separate. There was a big bathtub, a large desk, and a spacious sofa in the room, making it convenient for eating takeout. Our smallest room was 53 square meters.
🦁 The balcony view was amazing; you could see the ocean at a glance. Every room seems to have a great sea view, thanks to the curved design. So, whether you book a cheap or expensive room, you won't be disappointed with the view.
🦁 The hotel isn't overly huge, so it's easy and not tiring to get to different areas.
The attentive service from our butler, Hyacinth 🪻, was the icing on the cake. And the young man at the front desk, Blue Whale, was also handsome with excellent service!
This hotel is genuinely great, with no complaints.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

The stunning panoramic views of Shenzhen's vibrant nightscape are truly a luxurious experience. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure vacations!

MmadridzmlChose this hotel for my trip to Shenzhen, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel design is very stylish, and the lobby is a great spot for photos. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide view, and the soundproofing is excellent. There's a shopping mall within walking distance downstairs for food and shopping. The free self-service laundry room is a lifesaver for short trips, and the breakfast offers a great variety. Tibbers was also very enthusiastic with their service. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserYou can tell this hotel is run with a lot of passion. The decor is Wabi-sabi style, and the room had so many thoughtful touches. The bedding was comfortable, making for a truly relaxing vacation feel. It's very family-friendly; the kids loved switching between the ocean and the infinity pool. The bar by the pool had a fantastic vibe at night! We got a room upgrade, complimentary breakfast, and even a parting gift when we checked out. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I won't hesitate – I'll book this hotel again directly!

GGivenchy__Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining.
Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged.
Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance.
Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied. Throughout my stay, they consistently checked in on my needs. The entire experience was very satisfying and complete. Thank you, InterContinental.

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

GGuest UserThis business trip, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gooday, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant. I absolutely have to commend Joy, the concierge. Joy is wonderfully kind and approachable. When I was checking in, she noticed I often work at a desk, so she proactively upgraded me to an executive deluxe king room. The room had an excellent orientation, far from noisy hallway areas, and the soundproofing was superb. Whether I was working during the day or resting at night, it was exceptionally peaceful. The entire room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the workspace was ample, with plenty of room for my laptop and documents without feeling cramped. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it very convenient for business meetings. Joy is genuinely sincere and her service is attentive without being overly formal or intrusive. Her perfectly timed thoughtfulness really helped alleviate the fatigue of a busy business trip. My overall stay was very comfortable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business in the area.
