GGuest UserThe hotel room comes with complimentary Baishishan mineral water, and the mini-fridge has three cans of beverages. There are also black tea, green tea, and coffee sachets, along with a tatami sofa. The overall design has a strong ethnic charm, and the lobby environment is very cozy, featuring two adorable cats named Xiaoqiu and Xiaoguo. All the facilities are brand new, responsive, and fully functional without any issues.

GGuest UserTraveling to Shenzhen with my family, we stayed in the family room at Futian Huanggang Intercity Hotel, Shenzhen, and it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it for families with children.
The family room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, offering separate sleeping areas for both adults and children, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. Our whole family felt relaxed and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, free from any strange odors, and the hygiene details were impeccable. The lighting was excellent, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of trains passing by at night, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The bedding featured high-end Sealy mattresses, which were both soft and supportive, and there was a choice of pillows, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep for both adults and children. The smart home controls throughout the room were a hit with the kids – they loved using voice commands to turn lights on and off, open and close curtains, and adjust the air conditioning. It added so much fun and joy to our stay.
The bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and plenty of hot water with good pressure. After a day of sightseeing, a hot shower was just what we needed to wash away travel fatigue. The hotel even provided disposable bath bags, which was a nice touch for cleanliness and peace of mind. The quality toiletries and soft, skin-friendly bathrobes made the experience comparable to a high-end luxury hotel.
The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Metro Line 7, making it super convenient for getting around and catching trains. The service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The staff were all polite and friendly.

The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

They helped set up the room with a wonderful ambiance beforehand and even surprised me with a delicate little cake! It was an absolute delight. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The guest service by Lumina was gentle and attentive, handling everything very efficiently. It's a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a romantic getaway, and the location is convenient for getting around and dining. This birthday experience far exceeded my expectations; it was romantic and hassle-free. It's my top choice for couples, and I'll definitely be back for future special occasions. Highly recommended!

The pool and gym are well-maintained, perfectly meeting the need for relaxation during business trips. A special shout-out to Eva, who was prompt and meticulous with her arrangements from check-in to check-out, significantly enhancing efficiency. 食食好玩好，人生就好The overall experience at Shenzhen Junting Design Hotel was fantastic! The lobby has a great artistic vibe, simple yet luxurious and very stylish – perfect for a quick photo op. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with smart voice control devices. The King Koil mattress is just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast on the 14th floor offers a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The lobby also provides complimentary tea and drinks 24/7. The service from the staff (Tibbers) was warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial district, making travel easy, yet it's quiet despite being central. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available.
Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

GGuest UserThis trip was spontaneous, with no prior planning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll likely return.
First off, during check-in, our room wasn't quite ready. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she got us beach passes and even booked a cooking class for my child for the next day.
When we took the kids swimming, the pool attendant diligently helped adjust my child's back float from three layers to two and secured it properly. They also thoughtfully suggested that arm floats might be more convenient and safer.
While playing at the outdoor pool, we rented some floats. My child had a blast, trying out all the large and small floats, and even the inflatable dinosaur. It really made their day!
Initially, when we got back to our room, we opened the balcony door. Due to the temperature difference and taking a shower, the entire floor inside got wet. Housekeeping was amazing; they promptly brought a drying machine and replaced all our trash cans, fresh towels and bathrobes, and even cleaned the bathtub. I'm very grateful for their help.
The next day, they also extended our check-out by two hours, which allowed us to relax in the room a bit longer.
This trip was an excellent experience, and my son had a wonderful time too!

Kkylo_jI come to stay here quite often, maybe three or four times a month, and I always choose Good Holiday. Crowne Plaza has an excellent location, close to the subway, high-speed rail station, and shopping malls. The hotel is clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the room decor is cozy. What I'm most satisfied with is the variety of pillows available – buckwheat, latex, all sorts of options to choose from. The hotel's personal butler service is great; I added them on WeChat, and they respond promptly to any questions I have.
