"This hotel is perfectly located in Zao Yan Plaza. It's just a short walk from where the long-distance bus drops you off, and only about a 10-minute stroll to the scenic area's main entrance. The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details."

"The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly close proximity to the scenic spots – just a few minutes' walk away. The room size was a bit cramped, but I did like the simple and refreshing wooden decor. However, the soundproofing was really subpar. I could hear the front desk staff chatting all the way up in my third-floor room. While I'm sure the staff didn't intend for their conversations to be so loud, it was definitely disruptive to guests. The most unacceptable thing, though, was a staff member opening my room door and walking in without knocking. I never received a reasonable explanation from the hotel even when I checked out. Plus, the windows in the room were dusty, and there was hair left on the shower walls. For a price that's nearly four figures, I really felt it wasn't worth it."

"Worried about traffic jams and difficulty getting a taxi, I booked a hotel right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. It's a 15-minute walk from the scenic area to the hotel, and the parking lot for the ******* King's Feast & Dance show is right next door, just a three-minute walk away. This made it super convenient to head to Huanglong early the next morning. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel even recommended the popular Himalayan restaurant. So, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's comfortable. What surprised me most was that the flowers at the hotel entrance were all real and very well-kept, not plastic fakes. That immediately made a great first impression. Another thing worth praising is the service. Before arrival, they proactively contacted me with a guide and directions, and upon check-in, they provided a scenic area tour. Finally, when I unexpectedly got my period, the staff kindly and enthusiastically offered sanitary pads to help out. Definitely deserves a good review!"

"Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff were all friendly, professional, and welcoming. We especially loved the complimentary late-night snacks, which were a thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry room was also excellent, with plenty of machines available, making it very convenient for travelers. "1. The location is quite convenient, close to Moon Bay parking lot, where you can catch buses for arrivals and departures. You can take a taxi to the scenic area, which costs just a few yuan. The hotel is about a kilometer away from the scenic area. It can be hard to find a taxi after playing, but you can walk back, though it might be a bit tiring after a day of exploring. 2. The hotel handles issues very promptly and provides a butler service. They even offered foot-soaking amenities, which was a great touch! It's excellent for older guests, as they respond immediately to any problems. The breakfast is also very rich and satisfying for the family. 3. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, which was spacious enough for a comfortable rest. The room had a wet and dry separation. We were on the third floor, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel also tried its best to accommodate our room preference requests upon check-in, which was much appreciated! 4. There are many dining options nearby, including a newly opened tomato yak beef hotpot restaurant, making it very convenient for meals. Chuanjie Yak Beef Noodles is also not far. If you don't feel like walking, you can order takeout, though it can only be delivered to the hotel lobby, which is a bit inconvenient."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the decor style looks very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The projector works great, perfect for watching a movie after a day of sightseeing. Hygiene: It's clean and tidy. The cleaning staff are quite thorough and replace disposables daily. Environment: It's not far from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, and ordering takeout nearby is quite convenient. But I have to call out the breakfast place next to the hotel – it's a bit pricey, the taste is mediocre, and I'm not sure if it's the breakfast, but I've had an upset stomach every day after eating there these past two days. 😤 Service: The hotel staff are very helpful. They arrange shuttle services to and from the scenic area and are always ready to answer questions. Their attitude is great, and they do their best to help with any requests. Jiuzhaigou is beautiful, and Huanglong is also good (attaching two photos). It was a very pleasant trip."

"The hotel is right in the center of Pengfeng Village, very easy to find. The service is meticulous, the room is very clean, and the mattress is super comfortable. The breakfast is also clean, hygienic, and delicious. You can take a taxi or walk to the scenic spots, which offers good flexibility. The recommended restaurants are popular, affordable, and tasty – you won't regret ordering! We were on the first floor, and opening the window revealed beautiful flowers, which put us in a great mood."

"The hotel was newly renovated and still had a slight smell. However, overall it was quite clean and quiet. There's a yak hot pot restaurant right next door, so we could still grab dinner even when arriving late. Traveling with a child, an extra breakfast cost 49, as per Huazhu Club's policy. The hotel is only about a 20-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, so you can avoid the shuttle and potential traffic jams by walking."

"The hotel is located on a charming side street right next to the Baishui River, offering lovely views from the window. The room facilities are impressively high-tech, surpassing what you'd find in many mainstream five-star hotels in certain aspects. Breakfast is another major highlight; despite the hotel's small size, which usually means limited options at B&Bs, they managed to cover almost all the main requests of guests. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. If I had to offer a suggestion, since the lobby is on the 3rd floor and there's no access control for people coming in from outside, the security could be slightly improved."
