Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Gym

Our group of five, four adults and a 1-year-9-month-old child, booked three rooms – one twin and two king rooms – for a two-night stay. Having stayed at an exclusive luxury hotel the night before, where we experienced top-tier domestic service, moving to this guesthouse naturally brought a drop in our expectations. However, I wasn't judging this place by luxury hotel standards. Upon arrival, the guesthouse's main gate was locked, preventing our vehicle from entering. We waited for a long time before someone came to help with our luggage. The staff member who helped was a local, and his enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor were somewhat lacking. We still had to carry a fair amount of our luggage ourselves, which was a stark contrast to our previous check-in experience. Overall, I'd say the value for money isn't particularly high. The guesthouse is located at the foot of a mountain, and the window view is limited to just that – a mountain. The hardware is just okay; the actual place doesn't offer the expansive feel that the photos suggest. As for dining, the breakfast was ordinary and a bit greasy. The fried rice we ordered when we were hungry in the evening tasted exactly like the fried rice from the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing. During our stay, we encountered a facility issue: the hot water pressure in the twin room was extremely low. The guesthouse explained this was due to high alkalinity in the mountain spring water causing pipe blockages. The manager handled it well, arranging for us to use the adjacent room to bathe the baby, so this issue was resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, with the windows open, the sounds of other guests walking and talking outside at night were quite noticeable. If privacy and quiet sleep are important to you, I'd advise giving this careful consideration. When checking out, we asked for a coffee to go, which the staff readily agreed to. However, we later discovered that a 25 RMB coffee fee was directly deducted from our deposit, without any prior notification that the coffee was chargeable. We had stayed in three rooms for two nights and hadn't even had breakfast, so to be charged extra for one cup of coffee felt quite disappointing. On a positive note, the young female staff member at the guesthouse was polite and provided excellent service. There aren't many high-quality guesthouse options in Jiuzhaigou, and I've seen quite a few guests choose to check out early. I hope the guesthouse can offer more warm and attentive service to its guests in the future. The hardware is only acceptable. I hope the guesthouse can further refine and improve its service details, dining quality, transparency in charging, and soundproofing.

Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The hotel has three restaurants, and I tried them all – the food was delicious. There are also some commercial amenities within the hotel, so you don't have to go out to pass the time. I got a foot massage and had a travel photoshoot. I also danced at Guozhuang Square, and the colorful lantern square was beautiful. The Qiang intangible cultural heritage projects were also very well done. At this time of year, it's not too crowded, so the travel experience was excellent. Jiuzhaigou is as beautiful as ever. I'll definitely stay at the Hilton again next time. Very satisfied!

This time in Jiuzhaigou, I booked this B&B with a private hot spring in Zhangza Town, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy and comfortable off-white color scheme. The outdoor private hot spring pool was the highlight – soaking in the warm water under the stars at night created an incredibly atmospheric and photogenic scene. All the fatigue from a day of travel instantly melted away. The location is right at the entrance of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get there, and they offer free shuttle service. The breakfast was also delicious, with freshly cooked rice noodles and steamed dim sum, perfect for a hearty start to the day.

During my trip to Jiuzhaigou, I stayed at a few different guesthouses and hotels, and Conrad was one of them. As an established hotel, their service standards are consistently high – everything felt well-organized and reassuring. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and when I mentioned it to the front desk during check-in, they immediately gave a teddy bear to my child and later sent a small cake to our room. My child was absolutely delighted! I wasn't too fond of the local food, so one evening we all went to Hilton for their buffet. I heard they're part of the same group, so getting there was easy – we just took the shuttle bus. At the hotel's cultural and creative store, I bought some incredibly delicate prayer wheel charms for only 15RMB each. I bought all the ones they had to bring back as gifts for my family. The hotel room also had a fireplace, and turning it on at night created such a cozy atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I fell asleep very quickly in bed, which greatly eased my anxiety and fatigue from usually having trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds.

This hotel is super nice, with an excellent location right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, about a 10-minute walk from the ticket office. I have to commend the 'E-personality' lady at the front desk – she was incredibly enthusiastic! Every day, she generously gave us fresh yak yogurt (I checked, and they were all freshly made) and even gave us discount coupons for the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is also great; the yak hotpot was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The room has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness; I slept very comfortably. Plus, the smart home system throughout the room was fantastic, the facilities are new, and the environment is very clean.

Originally, I was supposed to stay in Huanglong that night, but I started feeling really sick from altitude sickness. So, I quickly booked a hotel on Ctrip and immediately came over from Huanglong. The altitude sickness instantly subsided. The kind lady at the front desk saw we weren't feeling well and even upgraded us to a deluxe room. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean and well-arranged. At breakfast, our child didn't finish their food, and the staff even provided a bag for us to take it with us, which was very thoughtful and prevented waste. We didn't plan well for our stay in Chengdu and ended up in a guesthouse. Sigh, you really need to be careful when choosing guesthouses; it's probably better to just stick to hotels.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the scenic area entrance, saving us time on taxis and traffic jams in the morning. Although it's a bit pricey, the convenience is definitely worth it. The hotel breakfast also gave us a chance to try ******* barley bread and yak butter tea. Without the pressure of sales promotions, we could really appreciate the local food in a relaxed setting. The hotel offers spa and sauna facilities, a gym, washing machines, and dryers. Just a few minutes' walk upriver from the hotel, there are many restaurants, and a post-meal stroll along the river is very pleasant.

Extremely satisfied! They started contacting me even before check-in. I hadn't booked a king-size bed when I made the reservation, but they were able to switch me to one after I arrived. My private butler, Haijun, helped arrange breakfast and thoughtfully sent me a guide to local attractions. After I checked in, Haijun even escorted me from the lobby to my room, pointing out where breakfast was served along the way. He was very patient. I also want to thank the front desk agent who helped me check in that day. I forgot to buy sunscreen, and she told me the hotel store had it, then escorted me to the elevator and reminded me again about the breakfast location. I feel like all the staff at this hotel are so caring, attentive, and thoughtful. If I come back to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you!
