All the staff I encountered were very friendly, greeted me proactively, and even helped me with my luggage (this was excellent… they pulled my suitcase all the way to the main entrance; otherwise, that cardio workout would have given me a headache for ages).
As a member, I also got 20% off dinner at the restaurant. The portions were quite generous, and the food tasted good—highly recommend.
I got a free room upgrade with fruit and nougat 🍬. They asked about my preferences for the stay, and since I wanted a view, they gave me an excellent room with a scenic view. The joys of the off-season!
The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A special shout-out to the shower's very clear markings!! (No more getting scalded or frozen… My 'J' personality truly appreciates this).
As I was leaving, the front desk even gave me some qingke (highland barley) cakes, which were also delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Our room had a small balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel's location in Huameishengdi was perfect; we could walk to restaurants in just a couple of minutes. Getting to scenic spots was convenient by taxi, taking about 17-20 minutes.

Ssquirrel777Our two-day stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is located within the Huamei Shengdi Resort, boasting a beautiful environment, excellent amenities, and various activities.
Specifically for the Hilton Garden Inn: The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding. The service was excellent; we even added staff on WeChat for convenient communication. The hotel grounds feature an adorable alpaca, and the children's play area is cozy and welcoming. Nights were exceptionally quiet.
The hotel is approximately 9 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou. Getting there and back by Didi (ride-sharing app) is very convenient, costing around 30 RMB for a 20-minute ride. During the off-season, a free resort shuttle bus is available, departing at 8:20 AM and returning at 4:30 PM (it's advisable to check with the tourist center beforehand). Additionally, the hotel is very close to 'Zhongzhagou'; if you have time, it's worth a stroll for its beautiful scenery.
I stayed for two full days, arriving around noon on the first day. That afternoon, we visited the Jiuzhai Tibetan-Qiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, explored 'Zhongzhagou,' and enjoyed a Starbucks coffee at the Hilton Resort's lobby bar. In the evening, we savored a delicious hotpot dinner within the resort. On the second day, we took a Didi to Jiuzhaigou at 7:15 AM, getting a car instantly, and returned by the resort's free shuttle bus at 4:30 PM. That evening, we had a ******* meal across from the resort. After dinner, we watched a bonfire party and a lantern festival at the resort (the lantern display was exceptionally beautiful). It was a truly fulfilling two days! (The Huamei Shengdi Resort also boasts a standard cinema, but unfortunately, we ran out of time to visit).
Tips: If you're traveling from Huanglong or Jiuzhaigou by bus, remember to alight at Huamei Shengdi. For the return trip from the hotel to Huanglong/Jiuzhaigou, you can book a private car via Ctrip for a convenient direct pickup at the hotel. Jiuzhaigou is incredibly beautiful; I definitely want to visit again!

MM2hsqk6d3****This is my first time writing a review, and the staff here are just so enthusiastic! The moment I arrived in the lobby, a lady immediately helped me with my luggage. The service attitude was excellent, I'm very satisfied. Walking into the room, it was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. They even prepared disposable bath towels, face towels, and toilet seat covers for us. Plus, they had already turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, it was so warm and thoughtful! Definitely five-star worthy!

Upon arrival, I found the hotel environment to be excellent. The staff were professional and friendly, and after checking in, a thoughtful butler guided me to my room. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, you just wouldn't want to get out of bed once you lay down. The room was spotlessly clean, with attention to every detail.

SShuzihedoubaodemamaMy legs were completely worn out after a day of exploring Jiuzhaigou, so I was incredibly relieved we chose this Indigo hotel, located just 10 km from the scenic area.
The moment we entered, the hotel smelled wonderful. I had noted we were on our honeymoon in the Ctrip backend beforehand, and they proactively upgraded us to a deluxe boutique king room and even decorated it for our honeymoon! It's a shame there wasn't much of a view outside the window, though. 🥹
The room size was perfectly adequate. The bathtub filled up quickly, and a nice soak was incredibly soothing for our fatigue. The shower water was nice and hot, the air conditioning worked great, and the bedding was comfortable – perfect for us after a tiring day at the scenic area.
It's especially quiet around here this season, which I loved. The breakfast was also pretty good; I found plenty of food I enjoyed and felt very satisfied. The yak yogurt tasted really healthy and was delicious, though unfortunately, I didn't have any room left in my stomach to have more.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou who doesn't want to rush back on their return journey. You can even enjoy a lie-in the next day!

MM857232****I was traveling to Jiuzhaigou with some elderly relatives from out of town and was worried they might suffer from altitude sickness or feel unwell due to the dry climate, which would ruin their trip. So, I specifically booked a large double room and a deluxe triple room at the Vienna International Hotel, thinking the reasonable price and good environment would satisfy them. To my surprise, we had an unexpected treat! Xiao Ge at the front desk was so enthusiastic and thoughtful. Seeing that there were available rooms, she upgraded us to a deluxe family suite for free. The 1+1 suite was much more spacious with three larger, more comfortable beds, which made my elderly relatives very happy. In the morning, around 7:00 AM when it was still dark, I accidentally locked the bathroom door. The maintenance staff responded incredibly quickly and came up to open it for us in no time. After breakfast, there was a dedicated shuttle service to take guests to the park entrance. We only waited a short while before getting on the bus, and in just a few minutes, we were at the park entrance. It was even faster than my last stay at Bianbian Street! I really want to commend their thoughtful service.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the service from our personal butler, Yuying, made us feel incredibly welcome. She proactively asked for our arrival time before check-in, prepared the room in advance, and thoughtfully recommended nearby dining options. The room itself was quite spacious, featuring a balcony, a separate desk, a sofa, and even a heater, making the facilities very comprehensive! Highly recommend! Highly recommend!!!

MM653228****I was a bit hesitant before checking into the Courtyard by Marriott Jiuzhaigou, but a phone call completely put my worries to rest. After I told Tylor I needed a quiet room and kids' toiletries prepared in advance, he immediately informed manager Lindsay. Lindsay not only thoughtfully arranged everything but also provided directions beforehand. Upon arrival, Xiao Xiang keenly noticed our many bags and proactively helped us take them to the room; Gina handled our check-in efficiently and professionally; Lom enthusiastically shared practical travel tips, making our trip much easier. After checking out, I accidentally left my tablet behind, and Xiao Yang contacted me promptly, saving me a lot of trouble. Breakfast was available from 6 AM, which was very convenient. What touched me most about this stay was that every staff member treated us not just as guests, but like friends, with genuine care. I highly recommend this warm and welcoming hotel!
