Guest UserThis guesthouse is a true hidden gem, nestled atop its own private mountain. The rooms are comfortable and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The mountain scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows changes with the weather and sunlight, and you can enjoy beautiful vistas right from your bed. I heard the highest peak is considered a sacred mountain by the locals. When it rains, you can witness an enchanting misty mountain scene; in spring, the mountains are covered in wildflowers; autumn brings vibrant fall colors; and in winter, you get to see snow-capped peaks. The beauty of Jiuzhai isn't just in Jiuzhaigou itself, but also in the stunning landscape visible from this guesthouse's windows. There are friendly cats and dogs in the yard that love attention, and in the evenings, there's a bonfire with drinks and music – it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. I was incredibly lucky to see a sky full of stars, the Milky Way, and even shooting stars on a clear night! A huge thank you to the owner for taking such an amazing photo for us, a truly unforgettable moment!

This time in Jiuzhaigou, I booked this B&B with a private hot spring in Zhangza Town, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy and comfortable off-white color scheme. The outdoor private hot spring pool was the highlight – soaking in the warm water under the stars at night created an incredibly atmospheric and photogenic scene. All the fatigue from a day of travel instantly melted away. The location is right at the entrance of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get there, and they offer free shuttle service. The breakfast was also delicious, with freshly cooked rice noodles and steamed dim sum, perfect for a hearty start to the day.

The hotel is located in Huamei Shengdi, making it very convenient to travel to and from by the official shuttle bus. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the scenic area.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellboy came out to help us with our luggage – excellent service! Especially Janice, the guest services manager, who even gave me a small bear.
The hotel environment and room cleanliness are both excellent. On the second night, I experienced some altitude sickness, and the hotel even helped deliver an oxygen tank to my room 🫧 I was truly touched!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the gully entrance, yet only a 10-minute taxi ride away. The environment is clean and hygienic, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. They even have staff who add you on WeChat to provide personalized, one-on-one concierge-like service. We received a free room upgrade, and the breakfast was affordable and delicious. Plus, there's a complimentary shuttle bus to the gully entrance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, comparable to international branded hotels. It felt authentic and down-to-earth, making it the perfect choice for a trip to Jiuzhaigou.

BalabalamiracleMy overall stay was a mixed bag. While some staff members provided commendable service, there were serious privacy violations and significant safety and hygiene issues.
I'd like to specifically commend Kari, Vincent, Emily, and Sophie. They were patient, responsive, and provided professional and attentive service, which greatly enhanced our trip. A special shout-out to Vincent; despite being a manager, he drove us around in the sightseeing buggy and even took us to a different location for a taxi, ensuring we got there comfortably. My service rating is solely for these staff members.
However, some unacceptable problems arose:
The breakfast hygiene was concerning; we found hair in the food. For a high-end hotel, such hygiene issues are inexcusable and raise serious food safety concerns.
The privacy and security in the guest room were severely compromised. While someone was still in the room, a staff member knocked only once before immediately pushing the door open and looking directly towards the closet area. This was a grave infringement on guest privacy and a serious breach of security. When paying for a hotel room, guests are entitled to basic privacy. This incident was so severe it warranted calling the police. I felt a complete lack of security throughout my entire stay.
The hotel's hardware and views are good, but the room management processes, breakfast hygiene, and staff entry protocols urgently need a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize privacy and hygiene. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously, strengthens all-staff training, and prevents other guests from experiencing similar situations.

BuliuleidexindiqiuThis hotel is super nice, with an excellent location right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, about a 10-minute walk from the ticket office. I have to commend the 'E-personality' lady at the front desk – she was incredibly enthusiastic! Every day, she generously gave us fresh yak yogurt (I checked, and they were all freshly made) and even gave us discount coupons for the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is also great; the yak hotpot was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The room has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness; I slept very comfortably. Plus, the smart home system throughout the room was fantastic, the facilities are new, and the environment is very clean.

Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhai, it was the most reassuring place to stay during my trip to Jiuzhai! The front desk check-in was efficient and smooth, especially the staff member Xiaohuan, who was warm, patient, and attentive, proactively offering tips for visiting the scenic area.
The hotel is nestled amidst mountains and forests, with ******* and Qiang-style architecture blending seamlessly with modern minimalist design. The grounds are lush with greenery and surrounded by streams, and the air is filled with negative oxygen ions, making walks and breathing deeply incredibly therapeutic. Every corner offers a picturesque, forest-like photo opportunity.
The room was spacious and airy, framing views of green mountains and mist right outside the window. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The addition of underfloor heating throughout the entire room was perfect for the large day-night temperature differences at this altitude, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough.
It's pet-friendly, and the hotel even has an alpaca named Huahua! They arranged a large, luxurious dog crate for our dog, which we highly recommend!

Arrived in Jiuzhaigou in the afternoon and stumbled upon this hotel. Didn't expect such great service! The kind lady at the front desk helped us purchase tickets for Jiuzhaigou, including the senior discount tickets, which we wouldn't have known how to get on our own. It was a huge help. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The environment is nice, and they have their own parking lot, which we were told is free in the afternoons. Seriously, the service was excellent! 👍👍

Guest UserStayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

Anonymous UserExtremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Qianguqing scenic area, making transportation very convenient. The decor is beautiful, elegant, and grand. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, hygienic, and quiet, and even had a separate walk-in closet. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. We were upgraded to a deluxe twin room for free because we had a child, and received welcome fruits and snacks. The breakfast selection was abundant. What particularly touched us was that we left our child's clothes in the room when checking out, and customer service promptly called us, allowing us to pick them up after we finished our sightseeing.
