RrosaxiezhenFacilities: I was completely surprised to find such a wonderful B&B in Jiuzhaigou. Even within the guesthouse, every facility, from the elevator to the lobby, from the private hot spring baths in the rooms to the smart toilets and toiletries, was truly exceptional. I was completely surprised by the quality of the B&B and was very satisfied. Cleanliness: It was exceptionally clean. From the moment I entered the B&B, I felt like I was in a paradise. With so many B&Bs in Heye Village, it's no wonder that Basong Shijing has such a high rating. Environment: Other B&Bs in the village are undergoing renovations and infrastructure work, which slightly affected the walk from Bonsai Beach to the B&B entrance. However, the B&B and the room itself were flawless. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy the rare tranquility of the early mornings and evenings within the valley, which was truly wonderful. Service: This is what truly makes a B&B stand out. From setting up a dedicated service group two days in advance to proactively providing information about parking for self-drive vehicles (this is crucial during peak season), Ms. You picked us up at the parking lot on time. The owner enthusiastically explained the itinerary throughout, and especially since we were two elderly people, she proactively offered to upgrade our rooms without changing rooms. From the restaurant staff to the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly welcoming and sincere. On our last morning, knowing we'd leave the valley before 7:30, they pre-packaged a hot breakfast for us. The man who escorted us was also very considerate. Overall, this is a dedicated team, and they provided excellent service to our two elderly family members. This is a B&B that truly makes you want to return time and time again, just like the scenery of Jiuzhaigou. The private hot springs are a must-try. The yak hot pot at the B&B is incredibly delicious, and the yak yogurt is even better. I'm still savoring it, hahaha. One small suggestion: the mattress is indeed a bit soft. I'd love to see if they can improve it, considering the cost. By the way, I haven't given a special like to the adorable little Bao (my irresistible smile) and the cold cat, hehe.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Although it’s located a bit far from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the staff made up for it with exceptional service. From the moment I booked, they arranged transportation and took care of everything until the very end of my trip. A special thanks to Linjiao, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Her hospitality was outstanding — she looked after me with such care, provided helpful recommendations, and constantly checked in to ensure I was safe and comfortable. The room itself was beautiful and cozy, and the environment felt very warm and welcoming. There’s a nice local restaurant nearby and a fruit market just a short walk away. The locals were also very friendly, which made my stay even more memorable. I’m truly impressed and grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!

NNight1001The hotel is right in Moon Bay, less than a 10-minute walk from where the bus drops you off. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it super convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, and they even had latex pillows, which made for a great night's sleep ☺️. Downstairs, there's a hot spring and a jjimjilbang (Korean-style sauna), perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around Jiuzhaigou. On the second morning, I was woken up by renovations at the hotel next door, which wasn't the hotel's fault, but they still gave me a small gift. Their service is really thoughtful, I loved it.

Lliling86The butler service was exceptional and incredibly warm. From booking the hotel to checking in and checking out, their meticulous service truly deserves high praise. After we booked, they arranged a car to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and the next day they took us to the scenic spot and picked us up again after our visit. Their thoughtful gestures really made us feel welcome while away from home. This is also a hot spring hotel with a thermal bath, which we unfortunately didn't book this time. The lovely butler told us the hot spring water comes from a pure, natural mountain spring. We definitely need to experience it next time when we bring my parents. Overall, this B&B offers great service and well-appointed facilities. We received complimentary welcome fruits, enjoyed a rich breakfast, and coffee was available 24 hours a day for free. We booked a mountain view room, and the mountain scenery outside the window was absolutely captivating, creating a wonderful and memorable experience. It truly deserves a thumbs up!

The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the rooms are impeccably clean and feel very grand – it absolutely lives up to a 5-star standard. The gentleman who greeted us so warmly at the entrance, who looked like he was from Xinjiang, was not only handsome but also exceptionally enthusiastic in his service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip.

SStar-jackonThe hotel is huge and very easy to find, with convenient parking right next to the Romance Park scenic area. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the service from our personal butler, Yuying, made us feel incredibly welcome. She proactively asked for our arrival time before check-in, prepared the room in advance, and thoughtfully recommended nearby dining options. The room itself was quite spacious, featuring a balcony, a separate desk, a sofa, and even a heater, making the facilities very comprehensive! Highly recommend! Highly recommend!!!
