The staff here, both male and female, were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us detailed recommendations for local attractions, how to best enjoy them, and even suggested nearby restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, and despite the slight issue with soundproofing at the door, it didn't affect our sleep – the overall environment was quite quiet. They even left us some candies in the room! The rice noodles at this Ji Hotel's breakfast were delicious, and you could add tofu pudding and a fried egg to them – so good! 😍 Plus, there's a card and mahjong room, a gym, and a laundry room. The parking lot isn't huge, but the attendant was very responsible, helping us rearrange parking spots daily based on our travel plans. The only downside is that you have to enter the hotel parking lot by driving against traffic at the intersection, which always made me a little nervous 🤣

The owner is incredibly welcoming! Breakfast is also delicious with a great variety, including fruit. The room is very clean too! There are even two well-behaved cats in the courtyard. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a free ride to the scenic spots. Plus, there's a complimentary ******* clothing try-on activity! I highly recommend everyone stay here.

This is my second stay here. My first visit was in 2023, and even then, the service, cleanliness, and overall environment left a great impression. This time was no different. Our high-speed train was scheduled late, and we wanted to freshen up before heading out, but ride-sharing options were scarce at that hour. The staff (a lovely young lady) actively helped us find a car, and in the morning, they even arranged a taxi to take us to the attractions. The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic! The lady who makes the butter tea there was incredibly kind. On our first day, we were too full to finish the butter tea and asked if we could take it to go the next day when we checked out. She readily agreed. Honestly, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and incredibly heartwarming. When issues arise, the staff genuinely considers your needs and goes above and beyond to resolve them. Plus, the rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend considering this place if you're planning a trip!

Choosing this guesthouse for our self-drive trip to Jiuzhaigou was an absolute gem! The location is superb, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. The biggest bonus was the free shuttle service provided by the owner. We didn't have to worry about parking or finding our way around at all, as we got private transfers to and from the scenic area both morning and evening. It was so convenient and hassle-free. The service was warm and attentive; any requests we had were promptly addressed by the owner, making for an incredibly satisfying experience. The twin room we booked was spacious, with two comfortable beds. The entire room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The room also featured a super large projection screen, perfect for unwinding and relaxing with anime or TV shows after a day of sightseeing. The integrated wardrobe at the entrance provided ample storage, with well-organized sections for hanging clothes and shelves. Amenities like a kettle, toiletries, and disposable slippers were all provided, allowing us to neatly store our luggage and clothes. The overall decor was simple and aesthetically pleasing, and the thick blackout curtains ensured we could sleep in undisturbed. It’s perfect whether you’re a family of three or traveling with friends. With the shuttle service and excellent room facilities, this place offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou!

The location isn't too far from the university parking lot, about a ten-minute walk. In the morning, there's a dedicated shuttle to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. The room's soundproofing is decent, so it's quiet enough for sleeping. Hygiene is just okay; the bedding and toilet were fine, but the cups looked like they were just rinsed, with even some grime stuck to them that wasn't washed off. I only dared to cup my hands to get water for brushing my teeth. There were no regular towels, only very thin disposable ones which were just 'enough to use,' but not good to use. The front desk service was quite good, and breakfast was well-managed; they refilled bread immediately when it ran out, so you wouldn't go hungry if you arrived late.

Stayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

The location is super convenient, you can hail a taxi right outside the door. It's about a 5-minute ride to the bus station and 20 minutes to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. There's a friendly porter who helps with luggage at the entrance. The entire room is equipped with smart appliances. The uncle at the restaurant serving Chongqing noodles was very friendly and the noodles were delicious. Jiuzhaigou is beautiful, and staying here for two nights was very comfortable.

We booked this hotel after leaving Jiuzhaigou, as many closer hotels were already fully booked. We had to keep searching further away from Zangwang Square and the scenic area until we found this one. We checked out the room before booking. It was a lovely family room with two beds; one was a bunk bed. The top bunk was designed like a small wooden playhouse, and the bottom was for sleeping. Our child was so excited they didn't want to leave. There are a couple of drawbacks, depending on what you're looking for. Since the rooms are built close together, some don't have windows. Our particular room did have a window with some plants outside, but it mainly looked out onto a wall and greenery. We visited during New Year's Day, and it was quite cold. This room didn't seem to have central heating. It took a long time to warm up the room using the air conditioner. This wouldn't be an issue in other seasons, but I hope there's a quicker way to heat the room when it's cold.

The service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and spacious, and there are snacks and drinks for free when you check in. I got up late the next morning and missed the hotel's free car to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. The service staff immediately called a taxi at the door, and the hotel paid for the fare and sent me to the entrance. I was grateful and touched. I strongly recommend friends who come to Jiuzhaigou to stay in this hotel.
