The rooms are spacious and bright, well laid out with separate wet and dry areas, and fully equipped with amenities like central air conditioning, large-screen TVs, a mini-fridge, a small humidifier, and a smart toilet. The service quality is top-notch; staff are friendly and attentive to details. A major highlight is the eight complimentary bottles of mineral water provided in the room, which addresses guests' hydration needs perfectly and is truly commendable. The restaurant is clean and offers a great environment with a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including salads, stir-fries, pastries, fried rice, milk, soy milk, coffee, fruits, and yogurt—everything you could ask for.
Additionally, the hotel provides both ground-level and underground parking. Ground-level spots are limited and about 10 meters from the hotel, while the underground parking is about 100 meters away, making it slightly less convenient.
Overall, the hotel left a great impression. Five-star rating!

MM228619****The place is clean and tidy, and the room design is well-thought-out. The owner even turned on the underfloor heating before we arrived late in the evening. The environment is great, and I heard the holy mountain is right next door. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a set portion for each person. We enjoyed chatting with the owner while we ate. I'm not sure if it was the owner's wife, but she was very gentle and patiently helped us try on complimentary ******* clothes. On our second day, we didn't even go out; we spent the whole morning taking photos around the guesthouse. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserPros: The hotel was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Upon hearing I had a headache, the owner generously offered a complimentary oxygen tank. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally poor. It was constantly noisy from 6 AM, with ******* music, creaking wooden stairs, and children shouting. I couldn't sleep well at all and felt completely drained. 2. There doesn't seem to be a shuttle service to scenic spots. After breakfast around 9 AM, I mentioned to the owner that I hadn't rested well, and they simply told us to take a taxi ourselves. 3. The bathroom was a bit run-down, and the showerhead was rusty. The toilet cubicle was extremely small; as a man, I couldn't use it properly and had to lean sideways to avoid my face hitting the wall. 4. The projector was crooked. I spent a long time trying to adjust it manually, but it stayed crooked, and the image wasn't very clear. The clarity needs significant improvement. 5. There were spiders right at the entrance, which my friend traveling with me found quite off-putting.

GGuest UserThis was I and friend's first time traveling to China and I don’t speak any Chinese, but the hotel staff made everything so easy for me. They communicated very well through a translation app and were extremely helpful throughout my stay.
They supported me with my trip to Jiuzhaigou National Park and also helped suggest transportation back to the train station.
The facilities were complete and convenient. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou, and on my check-out day, they also helped send me to the bus pick-up point.
Overall, a wonderful experience. I truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We booked breakfast, and while the food was simple, it was perfectly adequate. The hotel's proximity to Jiuzhaigou is a major advantage; you can easily walk to the park. This is especially convenient given how much traffic builds up around the main entrance – walking truly saves a lot of hassle.

SShernet.OHighly recommend this place. It has a nice lobby, the rooms are clean, and hotel provides breakfast options. Laundry facilities are available too. It’s also within walking distance to Jiuzhaigou National Park. I found it very helpful to stay near the park, as getting a Didi at closing time can be quite challenging due to surge in bookings and longer wait times.
The hotel is located on a street with food and gift shops, which is great for dinner and evening strolls. It is also close to Starbucks, as well as other local coffee and bubble tea shops like Chagee, Luckin Coffee, Mixue & Auntea Jenny.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jiuzhaigou National Park.
Tips: Get train tickets to Huanglong and book a shuttle bus to the scenic area via Trip.com (there may be about a 15 minutes walk to the hotel, or you can take a Didi if you have a lot to carry). Alternatively, if you can’t get train tickets, you can book a direct shuttle from Chengdu, which takes about 6–7 hours and drops you near the hotel. Bookings can be made on trip.com as well.

2. Black-out during my stay. From 6am and not fix until my check out time, 10am. Hence, breakfast served was limited, only egg, mantou and soy bean.
3. Great location with many restaurant store around.
4. Family room lighting is abit dark, but queen room lighting is bright.

1106706****I saw some good reviews for this hotel online, and the pictures looked clean and fresh. Overall, the hotel was fine after checking in, especially since I booked a month in advance at a price I was comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend it to others. However, there are a few things I have to mention. First, the female receptionist at the front desk had a rather stiff tone. I'm not asking for an overly enthusiastic welcome, but at least a smile and a warm tone would be appropriate when greeting guests, right? That definitely lowered my first impression. Second, the room's decor was generally acceptable, but don't look too closely at the details – the paint on the walls was sloppy. The faucet in the bathroom sink had very low water pressure, and it took ages for hot water to come out. When I brought it up, the same female receptionist said the hot water was unstable due to recent temperature changes and told me to let it run longer. But even after running it longer, the water pressure didn't improve. Luckily, the shower had good water pressure, though water from the shower could spill everywhere, so guests need to be careful and avoid pointing the showerhead towards the shower door. Lastly, the window in this room faced a wall, and the AC unit outside was very noisy, especially late at night. The sound carried into the room, causing me to lose sleep. I still hadn't fallen asleep by 2 AM and then had to get up around 6 AM to rush to the scenic spot. I didn't get enough rest; I was severely sleep-deprived.
