AAnonymous UserI booked this room last minute, and the hotel is newly renovated and just opened. The room facilities are very complete, with underfloor heating and a projector. The toiletries are also disposable. It was very warm sleeping at night, and the underfloor heating is absolutely a lifesaver for Jiuzhaigou in winter. I highly recommend it to everyone.

BBiaoxianshengdarenHidden at the foot of the mountain, this healing Chinese-style B&B completely stole my heart! I stumbled upon this absolute gem during my trip, and it totally exceeded all expectations. The perfect blend of a traditional Chinese courtyard and mountain scenery – I was awestruck the moment I walked in! It's a three-story, all-wood Chinese quadrangle with bright red lanterns hanging high, exuding a rich traditional charm. When the lights come on at night, the atmosphere is simply magical, making it incredibly photogenic. The courtyard itself is a world apart. Bluestone paths connect lawns, streams, rockeries, and a pavilion. Sitting in the pavilion, feeling the mountain breeze, just makes you slow down and relax. Open the window, and you're greeted by rolling green hills. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset paint the mountains golden in the evening – this kind of natural, relaxed vibe is something city hotels just can't offer. 🛏️ The room's comfort and attention to detail were exceptional, and I absolutely loved the design! A minimalist, natural wood style with warm lighting made it cozy yet sophisticated. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly; lying down instantly melted away travel fatigue. The rattan pendant lamp by the bed added so much ambiance, and they thoughtfully provided a projector, so watching movies in bed at night was pure bliss. (The pillows were incredibly comfortable!) The separate wet and dry bathroom was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and new shower facilities. Toiletries were comprehensive. From the open clothes rack and blackout curtains to the small coffee table and sofa, every detail showed the owner's care. It felt as comfortable as being in my own home. The owner's service was truly impeccable! From check-in to check-out, they were attentive throughout, answering every question and proactively recommending local food and sightseeing routes, making us feel completely at ease. The room was spotless, and amenities were promptly replenished – the attention to detail was top-notch. This is definitely the most satisfying B&B I've stayed in recently! Whether you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle, enjoy a slow mountain life, or immerse yourself in the charm of a Chinese courtyard, this is the perfect choice. Comfortable rooms, stunning environment, warm service, and incredible value for money – I've already recommended it to all my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

TTanxiangala1️⃣ No mini-bar items in the room, feel free to consume anything – a big plus! Also, a small detail: there was an incense stick in a box, I wonder if it was ******* incense? 2️⃣ The facilities are very new, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the whole room is smartly automated, which is great. The amenities are also comprehensive; the towels, slippers, and tissues all feel high-quality, avoiding that cheap feel. There's a coffee machine, speaker, screen mirroring on the TV, a heated toilet, and an automatic sensing toilet lid with disposable toilet seat covers – another big plus! (Forgot if there was an exhaust fan). 3️⃣ The heating in the room was excellent, very warm, just like being in the north, haha. 4️⃣ The service attitude was great, everyone in the area was very enthusiastic! They were also very accommodating with requests! Both at the front desk and in the restaurant.🥳 5️⃣ Tried horseback riding (next to the hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐) and making ******* incense (at the hotel ⭐⭐⭐). 🐴 The scenery was pretty good for horseback riding, suitable for a leisurely stroll around the area if you arrive on the first day and don't want to go into the scenic spots. The price was a bit steep, but the local Tibetans were very nice; at one point, on a high slope, they even helped take photos, which turned out great. The ******* incense making cost 198 and took about ten minutes. It was quite a novel experience, but the steps were fewer than I expected, and it ended abruptly, leaving me wanting more, haha. However, the overall experience was still good. But for that price, I'd rather go horseback riding (I wonder if ******* incense itself is inherently expensive). 6️⃣ The overall environment of the guesthouse is quite nice. Taking photos on the balcony offers great views, overlooking some quiet villages. The Ritz-Carlton Reserve is also on a nearby hillside, which I saw during horseback riding. It's a shame we didn't see the 'golden mountain in the sun' as it rained these two days. Also, I heard there's a bonfire party in summer or at some other time! 7️⃣ Breakfast was good, mainly Chinese, I devoured the braised pork and 'mouth-watering chicken'. I also quite liked the yak hotpot for dinner, though the only minor drawback was the lack of chili oil, only chopped chili. It would have tasted even better with spicy chili oil.😭 8️⃣ There's a shuttle service to the scenic area (business van); I didn't pay attention to the schedule, but it was probably every ten to twenty minutes? However, it's a bit disappointing that there's no shuttle back to the hotel. I suggest setting one or two return times to the hotel, as having one or not makes a big difference in experience. Overall, the most satisfying aspects were the [room amenities] and [service]. If these are important to you, go for it! It's a great choice for a过渡 stop before entering the scenic area. (Just writing whatever comes to mind on the high-speed train, a bit disorganized.🤔)

GGuest UserPros: The hotel was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Upon hearing I had a headache, the owner generously offered a complimentary oxygen tank. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally poor. It was constantly noisy from 6 AM, with ******* music, creaking wooden stairs, and children shouting. I couldn't sleep well at all and felt completely drained. 2. There doesn't seem to be a shuttle service to scenic spots. After breakfast around 9 AM, I mentioned to the owner that I hadn't rested well, and they simply told us to take a taxi ourselves. 3. The bathroom was a bit run-down, and the showerhead was rusty. The toilet cubicle was extremely small; as a man, I couldn't use it properly and had to lean sideways to avoid my face hitting the wall. 4. The projector was crooked. I spent a long time trying to adjust it manually, but it stayed crooked, and the image wasn't very clear. The clarity needs significant improvement. 5. There were spiders right at the entrance, which my friend traveling with me found quite off-putting.

The hotel is located within a commercial district, and in the evenings, there are lively bonfire performances. The hotel also offers local cultural experiences such as visits to ******* homes and prayer flag printing, providing guests with a genuine cultural immersion – it's a very thoughtful touch. The Indigo's design style is exactly what I like, and this particular hotel incorporates even more ******* cultural elements. Many of the staff wear traditional ethnic clothing, creating a unique atmosphere. For this stay, my room type was upgraded by the butler, who contacted me beforehand. The room layout, facilities, and bedding details were all meticulously managed. My room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and I really have to commend my thoughtful butler, Selangzhu. From the day before check-in until the day after I left, her service was incredibly detailed and attentive. She tried her best to fulfill all my requests, including information about local activities and whether there would be traffic jams or road closures to Jiuzhaigou, informing me in advance. As a tourist, I truly felt at home. The hotel's breakfast was also quite impressive, featuring many local specialties. This truly allowed out-of-town guests to experience local life through the food, culture, and various other aspects. A perfect stay makes for a comfortable trip. Thanks to Indigo and Selangzhu for leaving me with such a perfect impression of my Jiuzhaigou journey.

Breakfast is a traditional local spread, but for protein lovers like us, the boiled eggs were a highlight. Coffee is available anytime, which is a lifesaver for early risers and late-night sippers alike. They also went above and beyond by helping us contact a driver when we needed one. The hotel runs its own shuttle bus, and while it’s privately operated, it was comfortable and convenient for getting around. The overall service felt personal and sincere — the kind that makes you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than just another booking. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, accommodating place with authentic local touches and great hospitality.

GGuest UserWhat a pleasant surprise this trip was! The room was very clean and airy, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. The slippers were spotless—a big plus! The scenery outside was absolutely beautiful, and there's a lovely little terrace on the third floor with a swing. The owner was very kind and chatty. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, just follow the small river. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have loved to stay longer; it felt so comfortable and relaxing.

JJinnawatThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean. However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for? The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible. In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping. The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack. Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

BBarbellzThis hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.
