JJune CaoAs a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers.
1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property
There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window.
As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas
Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience.
3. Room Cleanliness Concerns
Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room.

2. 公共区域允许吸烟
酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。
3. 客房清洁细节有待加强
相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny.

After moving from the Jiuzhaigou All Seasons (Visitor Center store) to the Days Inn by Wyndham, my experience was upgraded by multiple levels. This is definitely the best all-around hotel in the Songpan/Jiuzhaigou-Huanglong scenic area, bar none!
✨ Spotlessly clean, providing immediate peace of mind
The room was incredibly clean; the carpets, bedding, and bathroom were all spotless. The facilities were new, had no strange odors, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay at this altitude.
🚗 Denza D9 luxury van shuttle, with an incredibly enthusiastic driver
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service in a high-end Denza D9 MPV. It's spacious, the seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth throughout. The driver was incredibly warm, thoughtful, punctual, and attentive. He helped with luggage, provided road condition updates, and recommended routes—the service was top-notch.
🍳 Breakfast is abundant and delicious, starting the day perfectly
The buffet breakfast offered a huge variety: Chinese, Western, local specialties, freshly cooked noodles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and tea—everything you could wish for. The taste was excellent, and the ingredients were fresh. You can eat your fill before heading out.
🌙 Free late-night snacks with many options, taking care of you even in the late hours
Returning tired from a day of exploring, the free late-night snacks were a thoughtful touch: porridge, noodles, snacks, and hot drinks were all available. There were many choices and the food was delicious, so there was no need to go hungry looking for food.
📍 Excellent location, super convenient for scenic area access
Located in Chuanzhusi Town, Songpan, it's close to Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, and Songpan Ancient City. It's quieter and more comfortable than the Jiuzhaigou All Seasons, with better service and much better dining. I have no regrets about switching hotels.

SShuiqianzTo visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, I specifically chose this hotel for a good rest, staying for two nights. It turned out to be the right choice.
Perhaps because the peak season hadn't arrived yet, the hotel staff had ample energy to serve every guest, and they were truly attentive throughout our stay. After parking, someone helped open the car door and carried our luggage. The front desk staff, Anna, helped upgrade our room type, arranged complimentary breakfast, reminded us about altitude sickness precautions, and explained how to use the room facilities. After our trip to Jiuzhaigou, they arranged a bathing set for the room and even helped coordinate our travel photography. All the housekeeping and hotel staff were very polite. Especially a male staff member we met in front of the Chinese restaurant, who gave us useful tips on parking.
Additionally, we purchased the hotel's dinner buffet, which offered a rich selection, plenty of seafood, and prompt plate changes. Breakfast was also a very pleasant dining experience.
The hotel facilities are excellent, the decor is grand and beautiful, and privacy is well-maintained. Inside, there's a charming street where you can buy handicrafts, a children's activity room, and a travel photography studio. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can also consider the small shops across the street, which are also delicious.
When we booked, the hotel included three travel photo shoots. I looked at the samples from the 'New Era Travel Photography' studio and thought they were quite good. I wanted a ******* traditional costume photoshoot, and the makeup wasn't the 'influencer' style. So I decided to upgrade the package and included my husband in the shoot. The overall efficiency was high, and I was spoiled for choice when selecting photos. After upgrading the package, I ended up choosing even more.

AAnonymous UserI came during the off-season, thinking it would be cheaper, but even budget hotels like Quanji were still around 500-600 RMB a night. I'm not sure why this one had a discount, so I decided to give it a try.
It was excellent! Super high value for money! I checked, and the room type was a bit smaller than some others, but for me alone, it was perfectly fine.
It's about a 20-minute walk to the scenic area, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is perfect.
It's conveniently located between two bus stops, making it easy to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic area. You can see the hotel's sign as soon as you reach the alley entrance.
There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby; it's very lively.
Houses are so competitive now! I didn't expect a hotel for 200 RMB a night to have a WeChat butler on call. That's impressive.
I ordered a milk tea to the lobby and told the staff I'd come down to pick it up later. To my surprise, they delivered it directly to my room! (ᴗˬᴗ*)
It's a great place; I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back.
Oh, and by the way, the bath towels are disposable. If you mind, remember to bring your own towel.

XXiaoluThe hotel rooms are individual houses, each with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the distant snow-capped mountains, especially stunning when foggy in the mornings. The hotel grounds themselves are also lovely, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The natural environment is great too; I even saw some cute little birds.
The hotel is located within the Jiuzhai Huamei Holy Land Resort area, with plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for shopping. Within the hotel, you get around by electric buggy. If you're coming from the high-speed train station, take the Jiuzhaigou bus and get off at the General Supermarket stop; the hotel can send an electric buggy to pick you up. Overall, getting around is very smooth.
There's an in-house restaurant, a Western one, but I really didn't enjoy it – it was both expensive and not very tasty. However, you can go to the Chinese restaurant at the neighboring Hilton, and the hotel's electric buggy provides round-trip service, which is very convenient.
What I was most satisfied with were the room facilities and the service. The Conrad bedding is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I tend to be a light sleeper in new places, but I slept quite well here. The service was also excellent, not overly enthusiastic but very efficient.

However, I wouldn't recommend the hand-cut beef for the hot pot at the restaurant, as it turned out to be frozen beef rolls. The shower switch in the room is a bit complicated; I'd suggest asking the butler for a demonstration before using it to avoid getting scalded. Everything else exceeded expectations. There's also a small ski slope nearby, perfect for taking the kids.

The room had a Tmall Genie for voice control, which was a lifesaver for lazy folks like us! The hotel breakfast was also delicious, with both Chinese and Western options, including plenty of noodles, rice noodles, and buns. The front desk staff provided exceptional service. Before we even arrived, we inquired about pick-up and drop-off services, and the staff responded very quickly and politely, answering all our questions patiently. They even helped us book a car for our return trip to the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly convenient. We could also leave our luggage at the hotel for free, and the driver would pick us up directly at the scenic spot entrance, which was a huge plus. Thumbs up to the hotel staff!

GGuest UserService: The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They clearly explained breakfast at check-in and greeted us every time we entered or left. Breakfast started early, but it was pretty standard for a hotel in a scenic area.
The room location was a bit odd; the window overlooked another corridor and had frosted film on the bottom – first time I’ve seen that. The first day was relatively quiet, so overall it felt pretty good. However, on the second night, I realized the soundproofing was terrible. There was constant noise from water pipes and conversations nearby. The most ridiculous thing was kids playing and making noise in the hallway at 11 PM. I had already fallen asleep but was startled awake by their cackling laughter… then crying, then cackling again. It was really spooky to hear in the middle of the night.
Facilities: Quite old. The sink area had visible scuffs and dents. The bathroom only had a handheld shower, no rainfall showerhead. The water heated up quickly and had good pressure. Given that Jiuzhaigou can be cold, there was a notice stating the hotel only had hot air conditioning, but they could provide a fan, as the room's location made it a bit stuffy and warm at night.
Hygiene was acceptable; there was a short hair on the bedside table and a few dark fibers when I pulled back the duvet. Otherwise, it seemed clean. Considering the price and location, it was acceptable.
Overall, the price is cheap, and the location is very close to the park entrance, just a few minutes' walk. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. If you can tolerate poor soundproofing, it's a very good value-for-money hotel, especially if you're out early and back late just to sleep.
