YYiyunenaniiThe setting is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. There are also many activities available, such as trying on traditional ******* clothing for photoshoots and horseback riding. We were even incredibly lucky to witness a double rainbow on the day we checked in! The service was outstanding; they arranged for a driver to take us to and from the town whenever we needed. On our departure day, we had an early high-speed train and wouldn't have time for breakfast, but one of the lovely hotel staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take on the go. And the photo opportunities by the pond were absolutely stunning!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and a taxi supposedly costs around 40 yuan. The hotel does not provide transportation to the scenic area.
We were upgraded to a room with a view, and the staff's service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. If we hadn't been on such a tight schedule, I would have loved to stay another night and just relax, doing nothing.
Since it was the off-season, many shops outside were closed in the evening. I'd recommend having breakfast at the hotel if you're staying during the off-season, as it's hard to find delivery services in the morning. Most delivery services don't start until after 9 AM, so if you plan to go to Jiuzhaigou early, you might have to eat at the scenic area. The hotel's breakfast was quite substantial, which is great for fueling up before heading out.

The room was even cozier than in the pictures, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. I have to commend the room service; their response time was incredibly prompt. When checking out, they even proactively asked for feedback on my stay and helped with my luggage. I've already recommended this place to friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

1118000****I didn't expect a guesthouse within a scenic area to offer such excellent service. I arrived early in the morning to drop off my luggage, and the young man (who seemed to be the owner's brother) immediately drove me to the entrance of the scenic spot â no fuss at all. In the evening, after exiting the scenic area, he even came to pick me up. Knowing I was exhausted from walking all day and didn't feel like going out to eat, he personally brought my takeout order right to my room. All in all, the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Plus, the guesthouse facilities were very clean, and I loved the decor style. If I ever get the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely book this place.

GGuest UserLocation: It's right up a small slope opposite the 'Romance Park' (Qian Gu Qing), so the location is very convenient. The ambiance is cozy, highly recommended. Plus, the hotel offers free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in the morning, but I missed it due to timing, so I took a taxi for about 45 yuan. Coming back from the scenic area, there were too many people, so I had to share a ride. Remember not to share a ride right at the scenic area entrance as it's very expensive. If you walk a little further away, you can find shared rides for about half the price.
Service: The ladies (staff) were very enthusiastic, they came down to guide me and even helped with my luggage. It was so heartwarming! The breakfast was also very well made.
If you're only staying for one day and leaving, staying near the scenic area might be more convenient. But if you're staying for two nights, this area is definitely the one to choose. It's super convenient for both dining and catching shows in the evening.

MM2hsqk6d3****This is my first time writing a review, and the staff here are just so enthusiastic! The moment I arrived in the lobby, a lady immediately helped me with my luggage. The service attitude was excellent, I'm very satisfied. Walking into the room, it was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. They even prepared disposable bath towels, face towels, and toilet seat covers for us. Plus, they had already turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, it was so warm and thoughtful! Definitely five-star worthy!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a very pleasant overall environment, nestled right at the foot of the mountain. The scenery on the drive up is, in my personal opinion, as breathtaking as Jiuzhaigou. We chose the 360-degree family room, and our child absolutely loved it. It's highly recommended for a vacation. We also tried mushroom picking, which I personally found quite enjoyable. đ
The downside is that dining options weren't very convenient. While the hotel restaurant was spotless, the food was just average. However, that's acceptable, as nothing is ever completely perfect.

Facilities: The room was spacious and cozy, the bedding was simple yet high-end, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries smelled great.
Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the room was spotless and neatly arranged. On the second day of our extended stay, they also came to clean our room.
Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, proactively showed us the room facilities, and even thoughtfully presented us with a welcome fruit platter.
It's a cozy and convenient place to stay.

GGuest UserFacilities: A very distinctive homestay. The murals on the corridor are also enough to highlight the atmosphere. The prayer flags fluttering in the wind add more color under the blue sky. There are also panda dolls in the room to welcome you, and you can feel the small details of the boss.
Service: We arrived in the afternoon. The journey was still very tiring, but the boss prepared free afternoon tea for us to sit for a while. In the century-old house, we relaxed our body and mind. The dinner here was also very satisfying and warming. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and we didnât have to go out for a stroll.
The breakfast in the morning was also very nutritious and well matched. After eating, the boss even arranged a special car to send it to the scenic spot. It was very considerate. The overall feeling of staying here was that you donât have to worry about it, saving the waiting time for your own trip. I will definitely recommend it to my friends in the future!
