AAnonymous UserI rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

GGuest UserI loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

2. **Dining:** The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, and the taste was excellent. The hot pot chicken, yak hot pot, and nutty yak yogurt at the hotel's Mai Chinese Restaurant were all delicious.
3. **Facilities & Experience:** The room was well-equipped. Although it lacked smart devices, the soundproofing was decent (occasional noises didn't disturb my rest). There was some bird droppings on the window, but the hotel promptly arranged cleaning after I reported it.
4. **Service Quality:** The staff were enthusiastic and proactively greeted guests. They offered a late check-out service and arranged a car to take me to the bus station, demonstrating timely and thoughtful responsiveness.
5. **Transportation:** The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, and taxis are available right outside, making transportation very convenient.
6. **Overall Impression:** I was highly satisfied with the hotel's environment, dining, and service, and I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserHighly recommend for families traveling with children! The hotel boasts an elegant and quiet environment, with spacious and bright rooms. The service deserves full marks! The staff were all smiles throughout our stay, incredibly friendly and natural. Whether it was room cleaning or front desk inquiries, they were always responsive and quick to assist with every request. We felt comfortable and at ease during our stay. It was a perfect family experience with excellent value for money, definitely worth a second visit!

GGuest UserHonestly, staying here was such a pleasant surprise! This place is absolutely beautiful. I never expected to find such a comfortable and charming guesthouse in Jiuzhaigou. Plus, you can even enjoy hot springs here! The breakfast was incredibly rich, a mix of Western and local specialties. The courtyard is also super picturesque for photos. It's only a five-minute drive to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which is incredibly convenient. If you're coming to Jiuzhaigou, I highly recommend staying here!

Its location is superb, close to Jiuzhaigou scenic spot, and the buggy runs punctually with highly efficient service to the valley gate every day . The buffet breakfast tastes incredible, with rich ******* and Western food options. Special thanks go to staff Vincent, whose warm, thoughtful and professional service greatly elevated our whole trip. I highly recommend this resort to all visitors

FFuyingmingziThe environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

GGuest UserThis hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, is very new and offers excellent service. They have a 7-seater car to take you to the attractions and can also pick you up from nearby restaurants to bring you back to the hotel. Even though it's located up a small road on a hill, the shuttle service makes it very convenient. The staff are incredibly attentive. It turns out there's also a great local restaurant not far from the hotel that serves delicious food.

YYilia..The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.

The facilities are brand new and the hotel is within walking distance to the scenic area entrance. Breakfast was good, and they even have laundry facilities. Our room was nice at night, and being next to the Public Security Bureau made us feel very safe. It's also conveniently located for dining, with Zangwang Plaza walkable, as well as a McDonald's and convenience store just downstairs!
