Jiuzhaigou Hotels with balcony

The butler service here is absolutely five-star! The hotel itself is nestled in the mountains, offering incredibly beautiful views. They have a great selection of activities; I didn't get to try the 20-minute horseback riding due to bad weather, but I did enjoy painting Thangkas and making ******* incense. You can also borrow ******* outfits for photos. There are only about eight or nine rooms in total, all with a fantastic design – no wonder the hotel has won so many national and international design and travel awards. The breakfast included is also excellent. The hotel is a bit far from the scenic spots and other restaurants (about a 15-20 minute drive down the mountain, and 35 minutes to the scenic area entrance). However, the butler can arrange transfers. This place is perfect for a relaxing vacation or if you're driving, but not ideal if you're rushing to see many attractions. I'm already thinking about bringing my child back during a different season!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we had a fantastic travel experience. We decided to visit Jiuzhaigou on a whim and needed a place to stay for one night. We found this newly opened guesthouse and booked it. We didn't arrive until after 1 AM, but they kindly stayed up to wait for us. The room had a lovely wooden aesthetic and felt very comfortable, and the view from the window was spectacular. The guesthouse has adorable dogs, a ******* incense making experience, and a cocktail bar, which we unfortunately didn't get to try, but we'll definitely be back next time! The staff were all incredibly kind and took great care of us. We enjoyed chatting with them, and they were very helpful with arranging taxis and planning our itinerary. The hotel is conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from the scenic area, situated between the scenic spot and the high-speed rail station. When we were heading from the scenic area to catch our high-speed train, they even helped us transport our luggage to the main road. This made it super convenient for the taxi to pick up our bags directly on the way to the station.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is superb, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, only 5 kilometers away. When you open the window in the room, you're greeted by a stunning view of rolling mountains and mist, it's truly ethereal. The room itself is decorated in a ******* style, which is very unique and charming. Breakfast was also incredibly rich and delicious. Our butler, Xiao Ban, was fantastic – so warm, attentive, and his service attitude was impeccable. He helped us book VIP tickets for the scenic area and patiently answered all our questions. In the evening, the hotel offers special ******* cuisine, and there's even free late-night snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch! Other restaurants are also not far, just a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

During my trip to Jiuzhaigou, I stayed at a few different guesthouses and hotels, and Conrad was one of them. As an established hotel, their service standards are consistently high – everything felt well-organized and reassuring. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and when I mentioned it to the front desk during check-in, they immediately gave a teddy bear to my child and later sent a small cake to our room. My child was absolutely delighted! I wasn't too fond of the local food, so one evening we all went to Hilton for their buffet. I heard they're part of the same group, so getting there was easy – we just took the shuttle bus. At the hotel's cultural and creative store, I bought some incredibly delicate prayer wheel charms for only 15RMB each. I bought all the ones they had to bring back as gifts for my family. The hotel room also had a fireplace, and turning it on at night created such a cozy atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I fell asleep very quickly in bed, which greatly eased my anxiety and fatigue from usually having trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds.

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

The hotel has a clean and cozy atmosphere overall. Its decor is simple and stylish, with a tidy and bright lobby featuring a very comfortable orange color scheme. The room cleaning was meticulous; there was no dust on the floors or windowsills. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The hot water came out quickly with good pressure, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were of good quality, and the internet was stable and fast. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided very thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and she patiently and proactively answered questions about travel plans. The location is superb, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business trips!

I'd like to specially commend Manager Huang Jianlin from the F&B department. When we encountered an issue during breakfast, he didn't make excuses or try to brush us off. Instead, he actively offered solutions and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, truly reflecting the management standards of a five-star hotel. On another note, the Moon Bay direct shuttle bus stop right next to the hotel is incredibly convenient. Booking through the Jiulv Yuexing mini-program is much cheaper and easier than booking a scenic shuttle through Ctrip. I booked a shuttle ticket on Ctrip, but the driver was nowhere to be found and there wasn't even a phone number to contact. I ended up waiting at the high-speed rail station for over an hour for nothing. When I contacted Ctrip's bus ticket customer service representative, Xiaoyu, she made all sorts of excuses and was utterly unhelpful. Everyone, please be wary of this.

This new Tibetan-style guesthouse is absolutely stunning. The overall design perfectly blends traditional ******* elements with modern minimalist aesthetics, creating a space that's rich in ethnic culture yet stylish and upscale. The lobby's ******* patterns, natural wood textures, and lighting layout are all incredibly beautiful. The corridors and window nooks are meticulously decorated, and the complimentary ******* clothing is perfect for photoshoots. The room interiors are exquisite and tasteful, with a sophisticated color palette. ******* totems and soft furnishings are used just right – not overly showy, but highly distinctive. The window views are expansive, and every corner of the guesthouse showcases a keen sense of aesthetics, preserving regional characteristics while meeting modern living habits. With its strong sense of style, this place is definitely the top choice for those who love taking photos and appreciate a good ambiance. Plus, the guesthouse even provides free shuttle service to the scenic area entrance!

The hostel was very clean and had a beautiful view of the river passing by. We were given some amenities too, such as a towel, toothbrushes, shampoo etc. The window had an extension so you could sit in it, which we really liked! The hostel owner was very friendly and even offered to arrange transportation for us on the way back (we didn’t make use of it because we already arranged it in advance). A nice bonus was the cute cat that roams around the place~
