1118000****I didn't expect a guesthouse within a scenic area to offer such excellent service. I arrived early in the morning to drop off my luggage, and the young man (who seemed to be the owner's brother) immediately drove me to the entrance of the scenic spot – no fuss at all. In the evening, after exiting the scenic area, he even came to pick me up. Knowing I was exhausted from walking all day and didn't feel like going out to eat, he personally brought my takeout order right to my room. All in all, the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Plus, the guesthouse facilities were very clean, and I loved the decor style. If I ever get the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely book this place.

GGuest UserThe room was clean. The bathroom wasn't large, but it had a smart toilet and a disposable toilet seat. The original towels and bath towels were replaced with disposable ones, which was very convenient. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the scenic area, and there's a shuttle service to the station, the attractions, and even the departure station. It's all free. There are dozens of restaurants within 100 meters, all of which are cozy and convenient. For those worried about altitude sickness, I bought oxygen at their hotel for 15 yuan, and at the scenic area for 40 yuan. This is my personal experience from my two-day stay from September 12th to 13th.

Facilities: The room was spacious and cozy, the bedding was simple yet high-end, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries smelled great.
Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the room was spotless and neatly arranged. On the second day of our extended stay, they also came to clean our room.
Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, proactively showed us the room facilities, and even thoughtfully presented us with a welcome fruit platter.
It's a cozy and convenient place to stay.

GGuest UserThe owner and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. I had a bit of trouble with the TV, and since food deliveries only come to the ground floor (I was on the 4th), the owner stepped in to help with both. Their genuine warmth and friendliness made me, an out-of-town traveler, feel so welcomed.
A big plus: disposable toiletries are provided, especially the single-use face and bath towels. The window offers a lovely view of distant mountain peaks. The AC temperature can be adjusted precisely, even to half-degree increments, allowing you to set it exactly as you like. The bathroom's exhaust fan automatically turns on when the light is off, which means no lingering odors – a thoughtful detail.
Perhaps any renovations are confined to the lower floors, as the facilities on the 4th aren't the absolute newest, and the shower pressure was only so-so (haha).
Overall, this place offers incredible value for money. It's within walking distance to the scenic area, there are plenty of dining options at the valley entrance, and it's just super convenient. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe service was particularly good. On our first night, I ordered a takeaway from here that had a high rating. It was delicious and I didn't regret it. There was a full-length mirror at the entrance, but I didn't have time to take a photo as I was in a hurry. The hygiene was also OK. There was a large table, and my sister and I were able to put on makeup at the same time. They also sent us to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which was great. I took life-long photos in Jiuzhaigou, and the scenery was beautiful. I didn't have time to take photos of the hotel, so I can only share the scenery of Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserFacilities: A very distinctive homestay. The murals on the corridor are also enough to highlight the atmosphere. The prayer flags fluttering in the wind add more color under the blue sky. There are also panda dolls in the room to welcome you, and you can feel the small details of the boss.
Service: We arrived in the afternoon. The journey was still very tiring, but the boss prepared free afternoon tea for us to sit for a while. In the century-old house, we relaxed our body and mind. The dinner here was also very satisfying and warming. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and we didn’t have to go out for a stroll.
The breakfast in the morning was also very nutritious and well matched. After eating, the boss even arranged a special car to send it to the scenic spot. It was very considerate. The overall feeling of staying here was that you don’t have to worry about it, saving the waiting time for your own trip. I will definitely recommend it to my friends in the future!

1. The hotel is located near Zangwang Square, with restaurants, department stores, Ruixing, Mixue Bingcheng, HUSHANGAYI, and Dico's right downstairs and nearby. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. It's about a 20-minute walk to and from the Jiuzhaigou gate, so you don't need to take a car or suffer through traffic.
2. We booked a street-facing room, but it felt like the windows were double-glazed. With the windows closed at night, it was very quiet. The room was spacious, the air conditioning was powerful, and the bed was quite comfortable.
3. The hotel provides disposable amenities such as bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, and slippers, which is very convenient.
4. The hotel has an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs, and there's a private parking lot that can accommodate many cars.
Now for the negatives:
1. The soundproofing between rooms and from the room doors is poor. If it gets noisy next door or in the hallway at night, it will significantly affect your sleep. If you're not someone who can fall asleep the moment your head hits the pillow, be sure to bring noise-canceling earplugs!
2. The sounds of delivery drivers or breakfast shop owners downstairs are quite noticeable at night and in the early morning. Guests who are sensitive to noise should take note.
3. The hot water temperature for showering at night was acceptable, but the water pressure was low. I'd advise guests with long hair not to wash it.
4. The family room we stayed in had no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, the sink was very small, and the floor became very slippery when wet. Be extremely careful!

GGuest UserI am really satisfied with the standard room I stayed in this time! The room is clean and bright, and the bed is just the right hardness and softness. As soon as you lie down on it, you feel no more tiredness. The bathroom facilities are brand new, the hot water comes quickly and the water volume is sufficient. The front desk service is enthusiastic, check-in and check-out are very efficient, it's a great experience!
