JJimmyailvxingThe room was very clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. However, the staff immediately provided me with a desk lamp. They delivered fresh fruit every night, and the minibar was complimentary and refilled daily. When I arrived, I was suffering from altitude sickness, and the front desk staff were very thoughtful, immediately offering me a Coca-Cola. It's also convenient to find food nearby; there's a ******* restaurant where I ate twice because it offered great value for money. Overall, the hotel facilities are new, and the customer service is very responsive.

What really impressed me was the meticulous attention to detail in the service. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, taking the time to recommend local dining spots and sightseeing routes. Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face, which made the whole experience feel incredibly warm.
Room comfort was absolutely top-notch. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin – I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was bright and tidy. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and even the Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast.
The location is also impeccable, making it very convenient to get to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel offers a shuttle service with departures at 7:00 AM and 7:40 AM – those are the only two times I remember.
From check-in to check-out, the entire stay was comfortable. I couldn't find a single fault with the service, facilities, or location. Excellent value for money. Jiuzhaigou is absolutely stunning!

GGuest UserLocation: It's right up a small slope opposite the 'Romance Park' (Qian Gu Qing), so the location is very convenient. The ambiance is cozy, highly recommended. Plus, the hotel offers free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in the morning, but I missed it due to timing, so I took a taxi for about 45 yuan. Coming back from the scenic area, there were too many people, so I had to share a ride. Remember not to share a ride right at the scenic area entrance as it's very expensive. If you walk a little further away, you can find shared rides for about half the price.
Service: The ladies (staff) were very enthusiastic, they came down to guide me and even helped with my luggage. It was so heartwarming! The breakfast was also very well made.
If you're only staying for one day and leaving, staying near the scenic area might be more convenient. But if you're staying for two nights, this area is definitely the one to choose. It's super convenient for both dining and catching shows in the evening.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, with many delicious food options and bubble tea shops right outside the door. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient.
The service is absolutely outstanding; the staff are all so welcoming and eager to help with any issues or requests. They even accept documents with both hands, showing incredible attention to detail!
The room is huge! It's fully smart-enabled, with a large projector and a bathtub! It's truly amazing!
The outdoor hot spring on the fourth floor is also a wonderful bonus!
There's a restaurant right next door where you can enjoy delicious yak hot pot!
And to top it all off, the staff are all so good-looking!

Ssquirrel777Our two-day stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is located within the Huamei Shengdi Resort, boasting a beautiful environment, excellent amenities, and various activities.
Specifically for the Hilton Garden Inn: The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding. The service was excellent; we even added staff on WeChat for convenient communication. The hotel grounds feature an adorable alpaca, and the children's play area is cozy and welcoming. Nights were exceptionally quiet.
The hotel is approximately 9 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou. Getting there and back by Didi (ride-sharing app) is very convenient, costing around 30 RMB for a 20-minute ride. During the off-season, a free resort shuttle bus is available, departing at 8:20 AM and returning at 4:30 PM (it's advisable to check with the tourist center beforehand). Additionally, the hotel is very close to 'Zhongzhagou'; if you have time, it's worth a stroll for its beautiful scenery.
I stayed for two full days, arriving around noon on the first day. That afternoon, we visited the Jiuzhai Tibetan-Qiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, explored 'Zhongzhagou,' and enjoyed a Starbucks coffee at the Hilton Resort's lobby bar. In the evening, we savored a delicious hotpot dinner within the resort. On the second day, we took a Didi to Jiuzhaigou at 7:15 AM, getting a car instantly, and returned by the resort's free shuttle bus at 4:30 PM. That evening, we had a ******* meal across from the resort. After dinner, we watched a bonfire party and a lantern festival at the resort (the lantern display was exceptionally beautiful). It was a truly fulfilling two days! (The Huamei Shengdi Resort also boasts a standard cinema, but unfortunately, we ran out of time to visit).
Tips: If you're traveling from Huanglong or Jiuzhaigou by bus, remember to alight at Huamei Shengdi. For the return trip from the hotel to Huanglong/Jiuzhaigou, you can book a private car via Ctrip for a convenient direct pickup at the hotel. Jiuzhaigou is incredibly beautiful; I definitely want to visit again!

The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We loved that they had complimentary orange candies and fresh oranges available at the front desk. Breakfast was also quite plentiful. Most importantly, they offered a shuttle bus service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, which was incredibly convenient!

MM653228****I was a bit hesitant before checking into the Courtyard by Marriott Jiuzhaigou, but a phone call completely put my worries to rest. After I told Tylor I needed a quiet room and kids' toiletries prepared in advance, he immediately informed manager Lindsay. Lindsay not only thoughtfully arranged everything but also provided directions beforehand. Upon arrival, Xiao Xiang keenly noticed our many bags and proactively helped us take them to the room; Gina handled our check-in efficiently and professionally; Lom enthusiastically shared practical travel tips, making our trip much easier. After checking out, I accidentally left my tablet behind, and Xiao Yang contacted me promptly, saving me a lot of trouble. Breakfast was available from 6 AM, which was very convenient. What touched me most about this stay was that every staff member treated us not just as guests, but like friends, with genuine care. I highly recommend this warm and welcoming hotel!

The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good; I could use WhatsApp, which is fantastic for us international travelers! They offer a free shuttle service to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area entrance in the mornings, which was very convenient. There's no return shuttle, but getting a Didi (taxi) back to the hotel was easy enough.

Free Pick-up and Drop-off at the Station: The hotel also arranged a pick-up and drop-off bus. We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, and the car arranged by the hotel had arrived long ago. We returned to the direct bus station half an hour later than the scheduled time, and the hotel also arranged a departure car immediately. It was also very good.
Facilities: It is a new store, and the facilities are quite new in all aspects. The toilet is still separated into dry and wet areas.
