We stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

They provide a free shuttle service to scenic spots, and you can enjoy a complimentary late checkout until 3 PM. We also loved the ******* costume photo op inside Jiuzhaigou! Highly recommended!

An absolutely amazing service experience, far exceeding my expectations. I've stayed at many IHG hotels before, but I've never encountered such incredible butler service. A huge thank you to Christy for the thoughtful arrangements that made our Jiuzhaigou trip so perfect. It was truly a worthwhile journey! I highly recommend the fish maw chicken hotpot at the hotel; enjoying hotpot there while it's raining outside was pure bliss.

The environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

I chose to stay at Jiuzhai Manor for my business trip, and it truly offers five-star service at an affordable price, easily matching branded hotels. The lobby thoughtfully provides complimentary ginger tea, snow chrysanthemum tea, coffee, and other beverages, available at any time, which adds a warm touch and shows great attention to detail. The breakfast spread in the restaurant is extensive, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, catering to diverse tastes. The dining environment is also comfortable and pleasant. I especially recommend the yak meat hotpot here; the meat is firm and delicious, and the broth is rich and flavorful – it was incredibly satisfying. The staff are all warm and attentive, friendly and approachable, and meticulous and patient in their work. Any request is promptly addressed, making the entire stay very comfortable. My room was spotless, items were neatly arranged, and the ventilation was excellent with no strange odors. As a non-smoker, I particularly appreciated being given a non-smoking room, which was very thoughtful. The bedding was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and reassuring. From the special beverages and delicious meals to the thoughtful service and clean rooms, you can feel the hotel's dedication everywhere. The hotel also arranged a car to take me to the scenic area, and it was only about a ten-minute walk back, offering a chance to enjoy the riverside scenery. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and it was a very pleasant stay. I sincerely recommend it to everyone; I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

Choosing to stay at InterContinental while visiting Jiuzhaigou was such a wise decision. The hotel's setting is absolutely stunning, nestled within a mountain forest. Every corner of the property offers beautiful views. The rooms are very spacious and come with a small balcony, so you step right into the forest, and some rooms even offer views of snow-capped mountains. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and as an InterContinental member, I also received complimentary snacks. The restaurant offers ******* hotpot, stir-fries, and skewers; the mushroom soup was incredibly delicious. There's also a song and dance performance in the evening. The hot spring is definitely a highlight, with pools of varying temperatures – it was such a treat to soak in after exploring Jiuzhaigou. The hotel also has forest hiking trails where you can spot mushrooms and little squirrels. It's about a 30-minute drive to the scenic area, and there's a paid shuttle service available. The local ******* staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and they even provide oxygen concentrators.

I booked a great value package on Trip.com for May 4th-7th, with no extra charges! On our second day, a hotel staff member, Zhaxi, led us on a reconnaissance walk around the hotel (we were lucky to get one-on-one service as there weren't many guests). The next day, I took my parents to re-experience the 'hidden trail hike' at Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou. We were fortunate it didn't rain, and the three of us walked for nearly two hours, taking breaks. Along the way, we not only breathed in fresh air from the vast forest but also enjoyed beautiful scenery. Thanks to the F&B team for surprising my dad with a small birthday cake. At dinner, they also served longevity noodles and a special fruit platter (wild small cherries). We had a very pleasant stay at Banyan Tree these past few days. Although its location isn't ideal compared to other Banyan Tree/Angsana properties, and there's a large area of unfinished buildings outside that are quite an eyesore, the hotel staff's service was truly impeccable and thoughtful. The chef would discreetly check in on us during meals and even recommended delicious wild vegetables. At breakfast, they would proactively pour our coffee. In short, Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou might not have the best hardware I've ever experienced, but the staff's perfectly balanced service left a deep impression on me. P.S. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents, after much consideration, I decided we would comfortably stay at the hotel for these few days, then check out and head to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, stay there for one night, and explore the park for two days. This way, it wasn't too tiring. For my May Day holiday, I chose Jiuzhai, and for my stay in Jiuzhai, I picked the Delta. The hotel's quality is undeniable, and all facilities and services were great. They even organized quite a few activities to create a family-friendly atmosphere. I asked the front desk, and they said it's a step up from the Courtyard, mainly because of the larger room sizes, with even the basic rooms having bathtubs, and the decor is also more upscale. Overall, I highly recommend it. One thing I personally think needs improvement is the management of the gym. I saw some children in there, which is quite dangerous and should be prohibited. Many adults these days lack common sense, with low EQ and IQ. If a child were to get hurt there, the parents would definitely blame the hotel.
