"The rooms were fantastic! We booked two rooms during the Chinese New Year and the front desk staff upgraded both of us to suites. They were on a high floor with amazing views, and we could even see the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Tower) and the Ferris wheel. Downstairs, there's a subway entrance, McDonald's, Cha Yan Yue Se, and lots of other food options, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the price was really reasonable. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Suzhou."

"Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. I had some trouble operating the TV, so I contacted Leo for help, which I really appreciated. Later, I wanted to stream some shows in the room, and Vivian came over quickly to help with the screen mirroring. She was incredibly patient and gentle, and handled it very promptly, which I found to be very thoughtful. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Booked this place for a concert at the Olympic Sports Center. It's not far, and it was easy to get a taxi after the show. The subway is right downstairs, which is super convenient. There's also a mall next door, so ordering takeout or anything else is easy. The room is very spacious, and from my room type, I could see an almost panoramic view of the Ferris wheel 🎡, which looks really beautiful when it's lit up at night. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and thoughtful. Thumbs up! 👍"

"The room is located in Jiangsu Avenue Financial Center, very close to the subway station and the Gate of the Orient. The price is reasonable, and the facilities are complete. Downstairs, there are electric bikes and bicycles available, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. The host is warm and generous. You can walk to Jinji Lake in about seven or eight minutes. A stroll around the lake is very pleasant."

"Very good apartment in one of the skyscrapers in the Suzhou Industrial Park district. Despite our request to live on the higher floor with a lake view, we lived in the apartment on the 27th (from 47) floor with the city view. Probably, they just don't have lake-view apartments. However, there is another skyscraper in front of our building. Though, the room was perfect! Very clean, with home shoes, slippers, bath and face towels, teeth kits, kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle). However, there was no cookware or dishware. We also needed an iron (as was promised in the room description), but the administrator brought us a steamer (which is even better) a few hours after the request. There are many convenient stores around, where you can buy even cooked food. In general, we recommend this place to everyone! Несмотря на нашу просьбу заселить нас максимально высоко с видом на озеро, нам досталась комната на 27 (из 47) этаже с видом на город. Возможно, у них просто нет комнат повыше с видом на озеро. Однако, прямо перед этим небосрёбом находится другой со стороны как раз озера. И всё равно, сама комната оказалась просто превосходной! Очень чистая, с домашними тапочками, душевыми сланцами, банными и лицевыми полотенцами, зубным набором, кухней (холодильник, микроволновка, чайник). Однако, не было ни посуды для приготовления, ни столовой посуды. Когда нам понадобился утюг (а он был обещан в описании номера), мы попросили администратора, и тот принёс отпариватель (что даже удобнее) через несколько часов. Вокруг здания много небольших магазинчиков, в том числе с готовой едой. В общем и целом, мы рекомендуем это место для всех путешественников!"

"Ascott is truly a hotel with integrity. Even during Chinese New Year, the room rates didn't increase much. The only thing is that the two-bedroom apartments were quite popular, so on our third day, we had to book two one-bedroom apartments separately. Mr. Lu at the front desk was excellent; he arranged for us to have two adjoining rooms. The rooms, living room, and bathroom were all very spacious, giving us a homely feel. A special shout-out goes to Auntie Wen, the cleaner. We happened to see her cleaning, and she was exceptionally warm and friendly. She was very meticulous in her work and even mentioned that the bathtub is disinfected and cleaned with disinfectant every time, which is truly reassuring."

"I took my mom to visit the Gate of the Orient at Jinji Lake for Mother's Day, and for convenience, we stayed at the Landmark Hotel Apartment, which is right inside the Gate of the Orient. I was on the 65th floor in a partial lake view room, and the night view was truly stunning. You get both lake views and the CBD skyline. The room was very clean and had no strange odors. It was a very satisfying stay. There are plenty of malls and entertainment options nearby."

"My stay at the Tongli Slow Life B&B was absolutely fantastic! I booked a Courtyard King Room. It was spacious and bright, decorated in an artistic and cozy style, with every detail showcasing unique taste. Through the large windows, I could see the magnificent courtyard view, where sunlight cast a dappled shadow over the flowers and trees, creating a captivating effect. The nights were incredibly quiet, and I slept soundly and peacefully. The villa is located in the ancient town, making it incredibly convenient for commuting. The staff were also incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tongli; I love this poetic place so much!"

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient facilities. You can see Jinji Lake, and right across from the hotel is the Ferris wheel, which looks stunning at night. It’s great for an evening stroll. There are also two shopping malls very close by, easily within walking distance, making dining incredibly convenient. The front desk is available 24/7, and the service is absolutely fantastic—warm, efficient, and they go above and beyond to help. The room rate was excellent. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. For the price, this hotel is an amazing value. Best of all, the front desk lady even gave us some great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining spots. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"

"A family of 10, including adults and children, booked two twin rooms to save money, but worried about the lack of sleeping space and the privacy concerns of having two men. After looking at over a dozen hotels on Ctrip, we finally chose the Red Maple Apartment, the only one with no negative reviews. The owner is very nice and well-designed, as each room is a suite. The owner has one bedroom for the living room and one for the bedroom, creating distinct private spaces. It was a really great experience, thank you so much! The rooms were clean and fresh. I highly recommend this place to families like us who are traveling as a family and want to save money. You won't be disappointed."
