"The hotel's location is excellent, right above a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The subway station is just outside, so getting anywhere is a breeze. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with comprehensive facilities, including a soundbar – perfect for relaxing with music after a day out. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic natural light; in the morning, pulling back the curtains let sunlight flood the entire room. Finally, the restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the environment is very tidy, with tables being cleared quickly after guests finish. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is ideal for family trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Suzhou!"

"I chose the Ascott Whitefield Financial Centre Suzhou for Stefanie Sun's concert and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent, but I didn't get a chance to use the gym this time. Getting around was really convenient; it was about 20 minutes to Suzhou North Station, Lion Grove Garden, and Lingering Garden, and around 30 minutes to Tiger Hill, so the location was perfect. I stayed for two nights in total and had a great experience overall."

"Stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and tidy, and the toiletries provided were good quality. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, which allowed for an undisturbed rest. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly. It's about a 10-minute walk to West Lake, making it convenient for getting around. It's quiet and clean, and definitely the best value for money at this price point. "I visit the Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Suzhou, managed by Ascott, almost every year for a short stay. This year, I brought friends along again! We booked two two-bedroom suites, and it was still the familiar ambiance, excellent service, and even some familiar staff members. The hotel is located by Suzhou's Dushu Lake, offering beautiful surrounding scenery, comprehensive facilities, and attentive service. There's an underground parking garage, so even with the high temperatures outside, the cars in the garage remain unaffected."

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient facilities. You can see Jinji Lake, and right across from the hotel is the Ferris wheel, which looks stunning at night. It’s great for an evening stroll. There are also two shopping malls very close by, easily within walking distance, making dining incredibly convenient. The front desk is available 24/7, and the service is absolutely fantastic—warm, efficient, and they go above and beyond to help. The room rate was excellent. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. For the price, this hotel is an amazing value. Best of all, the front desk lady even gave us some great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining spots. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"

"Staying on the top floor of Century Gate in Suzhou was an amazing experience! The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. You can see a panoramic view of Jinji Lake from the front desk, and a city view from the room. Plus, there's a musical fountain show on Saturdays! 👍👍👍"

"The hotel is located in Lvbao Plaza. The main entrance is on the pedestrian street. If you arrive from Changjiang Road, you'll need to walk through the mall to reach it. Although the entrance is right next to the Exit of Metro Line 3, it's quite a long walk underground, about ten minutes or so. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom suite. The master bathroom has a bathtub and a smart toilet, while the guest bathroom has a shower and a standard toilet. The windows in the rooms cannot be opened. The living room features a four-person dining table and chairs, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes. The breakfast was average, with basic options available."

"A very pleasant stay experience, the boss is a beautiful woman ~ hahahahaha 1. The location is very good. It is on the edge of Jinji Lake. There is Jiuguang Department Store and Yuanrong Plaza downstairs. There are many delicious food. You can also order takeout to your room. 2. Parking is also convenient. There are surface parking and basement parking. There is an annual fee for surface parking at night, but there is a fee for the basement. There are charging piles in the basement. 3. The access control is very strict and it feels very safe. There is a butler in the lobby on the first floor to check the elevator. 4. The room is very clean, fully equipped with facilities, bright and clean windows, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the city view, the bedding is also very soft, the butler service is very considerate, responds to messages in a timely manner, and is very patient with video directions. I will stay here again next time I come to Suzhou"

"Very good apartment in one of the skyscrapers in the Suzhou Industrial Park district. Despite our request to live on the higher floor with a lake view, we lived in the apartment on the 27th (from 47) floor with the city view. Probably, they just don't have lake-view apartments. However, there is another skyscraper in front of our building. Though, the room was perfect! Very clean, with home shoes, slippers, bath and face towels, teeth kits, kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle). However, there was no cookware or dishware. We also needed an iron (as was promised in the room description), but the administrator brought us a steamer (which is even better) a few hours after the request. There are many convenient stores around, where you can buy even cooked food. In general, we recommend this place to everyone! Очень хорошие апартаменты в одном из небоскрёбов в районе Индустриального парка Сучжоу. Несмотря на нашу просьбу заселить нас максимально высоко с видом на озеро, нам досталась комната на 27 (из 47) этаже с видом на город. Возможно, у них просто нет комнат повыше с видом на озеро. Однако, прямо перед этим небосрёбом находится другой со стороны как раз озера. И всё равно, сама комната оказалась просто превосходной! Очень чистая, с домашними тапочками, душевыми сланцами, банными и лицевыми полотенцами, зубным набором, кухней (холодильник, микроволновка, чайник). Однако, не было ни посуды для приготовления, ни столовой посуды. Когда нам понадобился утюг (а он был обещан в описании номера), мы попросили администратора, и тот принёс отпариватель (что даже удобнее) через несколько часов. Вокруг здания много небольших магазинчиков, в том числе с готовой едой. В общем и целом, мы рекомендуем это место для всех путешественников!"

"A family of 10, including adults and children, booked two twin rooms to save money, but worried about the lack of sleeping space and the privacy concerns of having two men. After looking at over a dozen hotels on Ctrip, we finally chose the Red Maple Apartment, the only one with no negative reviews. The owner is very nice and well-designed, as each room is a suite. The owner has one bedroom for the living room and one for the bedroom, creating distinct private spaces. It was a really great experience, thank you so much! The rooms were clean and fresh. I highly recommend this place to families like us who are traveling as a family and want to save money. You won't be disappointed."
