"The hotel's location is excellent, right above a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The subway station is just outside, so getting anywhere is a breeze. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with comprehensive facilities, including a soundbar – perfect for relaxing with music after a day out. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic natural light; in the morning, pulling back the curtains let sunlight flood the entire room. Finally, the restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the environment is very tidy, with tables being cleared quickly after guests finish. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is ideal for family trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Suzhou!"

"First off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There's a musical fountain right downstairs (only on Fridays and Saturdays, though!), and across the street is the Ferris wheel! The subway station is next door, and the Suzhou Shopping Center is just behind it! It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping! The only minor inconvenience was that the bathroom for the connecting room was located inside one of the rooms, which was a bit awkward. But then again, no hotel is perfect, and I'd still highly recommend it!"

"A couple of days ago, we checked into Oakwood Hotel & Residence Suzhou at around 11 p.m., so we missed the beautiful lake view. The apartment was spacious, and the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, we noticed a strong musty smell coming from the carpet. There were many visible stains, and some areas looked worn and dark. After such a long trip, this was disappointing. If we hadn’t arrived so late, we probably would have asked for a different room. I hope someone from the hotel can take a look at the carpet in this room. If it can’t be cleaned properly, I believe replacing it or even removing it would make the room feel much cleaner and more comfortable. The location, apartment, and staff are all wonderful, and updating the carpet would bring the room up to the same high standard."

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient facilities. You can see Jinji Lake, and right across from the hotel is the Ferris wheel, which looks stunning at night. It’s great for an evening stroll. There are also two shopping malls very close by, easily within walking distance, making dining incredibly convenient. The front desk is available 24/7, and the service is absolutely fantastic—warm, efficient, and they go above and beyond to help. The room rate was excellent. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. For the price, this hotel is an amazing value. Best of all, the front desk lady even gave us some great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining spots. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"

"The room and its facilities were impeccably clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great view from our high-floor room. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service. "A hidden gem in Suzhou Industrial Park! It's super convenient if you're driving, with easy parking, and a metro station right downstairs. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning deserves special praise – it was a lifesaver during the summer heat. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the living room had a direct view of the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Tower), offering fantastic night views. The soundproofing in the bedrooms at night was excellent; even though we faced the road, there wasn't any noise. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Jinji Lake in Suzhou, no doubt about it."

"The location is very good, next to the Eslite Bookstore, very good to visit. Surrounded by shopping malls, very convenient, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Jinji Lake. The room can have a bird's eye view of Jinji Lake and the Ferris wheel 🎡. The service was very good. The housekeeper sent me the message and precautions in advance before check-in. The check-in was very smooth. This is very satisfactory."

"The room was really spacious! The lady at the front desk upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for the four of us guys. We were very comfortable. It had a living room and two large bedrooms. Each bedroom had an 1.8-meter bed and a 1.5-meter bed. Plus, there was a fridge and a washing machine in the room, which was super convenient. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby, and getting around is easy."

"Booked this place for a concert at the Olympic Sports Center. It's not far, and it was easy to get a taxi after the show. The subway is right downstairs, which is super convenient. There's also a mall next door, so ordering takeout or anything else is easy. The room is very spacious, and from my room type, I could see an almost panoramic view of the Ferris wheel 🎡, which looks really beautiful when it's lit up at night. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and thoughtful. Thumbs up! 👍"

"The hotel is located in Lvbao Plaza. The main entrance is on the pedestrian street. If you arrive from Changjiang Road, you'll need to walk through the mall to reach it. Although the entrance is right next to the Exit of Metro Line 3, it's quite a long walk underground, about ten minutes or so. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom suite. The master bathroom has a bathtub and a smart toilet, while the guest bathroom has a shower and a standard toilet. The windows in the rooms cannot be opened. The living room features a four-person dining table and chairs, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes. The breakfast was average, with basic options available."
