When I came to Suzhou, I chose to stay at Moyuan. I considered the location, environment, dining, and service, and after my stay, I'm extremely satisfied. I definitely have to give it a five-star rating. Let me elaborate: Location: It's right in the center of Pingjiang Road, which is incredibly convenient for a night stroll. It's also not far from Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Guanqian Street. Environment: Although it's a B&B, it's much better than a typical hotel. Moyuan itself is a garden, with five courtyards, and only 12 rooms in total. Each room is exquisite and comes with its own courtyard. How could one not feel relaxed staying here? It's perfect for taking photos, and you don't have to deal with the crowds at tourist attractions. Dining: This is a B&B where even the breakfast includes shark fin soup, regardless of the room price. The breakfast spread is very rich. Dinner is even better; the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The noodle dishes offer the best value for money, and the hand-peeled river shrimp are super delicious. Plus, you can enjoy Pingtan (storytelling and ballad singing) while you dine! There's also a separate small cafe for milk tea and snacks, perfect for chatting or working. Service: The service is truly exceptional. A day before check-in, a butler contacted me. On the day of arrival, the butler sent the location, and you just need to take a taxi near the B&B, and a sightseeing cart will pick you up (cars cannot access Pingjiang Road itself). After check-in, you can contact the butler with any questions, and they respond promptly. You can even ask the butler for recommendations on where to eat and shop on Pingjiang Road. Food, including afternoon tea, can be delivered to your room, which I absolutely loved. We even got a room upgrade upon check-in. The overall experience was simply perfect. I took many photos to remember the stay, and I've already recommended it to my friends. I wish Moyuan all the best and continued success!

My friend and I stayed at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou on Jinji Lake, and it far exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, close to Jinji Lake with stunning night views. It's both quiet and luxurious. We stayed in a Classic View Twin Room—the Camphor Garden Secret Realm. The room was spacious and bright, with a stylish design. The two beds were very comfortable, and the view from the window was quite therapeutic. The hygiene details were meticulously handled, making the entire room clean and fresh. The service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they answered all our questions. The facilities are complete and of high quality. It's a perfect place to stay with friends, and it's very photogenic. A stroll by the lake in the evening was very pleasant. Overall, it exceeded expectations and is highly recommended. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

This hotel is a bit old, but since it's operated by a state-owned enterprise, it's very well-maintained. The grounds are extensively covered with lawns and greenery, and the golf cart shuttle service is very convenient. It's very family-friendly, with plenty of amenities like step stools, bed rails, and kids' welcome kits. A special shout-out to the children's slippers, which have an elastic band to secure them to the child's heel and prevent slipping. From the doormen to the MODs and GSMs, everyone was smiling and eager to help; their service awareness is incredibly high. As one of Suzhou's state guest houses for government receptions, its soft services truly rival those of places like Shanghai Xijiao, Yangzhou Ying, and Nanyuan. The pool had multiple lifeguards, and the breakfast was quite abundant. Definitely worth a second visit!

First time here, I'd read a lot about it beforehand. It definitely lived up to the hype! The hotel has a rich history and deep heritage, and the service was incredibly warm. They even allowed an early check-in and upgraded me to an 'Infinite' room. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were from a high-end brand. What really impressed me was the individually wrapped towels – that's a rare and thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which might be due to being on the first floor. But that's a small issue that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The four main scenic spots within the garden are also a big plus; I highly recommend taking part in the tour, especially for first-time guests. It's about 30 minutes long and well-planned. Breakfast was excellent, with both Chinese and Western options. I recommend the red soup noodles and douhua; I even had two bowls of the braised pork noodles. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and attractions. A walk along Shiquan Street at night is wonderfully relaxing. It's also very close to the Master of the Nets Garden. It's a shame I only stayed for the weekend; I'll definitely have to come back if I get the chance!

The service of the little sister at the front desk is really good! The smile is very comfortable! The gentleness of Suzhou women's speech is vividly reflected! The balcony of the room is very comfortable, but it is best to go after the catkin season. There were too many catkins during the days I went there. As for the room facilities, I think the shower room is a little backward, and the faucet is adjusted separately for cold and hot water. I think the quality of the paper towels in this price room can be better, so that the grade is OK. After all, there is no off-season in Suzhou now, it is always the peak season😂

It's a tranquil oasis tucked away from the bustling city; just ten steps out, you're amidst the lively streets, yet within the hotel's courtyard, a sense of peace envelops you. I distinctly recall a sweltering day with heavy traffic, but thankfully, a rickshaw from the street corner whisked us through the alleyways with refreshing speed. The hotel's garden isn't large, and our room was in a charming two-story wooden building. The elegant room was spacious and tidy. I particularly appreciated the firm bed, which allowed for a comfortable night's sleep without any back pain. All the toiletries were Bvlgari, and there were even books on the desk for a quiet read. Before check-in, I added the butler on WeChat, who arranged a rickshaw to pick us up and even provided fresh fruit and afternoon tea. Later, when the AC in our initial room started dripping, they promptly moved us to another room without any fuss. The front desk staff were warm and greeted us every time we entered or left. What touched me most was during breakfast, my child accidentally threw away their retainer with some waste paper, and the restaurant auntie, without hesitation, sifted through the trash to find it for us – a special thank you to her. Though the breakfast was simple, it was well-balanced and satisfying. The chicken noodle soup was excellent; my son even had two bowls. Since the hotel is located within a scenic area, there are plenty of eateries and snacks everywhere. This place perfectly blends the convenience of city life with the elegance of a garden, making it a top choice for a visit to Suzhou.

I live nearby, and whenever friends visit, I always arrange for them to stay at the Rebetin Hotel. It offers great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious, and the night view is absolutely stunning with an excellent vantage point. It's a very comfortable stay overall, and the front desk service is top-notch. The hotel breakfast is also quite good, with a wide variety of options. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again for my friends' next visit.

Hotels these days always talk about 'cost reduction and efficiency improvement,' but there's a prerequisite for that: it shouldn't come at the expense of service quality. Otherwise, it's just cutting corners. This hotel definitely gets full marks for its environment. The air in the mountains is fresh, and it's very quiet, with birds chirping and insects buzzing – very peaceful. However, the service staff are all temporary hires, so the service is a bit subpar. Let me give you a few examples: When I checked in, I was told there was a shuttle bus. At first, I didn't take it and walked up the stairs myself. After walking several flights, I felt quite tired. I saw a cleaning lady and asked her where to catch the shuttle. She immediately replied, 'Don't ask me, I'm just here temporarily to clean, I don't know anything.' I was sleeping soundly in the morning but was woken up by sunlight. I saw the sun streaming in from the bathroom window, and the bathroom door was transparent and didn't block the light. I noticed a roller blind on the bathroom window, an electric one, but couldn't find the switch. So I called the front desk to ask. The front desk staff said she didn't know where the switch was either and would have to send an engineering staff member to my room to find it. Eventually, I found the switch on an recessed wall above the bathroom vanity, but by the time I found it, my sleepiness was gone. Since I was awake, I went down for breakfast. There was a host stand at the restaurant entrance, but no one was there. I waited for a while, still no one, so I just went in. A lady in a black suit in the restaurant saw me and asked for my room number. I thought, 'You should at least seat me first before asking for my room number!' She casually pointed and said, 'Just find a seat yourself, any empty spot is fine.' Then she scurried off, no longer caring about the room number. After breakfast, I thought about visiting the nearby Yuyang Mountain Scenic Area. I asked the hotel front desk, and the staff member told me I could take the cable car to the top of the mountain for the views. She confidently told me the cable car station was right at the main entrance of the scenic area. In reality, the cable car station and the main entrance are completely different locations. The cable car entrance is about two or three hundred meters from the hotel, while the scenic area's main entrance is six or seven hundred meters away. If you want to take the cable car up the mountain, don't do what I did and go all the way to the main entrance before backtracking to the cable car entrance. Even a few hundred meters in hot weather can make you sweat profusely. It felt like the hotel staff themselves had never actually been there. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, and I wanted to ask if there was a room available for check-in. If not, I'd go out for lunch first. As soon as my car pulled into a parking spot in front of the hotel lobby, a man in a white shirt came over to shoo me away, saying 'Don't park here, don't park here!' in a very aggressive tone. I said I was just asking if there was a room available. He said, 'No room, no room, no room now,' very impatiently. I retorted, 'Oh, so you know everything, do you?' He rolled his eyes at me and walked away. That was my first impression of the 'white shirt' guy. Later, I saw him delivering fruit to rooms, delivering meals to rooms, he was everywhere. In the morning, I was sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for someone to go to breakfast together, and he came over and said, 'Go sit over there, I'm going to turn on the air conditioning, I need to close the doors and windows first,' his tone leaving no room for argument. When I was checking out, I saw 'white shirt' in the lobby helping guests with their luggage, seeming to enjoy himself immensely. I was so curious about what kind of job this 'white shirt' person actually had. Finally, I found out he was the hotel general manager. Well, that certainly fits the bill, a 'Labor Day' experience of life, I suppose. Finally, I'd like to tell the hotel that the bath towels and face towels in the rooms need replacing. They're supposed to be pristine white and soft, but they've become stiff and stained black. The chair covers on the balcony also need to be replaced; they're all torn. All things considered, for a price range of around a thousand yuan, this resort hotel is still worth staying at.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The rooms are warm and elegantly decorated, the mattresses are just the right firmness, and the sleep experience is superb with no noise disturbance at all. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, fruits, and desserts. The receptionist's attentive service is truly touching, making for a fantastic experience. I've already recommended it to all my friends!
