TTraveller354Booked it for a birthday and went with a group of 15 people. Beautiful location and great service. Very friendly greeting (even though we arrived about 2 hours later than we had planned because of traffic and it was now super late at night). They helped us keep the place clean throughout the weekend and even helped us put our ordered groceries in the fridge and freezer before we got there. 10/10 highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Naked Hideaway Hotel in Suzhou Shushan, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a quiet environment, a natural and simple design, and integrates the local culture of Shushan. Both the parent-child suite and the hot spring room are very comfortable, especially suitable for a short vacation. The one I want to praise the most is the butler Dada, whose service is really super warm and considerate, making people feel at home. Dada's smile and thoughtful service add a lot to the entire accommodation experience, and must be praised by real name🌿💯

HHello there!The hotel is charming and we had a wonderful experience overall! The room was very nice—spacious, clean, and decorated with a cozy touch. It was evident that the lady running the place puts her heart into it; She cooked the food herself, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! She was also very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable and for a truly relaxing time. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hot spring was not included with the room. Given that it's literally in the name of the hotel and considering the price of the room, I expected it to be part of the package.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

An absolutely perfect B&B experience! The lake view loft is breathtaking, and watching the sunrise from the bathtub is incredibly romantic! 😭 The owner's meticulous service (with complimentary fruit and drinks), and the freshly made breakfast is incredibly delicious! Pet-friendly, with a pool, and electric carts for easy island hopping! The facilities are brand new and smart, and the details are comparable to a five-star hotel! It was very delicious, she also took me to the nearby station. I definitely stay again!! My room was beautiful and the view from hotel was amazing!
