My family and I especially love the HeMa supermarket right beside the apartment and other eateries too

The hotel is centrally located in the most convenient tourist area where the famous Suzhou Museum and gardens are within walking distance. However, it is rather congested if you were to travel by car to other areas in Suzhou. We managed to call hired cars during week days and non public holidays but heard that it could be extremely congested during weekends.
The upgraded room class we booked was not too up to our expectation but the hotel staffs were very accomodating and offered us to switch to one with balcony and better views. Cleanliness was fine but has room for improvements. Don't expect a n extravagant breakfast but it is okay. The coffee machine a bit old n has a queue. Nevertheless, you can purchase Starbucks coffee onsite for a better taste.
The Chinese garden area is very relaxing for tea and quiet moments. Very enjoyable stay indeed. Thanks to the staffs and management team there.

Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night.
The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants.
Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

The Diecui Building is relatively new. The mountain view twin beds are 1.5 meters long and are more friendly to families with two children. The smart toilet and Kohler bathroom are not bad. The room is also soundproof. It may be the Labor Day holiday. The parking lot is not big, but there are so many cars. You can park them anywhere. There is no charge for entry and exit. I don't know if all the cars going to the scenic spots are parked here. The breakfast room is not big and there are no seats during peak hours. I ordered dinner and felt that the dishes were average and the price was relatively high. There are tennis courts, indoor swimming pools, and many shrubs in the hotel. The environment is not bad. The children's playground is a bit small and has few facilities.

GGuest UserIt was the first time to take two young babies out for a trip at the same time. I was still very nervous before checking in, but the hotel called in advance the day before check-in to inquire about the needs and informed that there would be a housekeeper to contact, which made me feel a lot more at ease. The request to install a fence was also noted and prepared in a timely manner. Arriving at the hotel in advance, the housekeeper Yu Ting was already waiting at the front desk and had reserved a room for us in advance. Ctrip customers helped upgrade the lake view room. It can be seen that the housekeeper had communicated with the front desk. After checking in, the housekeeper introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment in detail and sent us to the room. It was very considerate. After checking in, the two babies were very happy. I took Dabao to swim and play in the water, and took Erbao to several parent-child parks with the hotel (with slides, building blocks, and cassia seed sand digging). Last weekend, it happened to be windy and rainy. The two babies could have activities to consume in the hotel, which was really good. The outdoor train was also started in time when it was not raining halfway. I communicated with the housekeeper and exchanged the adventure park in the package for a train ticket so that adults and children could experience the train. In general, the hotel has been open for a long time, and the facilities and equipment are indeed not that new, but fortunately the service is still quite good (including butler communication before check-in, welcome fruits, various thoughtful reminders after check-in, turndown service at night, and small gifts upon check-out). It is quite suitable for parent-child and family travel without particularly high requirements. Next time, I will probably choose to bring my baby to experience it!

1) Chinese-style forest garden, lake and spring scenery
The hotel park has beautiful scenery, which makes you feel comfortable. It is in the style of Chinese gardens, and there is a scene at every step. The main building is in the style of Fujian Tulou, with an arc shape and a warm color.
2) The service is meticulous and exceeds expectations
From greeting to check-in to check-out, multiple service links have been meticulous. When waiting for the battery car at the door, Master Zhang from the security office will take the initiative to give you a stool seat. From the hotel gate to the security office, Master Luo will drive the battery car to pick you up and be available on call. Xiao Wang and Yuting will accompany you to participate in tea ordering, travel photography and visit the Flower and Candle Pavilion, and will also introduce the exhibition hall. Walking in the hotel, the service staff will take the initiative to smile and greet you 😊. In the era of artificial intelligence, it is rare to have this slow-paced intimacy and a long-lost experience.
3) There are many cultural and entertainment activities, and breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. The hotel has 2 pavilions, one flower and candle pavilion and one malachite pavilion, which are small and exquisite. There are also various stone carvings and paintings in the building, and the cultural and artistic atmosphere is strong. There are also 8K ocean documentaries and small theaters before bed in the evening, which is wonderful~
Breakfast, rich in variety, there are hot spring eggs and pan-fried buns! The taste buds are awakened, and the red soup Su-style noodles are also delicious. I don’t have these dishes in other five-star hotels.
The cake for afternoon tea tastes very good, it is really beautiful and delicious, and my parents like it. You can also see little rabbits, which is lively and interesting, comfortable and comfortable~
It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel entrance to the Tongli Scenic Area. After 17:00, you don’t need tickets and you can go to Tongli to see the lanterns. Overall, my parents had a lot of fun and were very satisfied!

The room is great but the AC / heating is not working well, it’s extremely hot during the day (32) and very cold at night (17). So unfortunately this is what we remember..

PPo LingOur twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). Last but not least, we wanna thank Hailey Song for going an extra mile and helped us return a parcel to SF upon check-out. Will recommend others upon their visit to Suzhou :)

GGuest UserStaff were really nice and helpful, location was beautiful and the breakfast was great. We booked to spend time in the hot springs, they weren't great. The outdoor hot springs were nice but the indoor ones were quite dated and not necessarily relaxing. I do think it's a little silly that you can't go in the hot springs in the morning also, we wanted to spend a few hours there before we left.

XXiaotianbao1019Environment: Very quiet, very quiet, the hotel is all garden design, after check-in the housekeeper will guide you to the room, each room is very private, you can't see other people at all.
”Room type: I booked a Xianting room, but the housekeeper Alice Xiaoxiao upgraded me to Yunting room. It was really different after the upgrade when I came with my children. It was very comfortable.
Facilities: The facilities in the hotel are complete, and the most important thing is that they are easy to use.
Service: The service is impeccable. I have been to Banyan Tree in several cities. The service is absolutely first-class and customers are the top priority. I am especially grateful for the service of housekeepers Alice Xiaoxiao and Mila, who are very thoughtful. I stayed for two days and they responded to all my requests. Transportation: Banyan Tree is next to Lion Rock. It is very convenient to walk around. It is very convenient to call a special car at the door to go shopping. There are three shopping malls around, Golden Eagle, Izumi Department Store, Longhu Tianjie, and the mobile navigation is very close, but I didn't go shopping. I came here just to check the hotel.
I stayed for two consecutive days. I booked a spa and Thai massage in the hotel and enjoyed all the services in the hotel.

LlaibbThe room is spacious and clean. After putting the beds together, even the area under the bed and the bedside table is clean. Good review. The hotel facilities are very complete. There are four or five small indoor and outdoor recreational projects, as well as a water park and hot springs. The children had a lot of fun. It is right by the Taihu Lake, so it is very convenient to go around the lake. It takes about 40 minutes to drive to Dongshan Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The room package comes with a hotel buffet dinner, which is enough for two adults and one snack. It also comes with two hairy crabs, lamb chops, barbecue, and fruits. It is a good choice for parent-child travel.
