"The hotel is located in an industrial area, but it’s within walking distance of Gwangjang Market. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door, which made it easy to pick up daily necessities. A nice bonus was the in-room washer—perfect for handling laundry each day. If you need a dryer, there’s a coin-operated machine downstairs, right next to the 7-Eleven. Housekeeping came every two days, but unfortunately, the service wasn’t thorough. After they cleaned, the floor was still dusty, and there was still a lot of hair left in the bathroom. That said, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly, warm, and always ready to help—this truly made our trip more enjoyable and memorable. I would especially like to commend Mr. Bok, who went above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. One evening, we had an issue with a food delivery that was marked as “delivered” in the app but never arrived. Despite the cold, rainy weather, Mr. Bok personally accompanied our two daughters to the neighboring buildings to search for the missing order, in case it had been left at the wrong address. His willingness to go the extra mile under such conditions was incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated. This act of kindness was truly heartwarming and left a lasting impression on us. Mr. Bok’s dedication and genuine care exemplify the highest standards of hospitality. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to him and your entire team. We will definitely look forward to staying with you again in the future."

"I took the Airport Railroad and Line 2 to get there. Only Exit 2 at Ewha Womans University Station has an elevator; all other exits are stairs only, so be careful if you have luggage. If money isn't an issue, I'd recommend the limousine bus for both ways. I'd read reviews, so I contacted them via KakaoTalk beforehand. When I arrived, someone met me and explained everything. It wasn't a keypad room; it required a physical key. I knew it was a Goshiwon (mini-studio), so I was prepared for a small room. There was just enough space to open a large suitcase, but usually, it seemed like you had to leave your luggage outside the room. The room had a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, toothbrush, about five face towels, and a wardrobe. There was a water dispenser in the common area. In summer, you'd need the air conditioning, and in winter, it seemed like an electric carpet was needed for warmth. There wasn't a basket to collect used towels. Having stayed in other guesthouses, I was fine with the small shower and toilet. It was so cramped you could barely move, and the toilet seat definitely got wet. At night, there was a loud humming sound, perhaps from the fridge or electricity, and the sound of water flowing through the drainpipes. These two noises were so loud that my sleep was light, and I woke up many times. The elevator opens directly to the entrance. Perhaps because there were segregated trash cans, I saw a flattened cockroach in the hallway outside the room, which freaked me out. Luckily, I never saw one inside my room. The area around the accommodation has many slopes, but there are lots of restaurants, and public transport (trains and buses) is convenient. I'd like to stay here again, but only when cockroaches aren't around."

"Traveling solo, I found the room wonderfully spacious. I could leave my suitcase open on the floor without it getting in the way. The decor was cozy, and both the room facilities and floors were impeccably clean, giving it a very home-like feel. The kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, knives, pots, and a microwave, perfect for cooking your own meals. It was super convenient to grab instant noodles from the downstairs convenience store at night and cook them myself. The table was also large enough for two people to spread out and eat or do makeup. Check-in was a breeze. You just scan a QR code on the first floor to register, and the hotel sends the door code and room number to your email, then you can head straight to your room. It's about a 5-minute walk to both the airport shuttle bus stop and the subway station entrance (they're in the same spot), which is quite convenient. After leaving the hotel, turn right onto the main street, and there's a whole row of restaurants across the road. There's a potato pork rib soup place that is incredibly delicious – it was my first meal after arriving, and I was very satisfied. About 200 meters from the subway exit on the opposite side, there's also a BHC fried chicken that's super tasty and open until late at night. The nearest Chungmuro subway station is also very convenient. Line 4 takes you one stop west to Myeongdong, and directly east to Dongdaemun and Daehangno, basically covering all my travel needs. The bathroom had all the essentials like shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, bath towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen also had new scouring pads and kitchen paper towels. However, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste or buy them at a convenience store. Check-out was basically just scanning a QR code. You do need to dispose of your own trash, but it's simple: separate recyclables like plastic bottles, cans, and paper bags, and then put general non-recyclable waste in one bag. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this place again on my next visit."

"We had an amazing stay at Wecostay Namsan and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul! The location was excellent—close to Chungmuro Station, convenience stores, restaurants and just a short distance from Myeongdong, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for our family. It was well-equipped with everything we needed especially the washer and dryer were especially helpful after a full day of sightseeing, making us feel right at home. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the host provided clear instructions and responded promptly whenever we had questions. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Seoul!"

"Pros: Location was great as it was 5 mins from Dongdaemun History and Culture Park, and 10 minutes away from Dongdaemun & Jongno 5(o)-ga. Room was clean and service was prompt Reception staff were helpful Airport bus just infront of the hotel GS25 and CU just at the foot of the hotel Rooms are probably one of the largest at this price point Cons (a little nitpicking here and may be niche): Not much late-night restaurants around, but quiet Depending on user, the time for the shower to get warm water is a little long, and flow may be disrupted if other sinks and/or the toilet bowl is being used concurrently. Laundry is self-service, and are only located on even floors so if you are staying on an odd-number floor, it is quite troublesome."

"This guesthouse I found on my trip truly exceeded all my expectations! What I loved most was its incredible location. It's literally just a 5-minute walk to Lotte Mart! We made a special trip to stock up on a ton of local delicacies and snacks, bringing them all back to cram into the large fridge. In the evenings, my friends and I would eat, drink, chat, and watch TV at the big table in the living room. That feeling of relaxation and comfort is something you just don't get in a regular hotel. Honestly, having stayed in all sorts of great hotels for work and travel, this place felt the most perfect to me. First off, as soon as you open the door, you're greeted by a sparkling clean and incredibly cozy white-themed design. The real environment looks exactly like the photos, with no surprises at all. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tableware you could need – frying pans, ladles, everything. If you want to heat something up, it's all right there. Plus, our self-check-in was super convenient and smooth, especially since we arrived very late due to our schedule. This isn't just a place to stay; it feels like a perfect 'home away from home' in a foreign country. If 100 is a perfect score, I'd give it 120! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and convenience. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

"The apartment hotel is conveniently located between Sinchon Station (Line 2) and Ewha Womans University, with a CU convenience store right downstairs. The room is quite spacious and comes with a washing machine that also has a dryer, which is a big plus. The two separate beds were comfortable to sleep in. We also appreciated having Netflix with an account on the TV. On the downside: Since it's an apartment rather than a hotel, it wasn't as clean as we'd hoped. Also, disposable slippers and toothbrushes were not provided."

"It was our first trip to Seoul with the kids, and we had a great rest at this wonderful accommodation. Our schedule for the day was packed and tiring, but we rested well at the place. Our summer clothes were soaked in sweat, but thanks to the washing machine, we were able to bring them back safely without any lingering smells. All the facilities were well-equipped, and we experienced no inconvenience using them. We couldn't find any laundry detergent, so we bought some ourselves and left it behind. It would be great if you could leave some out for us to use. If you are using public transportation, it is closest to get off at Seoul Venture Town Station on the subway. I think it would be great for families traveling to Seoul. You can cook your own meals, and the large refrigerator is a plus. It was a wonderful trip. Thanks to you, we were able to handle the next day's schedule and return home safely. Thank you. Oh, the photos are exactly as the owner posted them, so I just uploaded a shot of the front entrance. It is impeccably clean."

"The restaurant downstairs is delicious and the location is super convenient. Check-in is a breeze with self-service – just enter the password, and there's a place to store your luggage. You'll receive the check-in password and contact info around noon on the day of arrival. Everything is really convenient, especially if you're coming from Metro Line 4, as Exit 7 has an elevator."

"Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, felt like there wasn't a single spot missed. Ambiance: The overall environment was very cozy. What you see in the pictures is pretty much exactly what you get in the room – no difference at all. Service: It's mostly a self-service setup, but when we had trouble scanning our passports upon arrival, a staff member quickly came out and helped us resolve the issue. Also, whenever we had problems with in-room facilities, the staff were very prompt in answering our questions. Even the cleaning staff had excellent service attitudes."
