11886811****Located in Lotte Jamsil, it's a 5-minute walk to the shopping mall and duty-free shop, and 15 minutes to Lotte World. The room offers panoramic views of Seokchon Lake and is equipped with a state-of-the-art coffee machine, phone charging cables, and a complimentary welcome kit. The bedding is comfortable, there's a bathtub, and the toiletries are by Diptyque. The hotel's public areas are visually appealing, and the pool and gym facilities are modern.

KKit YingI had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. The service was exceptional, with a special mention to Jenna, I met the first day with 6 hours flight delay who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The housekeeping team was equally outstanding, ensuring my room was always spotless and adding thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay (Thank you for the yummy chocolate pastries and eye masks). The hotel’s facilities, location, and overall atmosphere were flawless, truly embodying luxury and comfort.  The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit softer than I prefer. However, this didn’t detract from the amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!   Also no worries about restaurants there, many restaurants you can see nearby. The BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel is absolutely amazing! The two ladies there are incredibly friendly and especially attentive to children. The Korean beef and pork are truly delicious, and the kimchi, along with the slightly spicy mushroom soup, is fantastic. It’s even better than the Michelin one-star BBQ beef restaurant I visited the next day in Gangnam.

YyucongseuThis hotel is right in Myeongdong, making shopping incredibly convenient – just step downstairs and you're there. Getting around is also easy, with taxis readily available and Myeongdong subway station very close by. It's also next to the Chinese Embassy, and the room I booked happened to be an 'embassy view' room, which made me feel extra secure. All the facilities and amenities are pretty complete, the cleanliness is quite good, and the service is also okay. It's a great place to stay if you're in Myeongdong for shopping. As for the downsides: breakfast on the top floor offers nice views, but the food selection is limited. Also, disposable items like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and combs in the room come with a charge (which I believe is a standard regulation in Korea).

LLuy!The hotel is conveniently located near Hyundai Department Store, within walking distance, but the surrounding area is quite quiet. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which is rare for Seoul, offering plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped at all. However, the washbasin was poorly designed and felt narrow even for one person, with no space to put toiletries or personal items, which was a bad experience. For three consecutive mornings, glass cleaning started on the building exterior around 8 AM. The construction noise was disruptive to sleep.

WWajiwapaiThis hotel is excellent, offering great value for money. The rooms aren't small and are very clean, equipped with wireless charging and slippers. Toothbrushes are available at the front desk for a donation of any amount. The service is fantastic, and the hotel's location is impeccable – it's super convenient for getting to Myeongdong, Gangnam, and Hannam-dong. It's only a 5-7 minute walk from the subway station. I recommend using exits 1 or 2 to avoid stairs, and there's a convenience store right outside those exits.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk service attitude was decent, but it took a very, very long time. This was because the room type I booked wasn't available. They immediately suggested switching us to a lower-priced room, which we didn't agree to. The staff then kept typing away on their computer or phone, communicating with someone, until we called Ctrip ourselves. Coincidentally, they then said a room was available, claiming someone had canceled their reservation. This whole ordeal caused us to miss out on eating at the restaurant we wanted to go to that night. Plus, the shower in the room leaked severely, all the way to under the sink, making it very inconvenient to get ready.

MMugeziUpon arrival at the hotel, the doorman proactively helped with our luggage. At the front desk, we were assisted by a Chinese-speaking staff member, Xiao Liu, who was very thoughtful and meticulous, saving us the trouble of a language barrier. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom and shower were designed at an angle, which was a bit unconventional for us. The shops nearby close quite early, so to find food, we had to walk about ten minutes to a small street with fried chicken places and izakayas. Next time, I'd probably choose a hotel closer to Myeongdong in Gangbuk. The hotel has a subway station right outside, making transportation convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but compared to hotels in the city, this one offers better value for money. There's a subway station nearby, making it convenient to take the subway to various attractions. Alternatively, you can download a Korean ride-hailing app to book a car in advance or call one instantly, which is very handy, especially for larger groups of more than five people. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, offering all sorts of Korean delicacies – you just need to take a short walk to find them! The hotel front desk staff speak English and are warm and attentive. We booked two rooms: one king room and one twin room. The twin room had one queen-sized bed and one single bed, accommodating three people, and also featured a balcony. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious, and the water temperature was just right. We particularly loved the hotel's shampoo and conditioner; our hair felt incredibly smooth after using them – we really want to know the brand! 😄 The hotel's buffet breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the food tasted good. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

GGuest UserOld hotel with aged facilities. Water from shower did not drained properly. Wall was dirty. Lamps were crooked. General lack of attention to details for a 5 star hotel. Price is only good value if if feels you ar wheeling more than what you paid which in this case it’s not. So I’d say price was fair. Buffet was just ok. However smoked salmon felt it was dyed because was in a pool of orange liquid. Staff were responsive and friendly. Tried to address the issues so this is a good point.
