"I had a pleasant stay at Brooklyn Blues Hotel overall. The room was comfortable, and one of the highlights was the complimentary ciabatta. It may not look particularly fancy, but it was surprisingly delicious—I really enjoyed it! The only downside during my stay was the nearby construction. The noise started early in the morning and was quite loud, which disturbed my sleep on several days. I understand this is beyond the hotel’s control, but it’s something future guests should be aware of if they’re light sleepers. Despite that, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again once the construction is completed."

"Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my trip to Seoul and Busan, this one was by far the most spacious for three people. The room was significantly larger than the other two, impeccably clean with no strange odors, and even had a dedicated area for luggage, so we could open all three suitcases without feeling cramped. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from both Line 2 and Line 5 subway stations. It's also not too far to walk to Line 4, Myeongdong (great for shopping!), and Lotte Duty-Free, maybe about 10-15 minutes. From our window, we had a fantastic view of N Seoul Tower and could even spot the G2 Hotel where we'd stayed previously. There's a GS25 convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which was handy for snacks, drinks, and instant noodles. Our floor also had a public dining area and even a garment steamer! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay 🏨. On the walk to Line 2, there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. There's one coffee shop on the corner across the street that serves excellent coffee and has pastries that looked much more appetizing than the trendy Japanese bakery 'Aso**something' behind the hotel. Definitely recommend checking it out!"

"3min to Exit 3 of Seolleung station, and airport bus 6703 is a 5min stroll away (at L7 hotel). Love the connectivity to the subway, and the neighbourhood has a lot of food options to offer. Emart hypermarket is an only 2 bus stops away. Toilet sometimes has a musty smell, and some of the shower towels look overused. But i appreciate the good housekeeping. Gym is small but well stocked. Only issue - I asked for a late check out of 30min and was rejected initially, i think there can be some flexibility there (i don’t think my request was unreasonable)."

"Check-in convenience: Check-in was quite fast, as it's close to Sinchon subway station. I was able to check in as soon as I arrived at 2 PM. Facilities: The facilities are decent. The room was small, quite miniature, but very warm. In the bathroom, for a room for two, there was only one toothbrush cup. Also, there was no shower curtain next to the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided, but the slippers were not disposable, so we brought our own. On the first floor, there's a self-service area with a fridge and microwave, which is handy for heating up food purchased for breakfast. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. There were two very small stains on the duvet cover, like ink drops from a pen. They didn't really affect my sleep, so I just dealt with it. Overall, it was okay. It feels more like a small inn, but its strong point is the location, being close to the subway and having convenient supermarkets nearby."

"Second stay at Nine Tree Myeongdong I and high recommend anyone to stay here. Super convenient location, just steps away from airport limousine bus stop, subway station and right at Myeongdong street itself. No need to worry about pulling your luggage too far or crossing the road/up down stairs. Staff were friendly and professional during check in. This time my room was a bit smaller than the previous time but it was sufficient as I was traveling solo. Rain shower water pressure is not as strong as the hand held shower head but loved everything else in the room!"

"## Location: Perfect Score Right across from Lotte Duty-Free and less than a 5-minute walk to Shinsegae Duty-Free, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. Its location is comparable to the Aloft nearby but significantly better than Voco (which requires a bit of a detour). If you're here for serious shopping, this location will definitely save you time and effort. ## Room & Facilities The room size is similar to Aloft's – both are on the 'compact' side. It's a bit smaller than Voco, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might want to reconsider. The hotel is located within a mixed-use building, so you'll need to go to the 9th-floor lobby for check-in. Waiting for elevators during peak hours can be a bit of a pain. There are free luggage lockers on the 9th floor lobby, which are very convenient to use. ## Service & Details The service was adequate, neither exceptionally good nor bad. However, there's a noticeable drawback: my Trip.com reservation explicitly requested a 'high floor,' but I was given the 11th floor (guest rooms are on floors 10-18). This compromised both the view and the quietness. I recommend calling ahead to confirm or actively requesting a higher floor upon arrival. The central air conditioning noise from the adjacent building runs 24/7, which somewhat affected my sleep. ## Alternatives Next door is Ibis. If you're not sensitive to floor level or room size, you could compare prices for the same location and pick whichever is cheaper. ## Summary: If you're looking for ultimate convenience and don't mind a smaller room or the occasional elevator wait, this place is worth considering. However, if a great view, spacious rooms, or a high-floor experience are important to you, I suggest lowering your expectations or looking elsewhere."

"This hotel was perfect for a solo traveler! The room size can't compare to Huazhu hotels in China, but for the price point in Korea, this small hotel was excellent. They even have a self-service ramen machine, so if you're craving a late-night snack, you can grab ingredients from the convenience store and make your own instant noodles. The room's air freshener smelled amazing; every time I opened the door, there was this relaxing and comforting scent that made staying in the room feel so lovely. What's more, ordering delivery was incredibly convenient here. Delivery drivers had no trouble finding the place, and I never experienced any wrong, late, or missed deliveries. The hotel is also super accessible, just a few minutes' walk from Jonggak subway station. It's a ten-minute stroll to Myeongdong Lotte, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, many frequented by Koreans. Even though it's a busy area, it felt very safe, and I barely heard any outside noise. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit loud, so sensitive sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Overall, I highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul, and I'll make sure to pluck up the courage to ask the front desk about the brand of that wonderful air freshener."

"The hotel room even has a washing machine and a drying rack! Absolutely amazing! It's perfect for travelers staying for several days. The room is very clean and tidy, small but exquisite, giving off a 'small but perfectly formed' vibe. Although it's a bit far from the sea, you can still catch a partial sea view from the room, and it's a quick walk downstairs to the beach. However, rooms are in high demand; I wanted to extend my stay and tried to book another night the next morning, but unfortunately, the room was already booked, so I had to check out."

"The location was fantastic. It's directly connected to Yongsan Station and I'PARK Mall, which made shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was also clean and comfortable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the pool required an extra charge even for guests. My child was really looking forward to it, so it would have been helpful if this had been clearer when booking. Overall, the location was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay."
