"The location is great, close to attractions like Dongdaemun, Cheonggyecheon Stream, and Dongdaemun DDP, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were warm and attentive, always considerate of guests' needs, providing thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. While the room was a bit small, which was a slight disappointment, the thoughtful service more than made up for it."

"First off, I need to vent and complain! When I booked, there were options like 'basement room' and 'superior room.' To ensure my child was comfortable, I specifically booked a 'superior room with a window'! To my shock, the 'superior room' was on the basement level, had no window, and was in the farthest corner. I desperately wanted to pay more to switch, but they only had one other room left, and it was even worse. I had no choice but to make do. But the nightmare continued: all night long, there was the constant sound of an elevator, which scared my child to sleep, and I didn't get a wink of sleep myself! The main issue is that the hotel's advertisement *didn't mention it was in the basement* and specifically highlighted 'with a window.' This false advertising completely misled us. When my child and I booked on Trip.com, we requested a room with a good view, quiet, and not in the farthest corner! This room was in the basement, windowless, had elevator noise, and was in the very last corner—I was terrified! If there wasn't a suitable room, the hotel could have informed me in advance, but I received no notification or communication. The hotel's ad looked great, but it was truly dreadful! I wanted to mention some other good points, but I spent a lot of money only to end up in a basement room! I'm so upset! Oh, and even though the bathroom was large, the shower drain was clogged. The water went above my ankles when I showered, and it still hadn't dried completely by the next morning. It really shows you can't just trust the ads!"

"The hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the MRT station, and there are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. However, the air conditioning unit in the room couldn't provide heating. In spring, when the weather fluctuates so much, heating is actually quite necessary. Also, both the duvet and sheets had stains on them. I hope they check them after washing before making the bed, as the stains were very obvious."

"The hotel was close to the station. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases at once. Although there was a window, you couldn't tell what the weather was like outside without opening it, which might make it feel a bit cramped, but I found it comfortable, not too big and not too small. There were two beds, about a semi-double and a double size, and the firmness made them easy to sleep on. The shower pressure was excellent! You could make it super strong or just a trickle, it was adjustable. The hair dryer also had strong airflow and could be adjusted to a weaker setting, which was great. There were three power outlets in the room, which was very convenient. I stayed for two nights, and it seemed someone re-entered my room after cleaning was supposedly finished, as the duck curtain was changed during that time. It's probably best to take valuables with you when leaving the room, even after cleaning. It's a hotel I'd definitely like to stay at again!"

"Everything was simply excellent! For breakfast, they had cereal, yogurt, and toast – perfect! The staff were incredibly responsive; they always helped with everything and explained anything unclear, or resolved any issues. For 9 days, this felt like home, and I'm very happy about that! I highly recommend it. The shower and toilet were clean. You can tell the hostel recently opened because everything is brand new. It's an excellent option for solo travelers looking for value for money. Each capsule has an outlet, so if you don't feel like leaving your capsule, you're all set (for isolation, that is). The location is fantastic, right on 'Youth Street' – you step out and you're immediately in a pedestrian area, the very center of Seoul. The subway and buses are very close by. The soundproofing in the capsules is decent, but I was lucky with my neighbors; they were quiet people. Overall, I made the right choice, so I'm happy to write this review, even though I rarely do."

"This hotel seemed newly opened, as it was incredibly clean and pleasant. You could see thoughtful touches everywhere. I was a bit worried about noise from other rooms in the hallway, but inside my room, it was really quiet, allowing me to rest comfortably. I also liked that there was a free washer and dryer in the luggage storage room, and I made good use of the espresso machine in the common area. Honestly, I didn't expect much, but the coffee was delicious. It would be even better if there were one or two more hangers in the room. Also, due to the bathroom's layout, it's impossible for water from the shower not to splash onto the bathroom door, and that water ended up flowing out of the door, which was a bit surprising. I think it would be good if a solution could be found for this, even for long-term maintenance! I had a good rest here."

"I booked this place only two weeks before my trip, so the price and location were decent, all things considered. It's self-check-in, and I received the check-in instructions before my arrival. For check-out, you're supposed to scan a QR code, but I only got the email with the QR code on the morning of my departure, after I had already checked out. Luckily, customer service responded quickly and confirmed everything was handled. I contacted customer service several times during my stay, and they always replied very promptly. The room, facilities, and kitchenware were all comprehensive. However, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, making it impossible to stand and shower without getting water everywhere. The bathroom door also lacked hooks for hanging clothes. Additionally, the cleanliness felt subpar; there was some mold around the bathtub, and when I opened a new towel, a bunch of tangled hair and lint (from the washing machine) fell out. Also, the air conditioner malfunctioned one night."

"I was a bit worried when I booked because there were no reviews, but it turned out to be a really great hotel! The front desk staff were very polite and, most importantly, the room seemed new and was excellent. The shower pressure was a little low, but that was my only complaint. There was a hairdryer, but no pajamas. A convenience store nearby was handy, and you can walk to Myeongdong. It was also very helpful that I could store my luggage after checking out. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations – I'd happily stay here again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Transportation is also convenient, just a five-minute walk to the subway station. The hygiene and public areas are great too. What truly stands out is the front desk service. Due to personal reasons, I needed to check out two days early. After explaining my situation, Manager Sanghyun actively helped me communicate with the hotel, and my room fee was fully refunded. I had a very satisfying stay overall!"
