"The hotel is fantastic! Opening the window reveals a breathtaking view of snow-capped mountains, and its location is perfect for enjoying the snowy scenery. They even provide oxygen and humidifiers, which is a thoughtful touch. The room also has underfloor heating, so it's never cold. All the towels are disposable, and there are even disposable toilet seat covers. The landlady is incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Overall, I had a great experience, though I was a bit disappointed not to see the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' due to the cloudy weather this time. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

"First off, I really loved the room's layout and decor. It came with underfloor heating and oxygen supply, which was a nice touch. The common areas were also very cozy and inviting. Secondly, the service was excellent! Every staff member was kind, thoughtful, and proactive in resolving any issues. They offer a lovely afternoon tea on the 5th floor, and breakfast was plentiful. The biggest highlight is being able to see the snow-capped mountains right from your bed. You can also capture the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' phenomenon from the 5th-floor terrace, where they have plenty of tripods ready for use. It's about a 30-minute drive to Feilai Temple, passing through Deqin County. I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to for this one because I really enjoyed it and wanted to provide a reference for future travelers."

"The room was incredibly clean, with sparkling, luxurious tile floors. It was well-equipped with heating and an oxygen concentrator. Plus, it's super close to the Feilai Temple觀景台 (Viewing Platform)! You can also enjoy views of the snow-capped mountains and stargaze from the hotel's rooftop."

"An excellent hotel! You can stand on the balcony and admire the Meili Snow Mountains. The service was incredibly thoughtful; we arrived very late, and they still provided snacks and three cups of hot milk. On the day we left, as we weren't familiar with the route, the front desk was so enthusiastic and even drove us to the Feilai Temple bus station – a huge thank you! Breakfast was also great; while not a huge variety, it was very satisfying. Plus, they had oxygen available, which really helped alleviate altitude sickness headaches. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Meili Snow Mountains."

"Had a fantastic stay! Received an afternoon tea invitation from the hotel the day before, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's location is superb, especially the cafe on the fourth floor with its 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an amazing view right in front of the snow-capped mountains. Facilities: Excellent and all high-end. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy, with a subtle pleasant scent. Service: Very attentive and responsive to every request. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Meili Snow Mountain!"

"Staying at Tianjing Yunye in Meili Snow Mountain was an amazing experience! ✨ The room was clean and had great views. I was suffering from altitude sickness, and the owner even gave me an oxygen tank when I checked out – so thoughtful! Five-star recommendation! It's pet-friendly and very close to the Feilai Temple viewpoint, just a 10-minute walk. The owner is very warm-hearted. The highland barley pancake for breakfast was delicious. There's a viewing balcony, but you can't see the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' from there; you have to go to the viewpoint for that. Be sure to try the roasted yak skewers by the road near the snow mountain, they're really good!"

"The room was spacious and the heating worked perfectly. The view from the window was also great. The owner offered a pick-up and drop-off service for watching the sunrise, and even though it was a bit of a drive, it was definitely worth it. My only small suggestion would be to consider adding a small oxygen machine, as going from an altitude of 2000m to over 3000m, I experienced noticeable altitude sickness when sleeping at night."

"The overall experience of the hotel is particularly good, the location is excellent and convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the sleep was very stable. The facilities are complete and intact, and the sanitary details are in place. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the attitude is gentle and polite. Very good value for money, overall very satisfied, properly five-star praise, will choose here next time."

"Firstly, this has to be one of the nicest places which I stayed at in Yunnan, or in China for that matter. You may be thinking that is price is good to be true, but this place performs well above what is to be expected of that price range. I was originally planning to stay elsewhere in Benzilan, but am very glad that I stayed here. The rooms are super spacious with high ceilings and wooden furniture. The view out of my window was very green and calming. The amenities were all well-maintained and very clean. The pictures really don't do the rooms the justice that they deserve. Secondly, and very importantly, the owner - a young Benzilan local who operates the hotel with his mother - is exceptionally kind, genuine and friendly. As a solo traveller, he helped organise transport, offered lunch, and even some of the local liquor. As far as service goes, this place remains unbeaten amongst all the places I've travelled in China. The hotel overlooks the mountains surrounding Benzilan. In the evening, you can peacefully sit outside the hotel on its elevated terrace and quietly watch the mountains as the sun goes down. I would not hesitate to stay again."
