London Hotels with Jacuzzi

"Really enjoyed my stay at Sunborn Hotel. The location is great, the hotel itself is unique and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, and the overall atmosphere made for a very pleasant stay. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable in the room I stayed in, which made sleeping a little less enjoyable than I had hoped. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"I booked two deluxe rooms, but the front desk manager said that extra beds were not allowed and insisted that I pay 200 pounds a night to upgrade. Very dissatisfied! I can book a room at a higher level directly online, and I don’t need this price! And the room was obviously big enough, but she insisted that she couldn't add an extra bed. Ctrip's website says extra beds are available. In the end, it was handled through Ctrip, but the hotel manager was still disgusting and demanded a high price! I will not come to this hotel again! The hotel is right next to the roadside and there is no parking space at the door. If it weren't for the fact that it was very close to the British Museum, I wouldn't have booked this place. The waiters in the restaurant are very nice. The breakfast is a set menu, British style, delicious and generous. It seems that many local business people come to dine and negotiate."

"The hotel environment is nice, with convenient transportation. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean and hygienic. The lighting is moderate, and the air conditioning is cool enough. (There's a window, so the sunlight is comfortable). I'm quite satisfied with the cleanliness. The mattress is firm but not sticky. The blankets are soft and comfortable against the skin. There are no unpleasant odors in the room. There's no dust on the table. Hot water comes quickly, and the water pressure is stable. The facilities are well-maintained."

"I think it's a good place in terms of location, service, and cleanliness for the price. I'm not that sensitive to cleanliness, so that might be the case. The bedding sheets and bathroom were clean, but it didn't seem like they cleaned the floor very well. Except for the fact that the bathroom shower booth was a bit small, I was satisfied with everything about this hotel! I think I'll use it again next time."

"Lovely overnight stay. Slight problem to begin with but was then kindly upgraded from a superior double to a prestige double - which was great. Lovely reception staff who really took good care of me - including making me a refreshing cup of tea on my departure. The beds are very comfortable but too low and too soft. However overall it was a very agreeable stay."

"It takes only five minutes to get to PADDINGTON station. There are many restaurants and shops around. There is a rich and delicious English breakfast every day. During the day, the British lady at the counter will remind you to leave your room key when she sees you leaving. The room is not very big, and the soundproofing is not very good. You can hear the noise when you walk in the room. The hygiene is OK, and someone cleans it every day. The only thing I don't understand is that the green spotlight will light up in front of the door at night, which makes people feel very weird from the outside."
