"Staying here was super convenient for my visa appointment in Shenyang. We even walked there since taxis were basically shut down due to the heavy rain. There's a supermarket downstairs that sells Crocs, and the hotel provides large umbrellas, which was a lifesaver. Breakfast was a nice touch, and the bedding was really comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a quiet night's sleep. As a former Level 2 manager at Shangri-La Group myself, I truly understand the challenges of hotel operations and how hard the staff works. This hotel is clearly well-managed."

"Overall, a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. They even arranged a north-facing room for me, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the North Railway Station, subway, Zhongjie Street, and Old Beishi, making transportation very convenient. After check-out, a friendly concierge followed up to check on my stay, which shows they really value guest feedback. Thumbs up for the service!"

"Came to Shenyang to watch the FIBA World Cup qualifiers for men's basketball, and as usual, chose Shangri-La. Since I booked early, the price in Shenyang was quite good, and they even upgraded my room upon arrival. This stay was fantastic! A special thanks to Li Min-hyuk at the front desk for helping me with a late check-out and for patiently telling me all about the 'Mountain Road and Pine Sound' art masterpiece on the east side of the lobby lounge. It's a truly surprising piece where a New Zealand artist team recreated Tang Bohu's ancient Ming Dynasty painting using crystal pillars. The blend of Eastern and Western design is incredibly captivating, offering an immersive experience of traditional Chinese landscape aesthetics. Highly recommend!"
