"My stay at Shangri-La Shenyang was absolutely divine โœจ I have to give a special shout-out to Guest Relations, Ellie! She was incredibly patient, explaining the 'Mountain Road and Pine Sound' art masterpiece in the lobby lounge's east wing. It's a stunning piece by a New Zealand artist team who recreated a Ming Dynasty painting by Tang Bohu using crystal pillars โ€“ a fantastic blend of East and West, exuding such style. It was a truly immersive and delightful experience of Chinese landscape aesthetics. Later that night, I even received a thoughtful delivery of warm chicken soup. My fatigue instantly melted away. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I absolutely loved it. The service and ambiance were both top-notch. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenyang!"

"This is my second time staying at this apartment. It's close to the subway, very clean, and has a great room layout. It's spacious and bright (with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view), and also has an elegant and relaxing atmosphere (wooden tea table and glass tea set on the tatami, yellow plum blossoms in the corner, and an oil painting on the wall). The TV, air conditioning, bedside lamp, and hairdryer are all from reputable brands. Most importantly, the young lady at the reception is enthusiastic and generous; she's upgraded my room for free every time. Staying in this room with the tatami and tea bar lifts my spirits and makes my travels smooth. Highly recommended, it's a hidden gem of an apartment! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘"

"Beyond satisfied! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang. First, the **service**: All hotel staff, including the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and cleaning crew, were incredibly friendly, patient, and customer-focused. Second, the **location**: Newly opened in 2024, the hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, very close to the Exhibition Center, Shenyang South Station, and Sujiatun Station. Our room featured two beds โ€“ one king-size (2 meters) and one large twin/double (1.2 meters) โ€“ comfortably accommodating four people, along with a spacious sofa. Third, **nearby amenities**: There are numerous dining options available, with many right on the ground floor. Ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"If you're in Shenyang for a visa application, this hotel is definitely the best choice. It's less than 100 meters away, right downstairs โ€“ incredibly convenient! The location is great, with a lively neighborhood perfect for exploring and dining. The lobby is quite grand, and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly, even upgrading both of our rooms, which was a lovely touch. The rooms feel like an older five-star property, especially the king room, which had everything: a kitchen, laundry room, living room, reception area, and even a reading nook. The bedroom's bathroom was also spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations. Many thanks; I'll choose this hotel again next time."

"The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again."

"The service is good. It costs 48 yuan to apply for membership. After arriving at the room, I saw that I could apply for membership on WeChat. After understanding, I was told that the membership services I enjoyed were different. The room was damp, but fortunately there was no odor. The towels were a bit pitiful. There are very few parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. The free parking lot is a little far from the hotel. If you count the discounts of Ctrip, it is better to check in directly at the hotel if you buy breakfast."
