"It’s honestly not that close to the airport. BKK traffic will still end up eating your time to the airport and to the city center. Btw i missed my flight bec the estimated 25 min drive to the airport turned out to be closer to 40 mins. I had to book a new ticket back home 💸 so i decided to stay at a hotel that is legit right by the airport. Book hotels with free airport transfers. That said, i enjoyed my stay here, the room is sufficient, breakfast was great. Loved their moussaka"

"We were lucky to get two connecting rooms with my friends. Our room was a standard twin, and the beds were quite large. However, we paid for three people and requested an extra bed, but they didn't provide one; instead, they just pushed two twin beds together, which we had to do ourselves. The noise was really bad. The air conditioner hummed loudly, and there was constant banging and clanging from road construction downstairs. It was incredibly noisy. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, except for the DIY Thai milk tea and the decent noodles. There were also a lot of Indian guests. Regarding the extra bed, my friend was initially turned away from breakfast by the staff at the entrance. After some discussion, they were finally allowed in, as it was clarified that breakfast was included in the room rate. This confusion arose because the previous night, they only charged us 1300 for the extra person's room fee, when it should have been 1500 including breakfast, and the front desk didn't collect the full amount or explain this. Overall, it was average. The facilities were so-so. The massages nearby are very cheap, and Hainanese chicken rice is also close by. There's a shuttle service to nearby malls available for booking, which was convenient."

"Stayed in 1BR Suite w Balcony and Pool View with an infant. Overall room was good, but to note that the baby cot 'mattress' was slightly thin as it was a rolled up blanket/comforter. Location was a positive as it is very near to the BTS. There is also a 7-11 at the main road, which makes it super convenient for a quick run. Truly enjoyed the stay. Building was dated, but the facilities were kept rather clean and proper, but was worth the price :)"

"This hotel offers great value for money. At less than 200 RMB without breakfast, it's perfect for an overnight layover at Don Mueang Airport (breakfast is 295 THB, not a huge variety but enough to fill you up). The lobby is cozy and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and clean (I couldn't find slippers, so I'm not sure if they're provided). There's hot water for showering (in addition to the existing shower facilities, they've installed extra hot water showers). The front desk service is excellent (other staff members are great too). There's always a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, day and night, who will remind you about your deposit refund (Thai hotels typically require a 1000 THB deposit) and help you call a taxi. Everything is well-organized and fantastic. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour (I didn't use the free airport pick-up service due to potential language barriers). If you miss the shuttle, you'll need to take a taxi (the front desk staff will help you call one). A ride-hailing taxi to the airport costs 146 THB and takes 6 minutes. The hotel is located in an alley opposite Don Mueang Airport, separated by a very busy main road. To walk there, you need to use an elevated pedestrian bridge (turn left at the arrival hall exit, follow the signs to the second floor, there are stairs and an elevator). Those who claim it's only a 10-minute walk in the reviews are mistaken. I'm 180cm tall and it took me a full 20 minutes to walk. I wouldn't recommend walking with luggage; it will exhaust you to no end!"

"This hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its Chinatown location. It was a bit tricky to find, but I eventually managed. It's located to the right when you're heading into Chinatown, down an alleyway next to an old lady selling bananas. Right at the entrance of the alley, there's a shop selling large ceramic items. The hotel room has a small kitchen, which is great for buying groceries and cooking. While the room isn't huge, it has all the essentials. I'd definitely book again if I need a place to stay."

"I’m always happy to stay here. There’s parking available, a great variety of breakfast options, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. On my last visit, I accidentally left something behind, and the team kindly helped me get it back — they were incredibly helpful and thoughtful."

"Had a lovely stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit in January for my birthday getaway 🎂✨. The manager surprised us with a room upgrade and a beautifully decorated birthday setup — such a thoughtful touch 🥰. We were lucky to stay on a high floor, as lower floors may be noisy from traffic 🚗. Location is great, with easy access to Chidlom and Ploenchit BTS stations 🚆. Only downside is there are just 4 lifts, so waiting time can be longer during peak hours ⏳. Also, only one nearby 7-Eleven, but it’s manageable 😊. Overall, wonderful service and comfort. Will definitely stay here again! 💖"

"The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with excellent facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and it's just over 600 meters from the subway, which means both daily necessities and transportation are very convenient. I especially loved the open city views from the balcony, which offered beautiful sunset scenery every day. I'll definitely come back again."

"Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at this hotel. Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Erawan Shrine. It's just a 5 to 10-minute walk to both the Erawan Shrine and Central World. The standard rooms are quite spacious, and this time I got upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic! If you walk in the other direction from the hotel, you'll find a great street with some more upscale and chic dining options."

"There were too many light switches, and it was a bit of a hassle to find the right one for each light. The air conditioning was also very loud. However, the main advantage was its convenient location. The surrounding amenities were decent, with a convenience store downstairs, and attractions were just about a ten-minute walk away."
