"We were lucky to get two connecting rooms with my friends. Our room was a standard twin, and the beds were quite large. However, we paid for three people and requested an extra bed, but they didn't provide one; instead, they just pushed two twin beds together, which we had to do ourselves.
The noise was really bad. The air conditioner hummed loudly, and there was constant banging and clanging from road construction downstairs. It was incredibly noisy.
Breakfast was pretty mediocre, except for the DIY Thai milk tea and the decent noodles. There were also a lot of Indian guests.
Regarding the extra bed, my friend was initially turned away from breakfast by the staff at the entrance. After some discussion, they were finally allowed in, as it was clarified that breakfast was included in the room rate. This confusion arose because the previous night, they only charged us 1300 for the extra person's room fee, when it should have been 1500 including breakfast, and the front desk didn't collect the full amount or explain this.
Overall, it was average. The facilities were so-so. The massages nearby are very cheap, and Hainanese chicken rice is also close by. There's a shuttle service to nearby malls available for booking, which was convenient."
