"This was our second stay at this hotel during our time in Bangkok, and that alone says a lot. We originally planned to stay only a few days, but felt comfortable enough to extend our stay for another week. What stood out most was how easy it was to settle into a routine here. The atmosphere feels relaxed, the property is well maintained, and everything worked smoothly throughout our stay. The staff were welcoming and consistently helpful whenever we needed assistance. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool after busy days in the city, and appreciated having comfortable spaces where we could relax between sightseeing and work. The hotel offered a great balance between value, comfort, and convenience. The surrounding area has plenty of local food options, shops, and useful services, making longer stays very practical. Overall, this was a place we genuinely enjoyed returning to every evening, and extending our stay by an extra week turned out to be an easy decision. We would happily stay here again on a future trip to Bangkok!"

"We traveled to Bangkok for a business and family trip and had a pleasant stay overall. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and offered an upgrade to a two-bedroom room. Initially, we were not particularly interested in the upgrade, but we later appreciated it because the room had a bathtub. This was very helpful for us since we were traveling with a baby, and the hotel does not provide a small baby bathtub. However, some dust on the floor and since our baby was crawling, dust stuck to the clothes and knees. Water is very important for sterilizing baby bottles and utensils, so we needed quite a bit during our stay. An additional drinking water would be charged if we requested more. Also, there was no bottle sterilizer provided. Breakfast was nice. The space is small but beautifully decorated. The room atmospherer and location are great for a business trip. The only downside was a male receptionist who helped with our luggage during check-out, as he seemed unfriendly and not very willing to assist."

"The facilities are a bit old, but for the price, it's very good. It feels like a resort hotel from a past era of luxury. There's a massage and spa on the first floor, and it's a two-story building with no elevator. The air conditioning isn't super powerful, but it gets the job done. The bathroom also has a water heater, so you can enjoy a warm shower. I didn't see any bugs either. It's conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and a yakiniku restaurant. The pool and its water purification system work fine, so it's perfectly usable. You can also smoke by the poolside. It's about a 10-minute Grab ride to the nearest Airport Rail Link station, costing around 140 baht. I heard that traffic can be bad during weekday rush hours."

"Great location right by the Chao Phraya River, offering both pool and river views. The hotel has a direct access gate to ICONSIAM, and the path is well-lit by police lights, making it safe to walk. There's also a zebra crossing for easy access. The staff are very welcoming. They wait at the entrance to help with luggage, and are efficient with check-in and check-out, providing helpful information about the hotel's amenities, which include a fitness center, restaurants, a Lawson convenience store, nail salon, spa, and swimming pool. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including Thai, Chinese, Western, and Isaan dishes. The room for two was very comfortable."

"The service was quite good. Initially, they gave me an accessible room, but when I asked to change, they patiently showed me four different rooms until I found one that suited me. They weren't impatient at all throughout the process. The facilities are comprehensive. However, even though the hotel has been open for two years, the guest room corridors still have a faint odor. Thankfully, the room itself came with an air purifier, so there was no smell inside. I really liked the room's color scheme and decor, especially the shelf near the entrance – I wish all hotels would adopt that design! The cleanliness was decent; I did find some stains on the duvet cover, but their explanation that it was residue from the laundry detergent was acceptable. The only real downside was the air conditioning; when set to high, the noise was excessive. I brought it up at the time, and the staff suggested setting it to low, which would reduce the noise. My personal advice is that once the room reaches a comfortable temperature, you can just turn off the AC; that's what I do, and the room doesn't get hot even without it on all night. My room was a connecting room with a locked door to the adjacent room, but I could still hear the door closing next door, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"The service was great, and the room was spacious. It's only a five-minute walk from the Lat Phrao 101 station on the yellow line. You can also take a 24 baht river boat from near the hotel to Nana. There are also bus options. Although it's not in the city center, the transportation is still convenient. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel."

"Very convenient location. At the foot of the Bayioke Tower. I booked this hotel specifically for shopping, and it's the best decision. Everything is within walking distance, from cheap junk and souvenirs to luxury shopping malls. Check-in was hassle-free, the staff explained everything and helped with the airport transfer. The metro is nearby. It's convenient that there are dishes and a kitchenette. Hot water and air conditioning are available. The furniture is old, but it serves its purpose, and it's a great value in a top location."

"This hotel is super popular and almost always fully booked. So, if you're not happy with your room type once you get there, chances are you won't be able to switch. The area around here feels quite safe; most of the guests are Westerners, with very few Indian tourists. The front desk staff are all lovely and provide great service. The hotel has a gym and a pool on the 7th floor with a nice view, where you can even see the Pixel Tower. However, getting to the BTS station is a bit of a walk, about 10-15 minutes, which is a little far. Overall, the biggest highlight of this hotel is having a washing machine right in the room, which is super convenient. Other than that, it's pretty standard."

"This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Bangkok! I found out it's a local Bangkok brand, and the hotel ambiance is bright, clean, and comfortable. The room comes with complimentary drinks and snacks, and they even restock them after you finish. My absolute favorite is the breakfast; the variety is incredible, with Western, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese options. I always end up eating too much! This time, they even added a self-serve ice cream cone machine. I heard the pool is great too, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it due to my tight business schedule. It's about a 1km, 15-minute walk from the tram, but the hotel offers a free tuk-tuk shuttle, which is quite convenient. Overall, it's a great place, not just for business travelers, but also perfect for families on vacation."
