The hotel was very good and very clean.Its just 400m away from Fangcun metro station and you can connect with all lines of the Guangzhou City.I was here for Canton Fair and it was very good location.The staff was perfect specially the lady who works as inspector during the breakfast was great. 8/10 for me.

Great rooms, bed was very comfortable, hotel was quiet & the amenities were modern, good quality + clean. The front counter were very helpful with all of my questions. The location is great too, very laid back spot close to the Shamian Islan area. Would love to come back again some day.

Good hotel, brand new and located in Shamian Island, which is great because it allows you to visit the island when it’s quiet such as early morning or late night, without the crowds and with the sights all to yourself. The hotel is a recent construction/renovation and it has great style. Room was very spacious and full of amenities that made my stay comfortable. My room was full of nice blue color details. There is a butler service via WeChat and they are very helpful with any need you can have during your stay. Very convenient especially for foreigners because it bridges all language barriers and allows to communicate seamlessly. Lastly, I would like to make a special mention to Xia Xu - I left behind a ring that had fallen while showering and the hotel found it and alerted me. Xia Xu was so kind to arrange SF express services for me to deliver the ring from Guangzhou to my home in Beijing. Her kindness and problem solving attitude was outstanding.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a bit over budget, but the location is absolutely superb. It's in the heart of the city, very close to the metro and bus stations, making it super easy to get around by taxi too. The surrounding area is very well-developed with lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, so everything you need is right at your fingertips. As for the environment, it's a modern and minimalist design, bright and airy with warm lighting and light ink tones, creating a relaxed and un壓抑 (not oppressive) atmosphere. The common areas are clutter-free. The service is excellent, and I particularly want to give a shout-out to Nana and Wendy – they were incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be back!

**Cleanliness:** Super clean! Everywhere I looked, even the walk-in closet, was dust-free! That's really impressive!
**Environment:** Located in Guangzhou's CBD, directly opposite the Canton Tower. It shares a parking lot with K11, and it's very close to Taikoo Hui and other shopping malls by car.
**Service:** Excellent service. I added the butler's WeChat, and they upgraded me to a room with a direct, first-line view of the Canton Tower and the river – huge thanks to Sophia! They also promptly recommended the hotel's dining services, which was very convenient! Parking is also super easy; you can park on B4, and once you see the hotel sign, you can take the elevator directly to the 1st floor. Just tell the hotel your license plate number before you leave.
**Facilities:** The lobby is on the 95th floor and features Chinese and Western restaurants, a bar, and a teppanyaki Japanese restaurant. There's also a swimming and fitness center, which is fantastic! On the 107th floor, Too High has live band performances starting at 8 PM, and the quality is quite high. Even on a weekday night, it was almost full by 9 PM – definitely worth experiencing. (Docked a point mainly because the hallways are really dark; walking alone felt a bit spooky.)

GGuest UserThis was my second time visiting Sihai City specifically for the Dinosaur Park, and this time I chose Xana. I was even more satisfied than last time. The location is incredibly convenient; there's an entrance to the Dinosaur Park within 100 meters of the building, which is fantastic! 👍🏻 The room was fairly clean, and although a washing machine was provided, I didn't use it. Staying on a higher floor was quieter, but the soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people talking outside. Luckily, the neighbors were relatively quiet. The service was excellent. I didn't expect them to clean the room after two nights, but when I returned in the evening after going out at noon, I was pleasantly surprised to find the room clean. The air conditioning was powerful! 👍🏻 And the price was reasonable. I'll definitely choose Xana again next time I'm at Sihai City.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right above Gongyuanqian Metro Station. You can take the elevator directly from the subway station between 10 AM and 10 PM. Outside of those hours, you'll need to go to the first floor entrance to use the lift. The housekeeper's name displayed at the door on the 18th floor makes it easy to find. They'll guide you to your room after check-in. The room itself is quite nice and spacious.

The room did not have smoke smell that matches to the smoke-free. They will reinstate the theme everytime the room is cleaned. Great for value and in an amazing location.

The overall interior design of the hotel is simple yet sophisticated, with a clean and elegant style. The entire facility is highly intelligent, with smart controls for lighting, curtains, and air conditioning. The operation is easy and convenient, providing a full range of technological experiences. The comfort level upon arrival is immediately enhanced.
The room’s cleanliness was particularly impressive; every corner was meticulously cleaned, leaving no trace of dust. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a particularly relaxing and comfortable sleep experience. The location is also highly advantageous, with convenient access for shopping and transportation, and a well-rounded range of amenities, making daily life very convenient.
The staff were gentle, friendly, enthusiastic, and courteous. They were meticulous and considerate in their work, providing exceptionally thoughtful service. The overall value for money is extremely high, with a quiet and peaceful environment free from noise. The facilities are well-equipped and comprehensive. We have chosen to stay here multiple times in the past, and we are genuinely very satisfied. It is definitely worth staying again and highly recommended for others to try!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's very close to Pazhou, near Keyun Road metro station, just an 8-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. In the evenings, you can even take a walk along the Pearl River to enjoy the river views. The room decor is tasteful and elegant, with a modern minimalist style that still feels cozy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleaning was very thorough, ensuring a neat and clean environment. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the chef enthusiastically recommended dishes, which showed great care. The heated pool wasn't crowded, making for a very comfortable night swim. The hotel's location, room facilities, and hygiene standards all exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay at the East Stanton Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

AAnonymous UserThere was renovation work going on in a building right next to the hotel, and I was given a room right beside where the work was taking place. This situation was not mentioned to me by the reception. However, after a long journey, I had chosen to stay here to rest.
The breakfast was good, the cleanliness was good, and the room was spacious and nice. For its price, it is actually a very good hotel.
My only misfortune was that there was renovation work right next to the hotel, and the room I was given was located right beside this work.
