Hotels near Huaxin Station, Shenzhen

"This trip’s hotel pick turned out to be an absolute delight—every detail from check-in to checkout felt thoughtful and well-executed, making it a stay that truly exceeded all expectations. As soon as we pulled up by car, the doorman was quick to greet us, help with our luggage, and guide us to a parking spot. The parking lot was spacious and neatly organized, with staff on hand to assist with directing, so even new drivers could park without stress, no need to circle around searching for a spot. Checking in was a breeze too; the front desk staff had warm, welcoming smiles, verified our info efficiently, and even asked if we preferred a specific floor. Knowing we wanted a quiet stay, they promptly assigned us a high-floor room on the inner side, while also walking us through the hotel’s key facilities and service times—breakfast is on the 4th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, perfect for early risers rushing to catch a schedule or late sleepers who don’t want to miss a hot meal; supper is served daily from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, ideal for refueling after a late night out; afternoon tea runs from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, a cozy spot to unwind; plus, there’s a self-service laundry room and gym in the same area, taking care of both laundry and workout needs in one go. They even reminded us about the temperature difference between morning and evening nearby, suggesting we bring a light jacket—this small, thoughtful touch won us over right away. Stepping into the room was a pleasant surprise—there was no stuffy odor, just fresh, well-ventilated air, and the lighting was fantastic, bright and airy even without turning on the lights at noon. The room was much more spacious than we’d imagined; the twin beds had plenty of space between them, leaving room for suitcases and a small stool without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, fluffy yet supportive, and the mattress had just the right firmness—after a long, tiring day of traveling, lying down made all the soreness in our backs fade away, and we slept soundly both nights without any aches. The cleanliness was impeccable too—desktops and windowsills were dust-free, there was no grime in the depths of the wardrobe, the bathroom glass was spotless without water stains, the floor was dry with no puddles, and even the gaps around the sink were wiped clean, right down to the inside of the toilet. We felt totally comfortable walking barefoot on the bathroom mat or sitting on the carpet. The toiletries came in sleek pump bottles with a light, non-irritating fragrance—they lathered well and rinsed off easily, and there were extra cotton pads and swabs, covering all the essential needs for female travelers. Each side of the bed had two USB ports and power sockets, so we could charge our phones, tablets, and power banks all at once without tangled wires or scrambling for outlets—such a humanized design. The service during our stay was warm and reassuring through and through."

The receptionist treat us very kind, especially Susan, she speaks good English and very proffesional handling us and even give us an free upgrade bigger room with a breathtaking city view. The place is located at Futian district very convenient, next to Subway station and pedestrian area with lots of food around. "In Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza hotel (Huaqiangbei Metro Station) I stayed for almost a week. When I checked in at the reception, the receptionist 贝塔Beta greeted me. And during our stay, she always checked up on us to see if we liked everything or if there was anything we wished for. I booked a room, but because of my own preferences, I asked to see other rooms - higher categories. When Beta helped me, we were upgraded to a different room. Which made us feel very warm welcomed. During the stay, she prepared some fruits for us and introduced with hotel amenities. Yet, one of the days, I asked for help to order some flowers, to make a surprise. Beta was all above and beyond, to assist me in making a surprise. In hotels, we come as guests, but people like Beta and all hotel staff members, make it very personalized and special. We will come back soon, and also highly recommend to everyone who chooses to stay in the heart of Shenzhen. ❤️"
