"We got a standard room as a special offer. It was excellent - from the taxi drop off you could wheel a suitcase to the pedestrian area. The sign is in Chinese but while we were translating, staff came out to take suitcases. I appreciated tea and dressing gowns in room. Breakfast was 5 options inc one western. Excellent location. My room was quiet and very spacious."

The hotel **quickly addressed the smell issue** when notified—great responsiveness! **Service:** **Outstanding customer service!** Just **10 minutes after check-in**, the reception called to check if everything was okay. When I mentioned the bathroom smell, they **immediately sent housekeeping to re-clean it**. This level of attentiveness is truly commendable. **Overall:** ⭐⭐⭐½ A **highly recommended hotel** with a prime location 10 mins drive from Kunming market, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service. The minor toilet issue was swiftly resolved, proving their commitment to guest satisfaction."

"The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy, as is the bedding – all very good. The hotel is quite new and the environment is lovely 😊 There's a small bar by the front desk where you can grab drinks! The ladies at the front desk are also very attentive, always greeting you, and they respond quickly to any requests! The experience was great, and a special shoutout to the front desk staff – they were so enthusiastic! "

"The location is absolutely perfect, situated right next to the downtown pedestrian streets. It's a scenic walk to Green Lake (Cuihu) and Yunnan University. Being close to Tangzixiang Metro Station is a huge plus, with direct lines to the airport, railway station and bus terminal. The room was clean and cozy, and there are plenty of great dinning options nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful. It was a perfect choice for my stay."
