"Had a great experience, the environment is really nice. The service attitude was excellent, and I'll definitely be staying here again! Food delivery is brought to your room by a robot, and the whole place is smart-home enabled! The cleanliness was also top-notch!"

"Location wise, perfect for those who are planning a trip to Universal Studio Beijing. You can take their shuttle bus, or take mrt, or take DIDI (china ver of GRAB/UBER). If you are family with small kids, suggest to take DIDI as it will be easier. There are plenty of food shops outside the hotel. As for shopping mall, suggest to take DIDI to Wanda Tongzhou Plaza if you want a bigger place to window shop. There is a mall beside the hotel, but on a much smaller scale and are mainly made up of small boutique shops."

"Restaurant very nice, food nice, service good. I request some ice cube, they can prepare for me to take away my fruits."

"The room was very satisfying and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent."

"This hotel was a fantastic experience: the location is superb, just a 2-3 minute walk to the subway station, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The facilities were new, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and plenty of hot water. The receptionist was warm and patient, proactively upgrading our room and recommending nearby restaurants. The attention to detail was thoughtful, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! It's super close to the subway station, just two or three stops from Universal Studios, and a 15-minute taxi ride. A truly amazing review! All the receptionists I met and who helped me were incredibly attentive and helpful. A truly incredible experience!! (Seriously, not a paid promoter). Because the hotel is newly opened, the rooms were super clean, and I'm totally sold on the pillows—they're so comfortable! Universal Studios was so much fun, I'll definitely come back next time."

"Good reception team, they are very kindly, hotel location is good, room is good"

"Hotel very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Opposite train station."

"There is a lot of delicious food next to the hotel and it is very convenient to travel. The room hygiene is also very meticulous, and the front desk service is very thoughtful. I will choose this hotel next time I come to the world."

"An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the male receptionists in the lobby – tall, handsome, and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions with great detail, and no matter how late I ordered takeout, they personally delivered it to my room. One evening, around 9 PM, I was exhausted after taking the bus back from Universal Studios. As the automatic doors opened, seeing them standing there instantly washed away my day's fatigue and revitalized me. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, was super nice! They would proactively greet you and promptly help with any requests. I vividly remember one morning arriving at the restaurant before 7 AM when we were the only table. A lovely lady helped us with coffee, and a handsome gentleman cleared our plates – such thoughtful and amazing service, truly befitting a super five-star hotel. A special thank you to Melo and Mavyn for their warm welcome and proactive, attentive service. They really embody the professionalism and passion of the entire hotel team. This kind of warm service, delivered by people, is far more touching than any hardware."
