"Perfect position for the event we needed to attend and well connected with the tram. Not too central if you want to walk around the city though. Nice staff, all very friendly and welcoming. Clean room, maybe a little small but it’s ok. Spacious bathroom, although strange choice of location for the wc (if you’re tall you might hit the shower door, I certainly did). Vanity and welcome set were very appreciated, especially the slippers and the toothbrushes. The breakfast is nice and has a lot of options, unless you’re vegan (hopefully they do and you just need to ask). Overall, nice place."
"The hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Rome, a 25-minute drive from the city center. There are no restaurants nearby; you need to walk for about 10 minutes. The rooms are okay, average. Parking is free, but spaces are limited. The staff are very friendly."

"We liked the hotel very much, from its location to the way Tiziana met us, it was a feeling that I came to visit the family. I also want to note that the view from the window is just excellent, was very surprised when I saw from the window of the papuges 😁. The area is what you need, the metro, the Vatican about 10 minutes walk. I also want to note that we had a late departure, on the street a terrible heat, strongly not to go out (as the flight was long), but Tiziana was so kind that allowed us to leave the suitcases in the room, and when coming behind them, to take a shower (this was our salvation). 🥰🥰🥰"
"Absolutely stunning place to stay, close to all main attractions, clean, great comfy bed , with beautiful balcony, great service, will definitely recommend, thanks Eduardo for your kindness."
"Eccelso Hotel is a great boutique hotel with a lovely receptionist. They will give you a guide on how to navigate Rome. The location is very near to the Vatican City."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe best part of hotel, brilliant staff, smiling, courteous and always there to help. Room was lean, shower was fantastic, very quiet. We are on the first floor, Room 108, top class.
GGuest UserI want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time.
MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.
GGuest UserA great location which is near to Termini station in Rome. You can basically go around Rome from this hotel for its convenient location. Our room is good enough, two single beds put together and there was also an extra bed which we did not expect but all good. The bed and pillows are soft enough and the AC is cool enough for a hot summer in Rome. The amenities inside are basic but enough for our needs. Great for a quick 2 or 3 days in Rome and it is not expensive at all.
