"The room are extremely clean and comfortable, with warm lighting very conducive during sleeping time! Breakfast is great too! Staff are professional!"
"Excellent location, 3 minutes from the metro station. A landmark, a temple, is located 5 minutes away. The room was on the 11th floor with a stunning view! Spacious room, comfortable bathroom. The staff helped us solve our problem at the entrance in a short time, for which we are especially grateful. I recommend staying here."
"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in Sannomiya, close to the main areas and subway lines. THe hotel looks wonderful with a more classical design than modern hotels, but was still clean and efficient. The room was spacious unlike many hotels in Japan and even had a small bathtub, which was great to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also has an onsen, but we didn't check it out."
"I found the rooms surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Japan, easily accommodating my needs with great lighting and bedding. I was impressed by the excellent cleanliness and appreciated the professional, English-speaking staff who helped me with local tips and luggage. While I enjoyed the convenient facilities like the private bath areas and free amenities, I did notice some areas where the hotel could update older fixtures or be more consistent with daily maintenance."
"This hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel ."

Amazing
GGuest UserAmazing place just like in a dream. Very Japanese room with footon and interior. Breakfast and especially dinner were perfect in a huge private room. Delicious dishes with exotic fish like scorpio fish etc. Very tasty! Onsen was amazing especially in the evening, wish to return one day! Thank you!
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant as usual. I love this hotel and you won’t disappoint. The hotel is very clean and has all the facilities what you need while you are travelling. The temples were not far from the hotel.
GGuest UserOur stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening. Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean. Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅 I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now! We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in(( Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.
AAnonymous UserGreat location, close to many major attractions Spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable Friendly and helpful staff Parking is available but requires an additional fee Overall a pleasant stay, recommended 酒店地点很好,靠近许多主要旅游景点 房间宽敞又干净,住得很舒适 员工服务态度友善、专业 酒店设有停车场,但需要额外付费 整体体验良好,推荐入住
GGuest UserA perfect site to eat, drink, play golf and shop in Kobe. It’s close to everything and the views of the Kobe Port are just magnificent. Most important, the hotel is well managed, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is so richly prepared that you wouldn’t be bored even staying there for one week! Will go back.
GGuest UserGreat location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.
AAnonymous UserNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.
ААнастасия БезвербнаяWell, my room was with 2 bunk beds. You need to make your bed by yourself. Room is small but cozy. There all the facilities you need for a short trip.
GGuest UserExcellent love hotel: Japanese *****************, all toiletries provided, including condoms, pads, face mask, and skincare products. A decent breakfast delivered to your room at the appointed time. Reception was quick to exchange a smoking room for a non-smoking one. Contactless checkout. One downside: you can't lock the room when leaving; it only locks from the inside.
