Very worth it in Osaka Japan hotel !!! The hotel is impeccably clean, extremely convenient, and offers spacious rooms that easily accommodate four large suitcases. The thoughtful layout and ample space made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both comfort and practicality！

Pretty nice and just near the central area of Shinsaibashi and Namba

Perfect location, it is only a min away from the train station and next to USJ. Best part is they have a spa that you absolute want it after a hard day at the amusement park!

We had a great time in a family room for four. Very clean lots of amenities and so many restaurants!!

The hotel is conveniently located near Sakaisuji Hommachi station, exit 5. There are Family Marts, 7-11, and 100 yen stores (Seria) nearby. The room is equipped with 2 semi double adjustable beds and a large projector screen that allows guests to screen movies in their room (during rainy days). The breakfast provided was great too, love their breads and pastries. Had an enjoyable stay, recommended 👍

We booked 3 superior twin rooms for 4 nights. The rooms were of decent size by Japanese standards. Very clean. We only asked for clean towels everyday n no cleaning as we are out most of the day. One pro is that the rooms have washer n dryer inside room enabling us to wash dirty clothes everyday n this is a plus when travelling for more than two days.The breakfast at the top floor of hotel has quite good Japanese options but rather limited western options but still good as a whole. Food replenish quickly. The only downside is that for hot tea and coffee , we had to get it from a machine which is next to reception area and this is a hassle in the morning g when a lot of people were checking out. The location is also good about 20 min from shinabashi where hundreds of shops eateries are located. But we later found that there are a lot of good shops n quaint shops in the side streets around hotel. Will explore more if have time. Definitely will stay here again next time in Osaka.

Good location, good service, staff speak English well. Executive room is spacious and nice city view at 27/F.

It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room (Queen + 2 Single Beds) as we have a young adult child. Room has washing machine cum dryer which was very convenient for us. Toilet has a main door that leads to separate WC and shower area, both with doors. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided. The hotel has choice of limited housekeeping or full housekeeping but the catch is, you have to indicate before 11am. The hotel has a dark theme which is cool but will appreciate if the rooms have brighter lights or even dimmer so we can choose the intensity of the brightness required. Even the toilet is dim warm white, unable to put on makeup properly. There’s pool table on the second floor for some fun family time. Note that Accor members are unable to clock in nights if they book via Trip.com

Fantastic facilities in this hotel . Breakfast is excellent and room is very comfortable . Location is amazing just 5 minutes walk from metro and train station JR and the other metro in Osaka. The spa area is huge with lots of options of baths, sauna and steam . Check in can be done earlier but rooms are only available after 15:00. The Annex building access alley is a bit narrow and unfortunately i kicked my foot in one of the lamps located on the floor . I wish they didn’t have those stupid decorations on the floor and I am certain that i am not the first one to kick those lamps . My final conclusion is if the rate is similar to other good hotels in Osaka , it is worth paying just a little bit it more to stay in spa world . Weekends rates are absurdly expensive.

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
