"Everything was perfect—except for two plugs in Room 1 near the toilet and the hairdryer, which couldn’t be used due to a burning smell. I also wish they had a Coway for added convenience. But honestly, the aesthetics were incredible! Every corner is Instagram-worthy—a true photoshoot paradise. My sister also said the receptionist also so helpful!"

"Very clean room, very satisfied with da service. Call operator for xtra towel, xtra amenities, was get on da spot. Good job for this hotel. Very love it. Breakfast pun sedap, banyak varient, exec suites very very selesa, channel tv pun nice, hd. Overall, i give 5 star, but please change the mineral water. I buat susu anak 3 kali by using hotel mineral water but rasa dia agak pelik, so please hotel dont using the ro water, please use mineral water only. Thats from me."

"Hotel deco is fantastic and full of Christmas vibes. Most of the personal trainers provide excellent service and are very helpful whenever I ask for guidance, especially Wei Jun. The lifeguards are also very caring and always greet guests with a warm smile. The front desk team and staff around the lobby are ever ready to offer assistance whenever I feel hesitant or lost. This was definitely a wonderful stay, and I’m really glad I chose Hyatt Regency KL Midtown for my birthday staycation!"

"We had the most pleasant stay at unit 27-12! The bed was super comfortable, and this time properly aligned with the tv on the wall. Not only the apartments are very conveniently located, with great facilities and a very kind and helpful staff, now they even have a small grocery shop on the ground floor to make even more convenient. Since we are recurring guests, they left us a small complimentary gift in the fridge upon our arrival, with a personalized note - a most pleasant surprise."
