Only downside I could hear whenever someone used the bathroom in the room next to me - the running water from toilet. I thought the instructions of how to gain access was unnecessarily complicated with some details on the app., some on email and some on WhatsApp. People who create these internet/digital based accommodation sites ought to get a regular, non expert, 60+ person to navigate the system to see if it is usable for Joe Public. The app.had all I needed and all information should have been channeled through that. The front door was an issue for many but the girl who was always around during the day was very helpful"
