An amazing hotel! Its location is ideal for the island, and its architecture is reminiscent of Italian villas. The breakfasts were diverse, and the service was superb. I was absolutely delighted to stay with you for 4 nights; it's truly the best hotel on the island! The pricing was very fair, and we had a Deluxe room on the third floor. Many other hotels on the island significantly overcharge, with bungalows and rooms that often don't justify their price tag. Of our entire 14-night trip to Thailand, our fondest memories are from our stay at your hotel. Thank you so much!

Great clean hotel with helpful staff and a nice pool. We stayed in a pool access room and enjoyed being able to walk out the door and into the pool. The location is down a very quiet road just off the Main Street of Ao Nang with all amenities needed within a 10 minute walk. Staff also very helpful booking onward transfers like our shuttle and speedboat to Koh Samui. Highly recommend if visiting Ao Nang.

We really enjoy our stay here at Ton Sai Bay resort. It is peaceful and quiet suitable for family with elderly and young children. The room is new and very clean housekeepers are doing wonderful. The bed is comfy, lighting is good and relaxing. Bathroom amenities are good too. I like the non slippery tiles in the bathroom so it made it easy showering young kid without slippery. Breakfast buffet is good too. Hotel staff are friendly and ready to assist. There is also a doctor available in this beach (1min walk from reception) so can contact regarding emergencies. Walking to Rai Ley Beach seems like mini adventure for us (coz we have elderlies and a small baby) but we had lots of fun and good time spent. This place is well known for rocks-climbing so it is full of fit people men and women with good bodies so don’t come here if you hate yourself your body, otherwise let s appreciate and respect other’s effort and discipline . Other than that, prices are higher than selling on land which is normal. Taking boats during day time is much more saver. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed staying. We stayed for about a week and celebrated new year at this place.
Please note : the day we arrived was already evening time. It was dark and water level was super low so we had to carry luggage and small baby through the rocks in the water. That was the only inconvenience that we received but resort sent buggy to assist us later on.

This place was a disappointment at the beginning. The reception staff had a very dismissive tone when we tried to book in early. The check in notice was smoothly pushed in front of us and it was unusual treatment from Thailand where people are always friendly even if they might not understand English very well. The rest of the resort was good. Good location right next to the beach, were you can see the tides coming in and out. The long tail boats stops right on the beach eager to take you wherever you want to go. I went to the reception toilet, sorry to share but it was amazingly clean and surprising after the unwelcome reception.

I recently stayed at Diamond Cave Resort and found it to be the perfect home base for my six-day trip. The location truly cannot be beat. It sits just up from the groves with a beautiful view of the pier, and everything you could need is right nearby—massage shops, restaurants, and small local spots that give the area its charm. Walking Street, along with even more dining and nightlife options, is only a 5–7 minute walk away, which made exploring incredibly easy and convenient.
When I arrived, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and hospitality. The resort may not have the polished, shiny appearance that some tropical resorts strive for, but that is actually part of its charm. Diamond Cave feels more like a cozy beach cottage that has been in a family for generations—like a comfortable pair of jeans that just feels like home the moment you put them on.
The property and rooms were clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and warm throughout my stay. The breakfast each morning was well-rounded, with a variety of choices and more than enough to fuel a full day of exploring or relaxing. For me, it was the ideal place to work on coursework, lounge, rest, and recharge. If you are looking for luxury and perfection, this may not be the place. But if you value comfort, authenticity, and a welcoming atmosphere in an unbeatable location, Diamond Cave Resort is a wonderful choice.

Huge room, with sea view. Comfortable bed, nice sofa. Good bathroom, although aside from a small lip, no separation from shower and rest of bathroom, so the floor ends up soaked when you have a shower.
Breakfast was not included, so I cannot comment on this.
The Wi-Fi was effectively unusable. It was 2 bars at the most and usually just 1, so ok for some basic browsing, but I could not stream video.
There is a very steep slope leading up to the hotel from the car park.
On arrival, the hotel provided an electric vehicle to take me and my luggage from the car park up to the hotel.
When I checked out, I asked if the same car would take me and my luggage to the car park. They said no.
The previous day, I had seen the electric vehicle take other guests and their luggage down, when they had checked out, so I'm not sure why they didn't offer take me?
I asked if there was someone to help me with my luggage (I'm not young and I have a bad back), they said 'no - only her', and pointed to a tiny young girl, who had a mop in her hand.
The girl very kindly helped me and I topped her, but I don't think it was really her job?
I heard every word from the guests in the room next door, so I had to wait until they went to sleep before going to bed myself.
All in all, it was a nice hotel, but there are some improvement opportunities.

The Hotel is very good to relax, we had a garden view with lots of green and it was perfect to shutting off all thoughts from Home/Work/Family and so on. It has a pleasant walking distance to the west and east beach ! Also they have an every 2 hour Tuk Tuk to pick you up from the beaches or to the beaches ! By Request, they also drive you there out of schedule which was really nice, but as I said the two Beaches are not that far to walk by. The Pool is clean and has a small cute snack & cocktailbar with a big veranda as well. the Prices are very affordable for a Hotel and the Breakfast are good as well, changing 2-3 Menus everyday but the standad Ham, Toast, Pancake, scrambled Eggs are fixed ofc ! really delicious

This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

The ladies at the front desk were all very smiling and friendly. Housekeeping every day, clean towels, two bottles of water, coffee. The only downside is that my bed linen wasn't changed once during the whole week.

MM61205****This is a true resort experience! You can take a boat to Railay Beach for rock climbing or book a speedboat island hopping tour directly through the hotel. During the tour, you can jump into the ocean, and we even saw beautiful jellyfish and a stunning sunset. Alternatively, you can stay at the hotel and enjoy activities like swimming, sunbathing, table tennis, billiards, and golf. The hotel's environment is incredibly beautiful; just stepping onto the grounds is refreshing. We later realized that the highest room rate on December 31st included a New Year's Eve gala dinner, which featured a very lavish meal and fantastic song and dance performances! There were also countdown fireworks! The New Year's atmosphere was incredibly lively! I will definitely be back! Such a delightful hotel!

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day.
I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner.
The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe.
Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

GGuest UserStayed at Ananta Burin for 9 nights with family. I can't fault the staff for their friendliness or professionalism. Any issues with the rooms were fixed in a short amount of time including a faulty A/C. The buffet breakfast offered a good array of options but was let down by either food going cold/lukewarm or crispy items being soft. Icecream was included in the buffet was a nice touch. The resort rotates your selection each morning so there it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing each day.
My family loved the water slides and it was a lot of fun. The temperature of the pool was really pleasant which was unique from other hotels we stayed at during our Thailand trip. Unfortunately the river pool was not working in our stay and a number of water features around the property were also in the same category. It robbed the resort of some ambiance.
The resort is located on the northern side of Ao Nang and is a little quieter than other areas of Ao Nang which suited us just fine. Overall we would stay there again if we ever visited Ao Nang again.

Hakimthe hotel was very much equipped; kid’s pool that has playground and big slides, kid’s club that is similar to mini jungle gym. furthermore in the room, the hotel prepared a large beach basket that comes with beach mat, beach slippers and umbrellas. the beach towel/ pool towel can be requested from the reception.
the food here, the hotel mentioned it’s halal. they serve only chicken or beef and vegetarian. everyday they have selection of sushi. your breakfast us going to be big one.
not far from the hotel, there are few halal restaurants for muslim travellers.

GGuest UserThe room was nice but dated and needs a renovation. The bathroom was pretty poor though with really mouldy shower that leaked all over the floor and a broken toilet seat.
The staff however were brilliant at trying to resolve it but unfortunately couldn't so we came to an alternative arrangement, which was appreciated.
Long beach is nice but a bit quiet and a boat taxi away from most of the bars and restaurants. That's fine for some so just be aware of that.

It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.

She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.

The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach!
There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful.
Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
