"I stayed here for two nights when I was in New York and loved the cute pods. If you like staying in aesthetic hotels, don’t plan on being in the hotel for very long, and don’t want to break the bank, stay here. You can’t eat or take calls in the pods though - good to be aware! What I loved: -Grown alchemist toiletries - they feel so luxe. Also the robe is so nice! -Location is amazing - walking distance to west village and broadway, easy bus / subway access to anywhere else -White noise machine - this blocks out a lot of sound and is great -Bathrooms were pretty clean - I recommend going downstairs -If you can’t carry your bag upstairs, they’ll send someone to do it which was much appreciated! What could be better: -Downstairs has a hot water machine but you need your own teabags or coffee. I bought some from a supermarket but it would be amazing if there was as an option to buy them at the hotel."

"All staff were welcoming and professional throughout the 1 week stay. Room was reasonable size and had a small work station which doubled as a meals station. Great long view over the First Calvary Cemetery (the largest Cemetery in the US, with over 3 million interred) across to the city."

"The location is good , a few seconds walk to Wall Street , Broadway street, Trinity church, the charging bull , the subway station 10 seconds walk , the pier 11 to Brooklyn was very close , in a nutshell worth to book for the location. I was shocked that the hotel doesn’t provide simple things like toothbrushes and paste and comb or cups , no kettle , no robes, no mini fridge, no iron, nothing. No water in the hotel . These are basic things especially for a 4 star hotel . If people stay for 1 night it’s not important but if u book it for 7 nights, u need to have some coffee or tea or hot water if u feel cold or wanna get some warm water u don’t have it . The reception had some hot water but the elevators were always busy so it’s a headache. Also the neighbors were very noisy , the walls were not blocking the sound. I could hear them using the bathroom."

"Excellent location. The breakfast is good enough to start your day. Front desk staff is helpful and responsive. Parking is nearby but a bit expensive, just slightly lower than the typical rate in Manhattan. Don’t forget to validate your ticket at the front desk in hotel before getting your car."

"Stay here for a week, nice location near the Wall Street and around 6 minutes walk to metro I like that water bottles are available all the time, can get enough hydrated day and night"

"Very good location. Lexington and 23 rd. Quiet area mid town. Safe. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The cafe downstairs - Smile to go had good coffee and simple breakfast menu that was tasty and affordable. Folded egg muffin was delicious."

"I liked the room - modern style, big enough for a single traveler in New York, great urban view from the window. The hotel itself is specially designed, and there is good music in the elevator. I received courteous service and the atmosphere in general was young as I like."

"This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York."
