"Reception was very nice and friendly. I loved the free laundromat because I had sports wear to be washed for use during the weekend. This hotel shares the entrance with G8 hotel. If you’re using Grab, it’s convenient and pick ups are very fast 2-3 mins. Some renovation of rooms going on but wasn’t disturbing so much with occasional drilling during the day time only. The buffet breakfast very good and caters for all . Overall enjoyed my stay, well done!"

"After 6 weeks in Vietnam, and on the last night before I head to Cambodia, finally a normal bed, not a bloc of concrete for a mattress. The room is also very clean and quiet, and the staff are lovely. Wifi is good, the location is also good - across from the Central Market (which is better than Ben Thanh anyhow) and the GIant Ibis bus for Phnom Penh. So, yeah, I regret I could only stay one night. This place has got it right, keep it up. Well done, keep it up."

"We had a great stay at Le Vu. They don’t speak straight English but still service is soooo good. They change the towels and make up the room everyday. They also give bottled water everyday. The location is very accessible especially if you’re traveling to other places via bus, terminals are right outside. Banh Mi, Pho, coffee shops and ATMs are also just outside. It’s just an alley but not dirty. Value for money!"

The location is perfect – just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and many popular tourist spots, which made getting around so convenient. What truly stood out was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my stay special, even preparing a thoughtful little surprise for my birthday, which I really appreciated and will always remember.

GGuest UserDuring a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I took the opportunity to bring my family along and stay at Hôtel des Arts Saigon. Ever since I first visited the hotel briefly, I had been longing to return—and this time, experiencing it with my family made it all the more special. Located in the heart of District 1, the hotel enjoys a prime location in the vibrant city center. As its name suggests, Hôtel des Arts is inspired by 1930s French Indochina, with an Art Deco style that runs seamlessly throughout the architecture and interiors. The public spaces are filled with carefully curated artwork and antiques, making the entire hotel feel like a living art gallery. Our room was on a high floor with a stunning city view—absolutely gorgeous. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight. As my child put it, ”It's super chill.” From sunset to evening, there's live DJ music, and sipping a signature cocktail by the infinity pool while watching the sun go down was truly magical—perhaps one of the best rooftop moments in the city. The service was impeccable. From the moment we entered the lobby, to checking in upstairs, to being greeted at the rooftop bar, every staff member we encountered was polite, welcoming, and professional. In-room requests were handled promptly and efficiently. We also enjoyed the food very much. The Pho was especially authentic—whether served as room service or at breakfast. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff even remembered our table when we went to order from the live cooking stations—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is within walking distance of many key attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The only minor downside was the Youth Center downstairs, which hosts various events and can be a little noisy during the day. But considering the central location, it’s a small trade-off for everything else the hotel offers. Overall, we had a truly relaxing and “chill” weekend as a family. Elegant, artistic, comfortable, and full of warm hospitality—Hôtel des Arts Saigon delivered a perfect urban retreat.

GGuest UserGreat hotel worth experiencing. Good location near Japanese street, Bach Dang river, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Palace,... very easy to move and convenient. The room is clean, neat and meticulous, with soft yellow lights, full of mineral water, towels and automatic toilets, that's great. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is clean. Breakfast here is great, salmon, beef, chicken or vegetable desserts are all delicious, especially Pho with rich Vietnamese flavor. Finally, compliments for the manager and all the staff, the cleaners, restaurant, receptionist and bellman, they all work well, communicate well and take good care of me and the taxi to get here is also easy with the distance to the airport about 30 minutes. And I will come back here and introduce more friends and relatives. Thank Roseland Sweet and all the staff very much ❤️
