[An Amazingly High-Quality Stay! This Hotel is Absolutely Legendary!] Choosing this hotel for my business trip was pure luck! The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the spacious and bright room—large windows offered mountain views, sunlight streamed warmly onto the wooden floors, and the low-saturation wood tones created a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me most were the details: ✅ The bedding was so soft, like being wrapped in a cloud; a good night's sleep instantly relieved the fatigue of my journey. ✅ The bathroom featured a dark theme and a smart toilet; the shower pressure was so strong it felt like a spa treatment, and the vanity lighting was so bright you didn't even need extra light for makeup. ✅ The room even had a projector and a large screen! Drawing the curtains instantly transformed it into a private cinema—perfect for binge-watching shows from bed! ✅ The mini-bar offered complimentary bottled water and tea sets, and even plenty of clothes hangers, creating a truly relaxing ”home away from home” feel. The service was also excellent throughout; check-in at the front desk was incredibly fast, and any questions were answered instantly. The price-performance ratio is far superior to hotels in the same price range. I will definitely choose it again next time I come here for business or tourism!

As a group of foreigners this place was great all around. They gave us great advice about visiting the great wall and we managed to go before anyone else was there. It was a rare and magical experience for a location usually absurdly crowded. They also helped us book taxis after our train was cancelled from torrential rains. The rooms are very modern, new, and nice. The restaurant onsite made home made foods. It's a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the great wall from there. It's hard to be any closer than this hotel because it's at the mouth of the park.

I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Aranya.

This place is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or anyone looking to reconnect with nature. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all our friends and family, and we plan to return again in the different seasons to experience the changing beauty of the mountains. I booked a double queen room for this trip, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was genuinely surprised the moment I opened the door. It's perfectly spacious for a family of four and more cost-effective than booking two separate rooms. The room was bright and roomy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the toiletries were disposable, which gave me peace of mind. The kids loved it too! The surrounding area is bustling with plenty of dining options. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I booked this guesthouse with a 'let's see' attitude. It was pouring rain on the way there, and I almost turned back, but when I arrived, I was incredibly impressed! I brought my own stove to barbecue in the yard, and the guesthouse owner (brother) was super patient, helping us prepare everything, even starting the fire and teaching us some tricks. He was also mindful not to disturb us, leaving after he showed us what to do – truly enthusiastic and nice! Also, the guesthouse owner (sister) was fantastic. The next morning, she made us a huge breakfast spread. There was so much food that the two of us were stuffed, only managing to finish two plates. The timing of our visit was perfect. There were very few people in the courtyard, almost like having the whole place to ourselves, which made for an amazing experience! The weather was also very comfortable, neither too hot nor too cold, and walking along the path was incredibly refreshing. I'm planning to go back next time with friends and my dog, and also try the whole roasted lamb that was featured on CCTV2! 😍

We were scared of large crowds at the wall, and followimg many online recommendation we found the Jinshanling section. This hotel is at the great location a short walk from the mid enterance to the wall section, the Gubeikou train station is also very reachable from the Beijingbei (North) train station. It is also quite affordable to reach the place by Didi (550 yuan from the Beijing airport). The place is clean, and the food really stands out as quite amazing, the prices are also very low, for room and food. Just tell the owner you would want a breakfast and you will be served one first thing in the morning. The ladies are also super nice and very hospitable to the foreign turists.

Location is unbeatable!! The hotel is right before the entrance gate to the Jinshanling Great Wall cable car station and trail heads. You can actually hike up to good view points on the Great Wall injust 30-40 minutes. The hotel is in good condition. The room is mostly clean and well maintained. The AC works well. Toilet has a weird smell but didn't bother me that much. Wish they provided conditioner (only shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom). Restaurant has many options for Chinese dishes and so is the buffet breakfast. If I come back, definitely book it again for the excellent location.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the surroundings are very quiet. It's only about a 19-minute drive to Jinshanling Great Wall. However, the Jinshanling exit on the G45 Beijing-Chengde Expressway is closed, so you have to take a detour. When there are fewer guests, breakfast is served individually with generous portions. When it's busy, they open a buffet with a wider variety of options. The room was spacious, great for families. But there were a lot of ladybugs (or 'stink bugs' as some call them) that somehow got into the room; we had to clear them out as soon as we checked in. The bathroom drain was clogged, so the facilities definitely need some maintenance. It's probably okay for a 1-2 night stay.
