GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and clean, perfect for traveling with seniors and children. The staff were also very friendly and even provided special toiletries and slippers for the little ones. The hotel's location is super convenient; you can walk to the Chengde Mountain Resort, and it's really easy to get to the Erxianju Night Market in the evening.

This hotel stay was incredible, the service at Rehefu Hotel was out of this world! ✨ The staff somehow noticed I love tea and wear glasses, and proactively prepared water and lens wipes for me, along with a super sweet handwritten note. I instantly felt so seen and cared for. The room was comfortable, and the service was so warm and thoughtful – this whole experience was divine. If you're coming here, just book it, you won't regret it!
Their Chinese restaurant is also excellent; the fish dish is fantastic for those who love spicy food – absolutely loved it.
Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily.
Service: Very attentive, they provided fruit and yogurt.
Freshly ground coffee: The coffee was also incredibly good.

CCocodaiTraveling with both the elderly and young kids, we made a spur-of-the-moment decision to get away for the weekend. I had already set my sights on this hotel, and the drive here was smooth. The hotel grounds are lovely, very peaceful and comfortable. No TV is actually a genius move, really good! It really helped my family focus on relaxation and the outdoors.
The kids absolutely loved the private hot spring. They were a bit disappointed they couldn't go into the public one, so for 468 for 2 hours, we booked a private one for them to enjoy. It was fantastic, especially the little milk bath – so refreshing and cool.

LLui Fai GerryBrilliant location for visiting the Chengde Mountain Resort. The hotel is located just on the other side of the wall of the park and is at a quiet corner 200m from the entrance. Very convenient for an early start to avoid the crowds. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at hotel. Room is good size and spotlessly clean. Many good local eateries within a short walking distance for excellent food at very reasonable prices

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was really lovely, especially the location was top class being close to the river and to the palace as well as the city centre. The staff was really helpful and friendly as well. As for the room it was spotless and even though we got given a smoking room it didn't smell. All in all pleasant experience.

HHooProbably my favorite hotel of the trip, it was the low season and the hotel was pretty empty with staff aplenty hence the excellent service. It was clean and they even had complimentary dessert soup in the evening. Location was reasonable and there were plenty of eateries around. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!

GGuest UserThis is the second year of my family Fengning Bashang-Xilingrad side for the summer. Before my daughter came, she said that she would stay at the Squirrel Inn and revisit the colorful forests. Outside the Squirrel Inn, you can often see cute chipmunks (squirrels can be seen in the colorful forests), and you can also find many interesting plants and animals. Children in the parent-child room like swing seats (adults can sit) children's tents and Trojan horses, these seemingly simple layouts have made the room suddenly enter the world of role-playing children. Breakfast (in the colorful food workshop) has the most flavored camel milk and milk tea = milk + tea + salt along the way. The most worth mentioning is the sincere reception of the front desk as last year. Somehow each room - there is a room card, but my family and the Squirrel Inn service team say hello to the door contact is a pleasant memory every day.

LLanseguoziliThe hotel is conveniently located, with a bus stop just outside the door. It is about a ten-minute walk from the Mountain Resort. It is also very convenient for eating and shopping. Just across the road from the hotel is the Jinlong Shopping Plaza. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite rich, and the room is fully equipped and clean. Chengde is also beautiful in autumn.

GGuest UserStay was good as long as the temperature is cold.
We realised that as long as the warmer is set up, the stink bugs infesting the room will come out in droves and will actively be hitting any light source around..
I counted at least 12 stink bugs and personally caught 8 of them, so if you're uncomfortable around bugs it may be better to keep the room temperature as low as possible, as they all disappear and generally do not disturb us so long the room is kept cold.
