"The rooms at Atour are consistently clean and comfortable, providing a sense of peace. The front desk staff and the service personnel on the 10th floor were very enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Summer Palace, which allowed us to visit early and avoid tour groups, making for a great experience. We also didn't have to queue for the mountain shuttle before 8 AM. Furthermore, everything you could need is right downstairs, including various restaurants, bubble tea and coffee shops, malls, and supermarkets. I would definitely choose this place again next time."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-size room and it was quite spacious, clean, and spotless. The hotel's decor is unique, and the entire design feels very thoughtfully laid out. They provide plenty of purified and mineral water in the room, and there are even books and purified water available by the elevators for guests to take. I have to give a special shout-out to Chenge Banquet – it was incredibly delicious, and each dish was so exquisite. I only booked for one night, but I truly wished I could have stayed another! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose your hotel again. Keep up the excellent work!"

"I always stay at this hotel when passing through Chengde, and this time I booked it directly based on a recommendation from Ctrip. During check-in, I was told it was a special offer room, located at the very edge of the hotel. Thinking I was only staying one night and needed to travel the next day, I didn't pay much attention. However, as soon as I entered the room, I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of smoke. Around 4 AM, it suddenly became incredibly noisy downstairs, like people picking me up at the station shouting loudly. This lasted for over half an hour, waking me up. This is the first time I've encountered this situation in three stays. If I had been told beforehand that it would be this noisy, I would definitely have paid extra to change rooms. After all, I had to drive on the highway the next day, and not getting enough rest really affects my performance. For those driving, please be aware of this beforehand and ask about the room location and noise levels!"

Even though it was past check-out time, she still let us go back to shower, so we could continue our journey feeling refreshed.
