"No matter where I am, a Hampton Inn always feels like home, and that reliability is truly consistent. This stay was once again perfect: as soon as I entered the lobby, staff warmly greeted me and asked how they could help. The front desk service was professional and thoughtful. Breakfast was nutritious and varied, a great way to start the day. The parking lot was spacious and ample, very convenient for those driving. Whether for a business trip or a leisure stopover, this is an excellent choice. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for reading or getting work done without interruption. Highly recommended! The dinner on the top floor is also a recommendation! They even sent up yogurt. The service was impeccable!"

"The young lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic; she even came out to help with our luggage, and her service attitude was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, looked clean and tidy, and all the disposable amenities were readily available. The hotel's location is great, right next to Jinlong Shopping Plaza, and very close to the Summer Resort, within walking distance. It's also not far from the Eight Outer Temples scenic area, about a 10 yuan taxi ride away. I had a wonderful stay this time, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde."

"Staying at this hotel during my trip to Chengde was a truly pleasant surprise, exceeding all my expectations. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was touched by the warm service. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, offering me hot tea upon arrival and patiently explaining all the complimentary hotel services. These small details were genuinely heartwarming. The location is a major highlight. It's just a 7-8 minute walk to the Summer Resort, and being in the city center means there are plenty of malls and supermarkets nearby, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. You absolutely *must* try the local specialty lamb soup and knife-cut noodles for breakfast – they are authentic and surprisingly delicious. The hotel's facilities are quite new and very well-maintained, and the environment is clean and tidy. I really love the city of Chengde, and this accommodation offers excellent value for money. It's definitely my top choice for future trips and I highly recommend it."

"承德皇家园林希尔顿欢朋酒店 We stayed for 2 nights. It located from railway station for 15-mins walk. The hotel was new & everywhere was clean & tidy. Hot showering water was ready all the time. The best things were their breakfast where staff Ms 崔& the site officer were very caring & active serve every guest, eg. offer sweeten fungus dessert to help our thorat comfort etc, . The diversity & taste of breakfast was far beyond expectation. Self laundry was good as it did. The worst thing was smoking smell often caught our nose inside lift even prohibition notice posted up! I would come again next time without second thought."

"The hotel boasts a great location, making it easy to get around. It's very close to the Mountain Resort, and they even offer free guided tours. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, with many large supermarkets right in the city center. The surrounding facilities are excellent, and we visited many attractions. Plus, the free coffee on the first floor is delicious."

"The hotel was excellent! It's well-equipped with very new facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and reminded us of everything and made all the arrangements. The customer service staff were also very good and thoughtful. There's both underground and above-ground parking, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options with lots of variety. For dinner, we ordered à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious – really good."

"Great location, and the room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent service, especially from the front desk staff, who were so warm and proactive they made me feel right at home. I was particularly touched when they upgraded my room. There are plenty of great food options nearby, with a night market just downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the service was attentive and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the Mountain Resort!"

"An excellent stay, definitely five stars! The hotel environment is incredibly clean and tidy; from the lobby to the guest rooms, everything is spotless, making for a very reassuring stay. What I want to praise most are the staff members – they are kind and enthusiastic. From helping with luggage upon arrival to patiently answering questions about local attractions, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and their response time was quick. Overall, I felt right at home. I will absolutely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde!"

"This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its front desk service, which was far superior to the treatment I received at the Yage Huanju Hotel in Beidaihe. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful, and anticipated all our needs. Although the parking lot is small, the attendants proactively helped us park the car. The restaurant staff were patient and provided timely service. All the hotel staff made us feel well taken care of and right at home. The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small, and the ceiling height was low, which felt a little cramped. The outer pane of the double-glazed window was quite dirty, likely due to the difficulty of cleaning it."

"Traveling to Chengde, I discovered this hotel right next to the Summer Resort. More accurately, it's actually part of the Summer Resort itself, so it's just a few steps walk to the main entrance. You can also take a short bus ride to the Puning Temple (Little Potala Palace) and the Panchen Lama's Residence, which is super convenient! The Qiwang Building Hotel itself has really beautiful and exquisite scenery inside, you could even do a travel photoshoot there, haha. In short, it's really pleasant to stroll around after dinner. And they even have deer and peacocks! What a delightful surprise! The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. If I come to Chengde again, I'd definitely choose Qiwang Building again!"
